The food and the ambience of this restaurant is really nice. An excellent place to have your business lunch. The quality of the food is excellent. The service is quick and the staff are really well trained.Taste: My vegetarian food taste really good. People who have big appetite may find the quantity of food a bit less but otherwise its a great experience.Outstanding: the desert are just amazing they are superb. We had the pecan, sweet potato ice cream and guys this is one of the best desert that I had in recent times.All the best!

I was here for the 1st time 4.5 years ago and I remember how delicious was food. This time I was disappointed a bit. I ordered chicken wings with herbs and lime. They were oversalted. And they did not smell really good.. Tofu was much better. Zuma has tiny choice of beer.. Asahi and one more (kind of ale).. do you know that Japanese beer is really good thing and they actually have plenty of beer brands. Japanese drink beer ever day and it goes perfectly with sushi and sashimi. So why do you have such a bad choice of it in Japanese restaurant??

One of the best brunches in Dubai, food was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed it for me and a friends birthday with their parents. Black cod was to die for, sushi and starters right up to the dessert would bring me back for sure.

Simply, my personal favorite Japanese resto in dubai. Lovely crowd and ambiance. Super friendly and responsive staff, music is on point. Food is amazing. A decent variety of drinks my favorite is the hot sake. I highly suggest you try out the sesame beef, the truffle mushroom risotto, the cod fish, golden shrimp tempura and the crispy calamari. And keep some space for the desert sampler plate, it’s super delich.

Absolutely excellent dubai branch of the international Japanese restaurant chain in the heart of DIFC. Never have a bad visit but its also one of the most expensive meals youre lovely to have in Dubai if youre any decent sized group.Each dish is exquisite and the quality is beyond reproach. Service is also excellent and attentive. Even the parking is perfectly simple.The bar is also excellently stocked and they are happy to whip up and drink you might like and serve it with panache.Down sides are pretty much only that it can be hard to get a booking and that seating is for 3hrs to allow them to turn the tables.Miso cod is an absolute must try here as are the sushi options. Order the freshly ground wasabi if you want the full Japanese experience.

Too hyped a place. N for the price they charge the food aint so much to talk off. Taste wise mediocre. The ambience is good. Staff is helpful. But not worth going second time . For first timers...go only if u eat raw fish (sushi etc..)n meats done rare.The sorbets were good n cream n chocolate pie served as desserts.

Their business lunch is excellent value for money. Every item is spot on delicious. The Wagyu is exceptional. They are also famous for their cod sea food dishes. Tried the tempura shrimp with cod and flavours simply cover your palette. Dont miss the chocolate cake with vanilla for dessert. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try a Michelin restaurant.

Zuma is constantly good. The food is of great quality and they have a diverse Japanese menu. The sushi itself is superb. Try out the different cocktails, they have a spicy passion fruit one which is delish! I personally like sitting in the lounge upstairs closer to the windows because it feels more cozy and personal. The service is also solid.

We were lucky to get a table at Zuma to celebrate ours sons birthday. It was hands down, the best brunch for food quality, selection, presentation, service, and value (and weve been wowed by many a brunch). Our server, Milos, was phenomenal and made the experience even better. The pacing was perfect and our glass was never empty. There wasnt one dish that we didnt enjoy, everything was a highlight. In fact, were still raving about it to anyone that will listen. We cant wait to go back!

First class service and food. Every starter and main course dish faultless and above the competition (nobu, hakkasan etc.) Staff always running around to top up your drink and clear plates - attentive without being overbearing.Only criticism is that the desserts don’t quite live up to the same standard as the other food - but you’ll be so full that there isn’t much room left at this stage.

It was hard to book, we booked for a lunch. Everything was perfect a good experience my favorite was this ice cream desert and my wasabi cocktail, loved it .

To be fair the place is overpriced and overhyped. I mean, food was not bad, but far not amazing. Comparing to Koya for example, where we had twice more courses for the same price and each of them was absolutely amazing! I am not coming again to Zuma.

