Typical Egyptian restaurant with a rooftop having a good sea view and and light music, it creates a good vibes😊 in our hectic schedules we reached al seef area around midnight 12.30 am, we were hunting for a rooftop returant with a tasty food, without any disappointment we ended with choosing this place, they serve delicious Egyptian food ❤️ lovely place

Very fresh, tender juicy beef, chicken, lamb, doves & seafood. The taste was great. Presentation was very appealing also. Especially the charcoal on the plate which was giving amazing smell, sound of sizzling & nice smoke. All served with grilled veggies, French fries & sauces. Loved it. Non alcoholic place. Surprisingly, they didn’t have Moroccan tea 🤔____🔹 Service & Ambience. Ambience deserves separate words. They have a very nice terrace (for winter time) next to the creek with spectacular view. Unique design giving experience of ancient Egypt. Columns with hieroglyphs, staff wearing uniform-costumes. Furniture is little shabby & ragged. Terrace is quite dirty for sitting. Talking about service, staff is very friendly and attentive, but sometimes there’s no one to assist.____🔹 Music & Entertainment. Arabic music 🤷‍♀️____🔹 Location & Parking. Incredible ambiented restautant, good food and great service. The venue is really really nice making you feel in the Middle East, specially in Egypt. The location and view are awesome, it is whitin the Al Seef which since I found it is a must visit. This riverview walk is all about making you feel you walking somewhere in the antique times in the Middle East. Lots of cafes shops and restaurant.

Amazing location, and services and foodTried their iftar was super yummy and worth each felis I have spent. The food quality really good mix authentic EGYPTIAN Fresh food WITH international menu. This place totally flopped my expectations, seating and location is gorgeous but even that was ruined by the horrible service provided by the staff.We where miss informed about entertainer offers we specifically asked to be clarified at the beginning of our order.We waited approximately 25 minutes only to be noticed by the staff.The salad took another half hour to show on the table.Besides the service the food has also been below paar: A horribly dry duck served in a horrendously small serving size, a tabouleh salad that was extremely salty, a seafood dish riddled with shell in the sauce it actually cut my gum and a lemon mint so extremely over sweetened I could not identify any other flavors besides sugar

Newly opened Khofo at Al Seef did not disappoint. Was amazed at the gorgeous interiors.. Soon as u enter u are taken away by the ancient Egyptian decor. Delicious food, did not seem over the top, or heavy, very light and flavourful. Tried their spaghetti bolognese and sausage. Definitely going back for more 👍😊

An Egyptian-style themed restaurant well located in the Al Seef district. The staff was dully dressed according to the scenario, which made the atmosphere pleasent. Despite this preparation, they were more interesting in the soccer match was being shown on TV.

Disappointing! Its so hard to be disappointed in a place that you once fell in love with. Genuinely this was my favourite place in Al Seef. Been here twice in 2019 and the food WAS delicious. Not sure what happened this year; could be a different chef or different restaurant manager but we all (7 family members) didnt enjoy our food today.We had Ramadan buffet (maybe quantity was prioritised over quality).My thoughts:1) Tastless food.2) ramadan buffet - not managed properly. Guests poring their own food and touching the serving cutlery which contradicts with the hygiene of covid19 regulations. Ideally the waiters should be standing by food stations and pouring/ serving. Didnt feel safe.3) Bad selection of dishes on the buffet menu (alot of dishes were stew base and alot of ingredients in one dish = visually not appealing at all). Obviously it was prepared with quantity over quality in mind.4) tea and water not included in the buffet menu, although if its AED 99 per person it would only make sense to have it included. Not worth the money.(Tea @19 & 500ml water at AED9).5) some of us had stomach ache and bloating after the food.6) there was dry bird poop on one of the chairs outdoors where we sat. Ideally the staff should clean and sanitize the space before patrons arrive. Obviously this was dry poop from many hours ago. Negligence!!We didnt argue. Paid the bill and gave tips but unfortunately never back again here. The view and ambience is amazing though. Its a shame its not lived up to high standards 😕

The alexandrian liver was really nice, Moza wasnt the best I tasted but their mixed rice was good. Also I think the soups are abit overpriced (starting from 30 aed).You can find a good Groupon deal for this restaurant 50%.Decoration was really nice and the staff were friendly, would recommend this place for the view and amazing Egyptian decoration however the food was tasty but not the best.

A very nice experience. Went there right around iftar time and didnt want to have the buffet but the staff , especially Martina, was very accommodating and helpful. Staff are very courteous, friendly and attentive. Martina helped us find a table to our liking and was very friendly. Will definitely recommend and come back.

The service was extremely late, the table had no salt or paper and when we asked for them we had to wait 15 minutes!!!The manager first tried to compensate by giving us a complementary dessert, but during our payment he was so rude and wouldn’t let us use entertainer vouchers and even ended up charging us for the dessert that was originally complementary!!!Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced, 100% would not recommend!

This is the second time I visited Khofo. Its an Egyptian themed restaurant and location, interiors and food is too good. Food is expensive due to its location being in Al Seef by Meeras. And the service is very slow. The no. of support staff is too less and I had waited for 5-10 mins only to find a person to order something despite us being the only customer in the restaurant. This is something they should improve.

Too bad it was raining when we went there two days ago, so we were not able to enjoy the night scene outside.Staff was ok but there was one certain lady that I think deliberately tried to ignore me when I was waving at her to get her attention coz we needed to ask something.Our orders were served warm but because we sat by the doors our food got cold in no time, as the cold air was coming in through.

Very bad service and complete disrespect from the manager. Despite my wife being there earlier with 2 of her friends and availing 3 entertainer vouchers, the managers was insistent that we can only use 1, we were not satisfied and asked to avail 2, the manager dealt with the situation very rudely and when I said I will give them an unpleasant review he shouted “do as you please, I don’t care”. Very unprofessional.Their services was generally slow and poor, very substandard.

Beautiful venue but the service is terrible. Had to beg for cutlery 5 minutes after our food had arrived. All food did not arrive at the same time. Incorrect food was delivered to the table. Food was ok but the service left a bitter taste in my mouth.