Zuma is Zuma, its incomparable, they never drop the ball. Its my first time in Dubai and when i asked my friend for his recommendation, not a second thought, he said Zuma. Its quite pricey but tell you guys its worth it. i started with the tataki and its just slides like i needed another order of it. Followed by the dynamite roll. Every plate is a work of art. Cant wait to be back in Dubai and have my rolls again. Service is excellent too.

I was having a rush meeting at the time, and just 10 minutes Before the restaurant opens. But the restaurant staff try to help us to get the bar sitting for us can have the short meeting also the same time we can order what we wanted. After all, all the dishes are so fresh and tasty. Very happy for everything. Will recommend to all of my friends.

We went to this restaurant for lunch. The ambience was great and the staff was very friendly as well - my clumsy self dropped a glass of passion fruit/apple/pineapple mojito all over my the chair I was sitting on, and the waitress was so nice about it (too much, I think).The food was quite good. The best dishes, according to me, were the teriyaki sweet potato, grilled corn, miso cod, and of course, the cod/prawn gyoza - it was just delicious! For dessert I ordered their “special chocolate”. It was actually chocolate lava cake served with a dollop of (was it vanilla?) icecream. Inside it, there was what seemed to be melted caramel and chocolate sauce. It was quite delicious. Moreover, the presentation and plating was immaculate.The view from the restaurant, however, was quite abominable; from the window at which we were sitting, one could see some sort of open car park/road area. For a restaurant of such acclaim, one would at least expect to see a few palm trees or an attractive cityscape, if not a harbor or quayside (which would be fitting in this situation, since Zuma serves an abundance of seafood).Furthermore, the bill was quite a bit much relative to the amount of dishes we ordered and the serving sizes of the food - however, that’s expected with any luxury restaurant in Dubai.Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and I would recommend for you to visit the place. I would count this restaurant as one of the best Japanese restaurants in Dubai.

A great place to hangout with an exceptional service. Food is good but not extra ordinary. The desert which was a pecan icecream sundae was the highlight amd a must try. Would definitely go back to try the other stuffs from the menu. The cost is to the higher side though. But the ambience and the socialising atmosphere along with the food makes up for it.

This is so different Abu Dhabi Zuma always win in service on hospitality on cleanliness on everything! Dubai always late they do t clean they forgot our order they also say that there is no mashed potatoes 🥔 all gone and suddenly i saw one 😂 thats funny !! They also don’t wear gloves and they dont follow the hygiene rules !

You can get an amazing vegetarian selection..the fried tofu with the avocado is a must must also their truffle risotto and soups are amazing...staff is very friendly..valet parking is available ...metro is not too far...one of the few restaurants that serve alcohol outside of a hotel...WARNING this place is addictive haha

It is always good to have a nice fish at Zuma. Two of my favorites are the famous Cod and Seabass. The food tastes great and service is fantastic.The staff at reception is really friendly and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. I like sitting on the first floor as it has comfortable couches and view is great.

I did not like it. Waiters are not attentive, and dynamite crab roll is with something inside which is not about to be chewed

WOW. I am SHOCKED by this restaurant. Such a bad experience! My family and I have never felt more discriminated in our lives. First off, we were going off to a casual place so my family and I wore semi-casual clothing. (Jeans and a blouse, nothing bad at all. We were well dressed but not too fancy either.) We were on our way, however it turns out we weren’t able to make it to the casual place we planned on going to at first. So, we decided to go out for dinner instead. HORRIBLE IDEA. We got to Zuma, they looked at my family and I up and down, saw us in jeans, and told us we needed a reservation. They saw how we looked, and thought we wouldn’t be able to pay for this restaurant! Never judge a book by its cover! We were being discriminated, google clearly writes that this restaurant DOES NOT need a reservation, and DOES NOT have a specific dress code. Couldn’t even go inside and already a TERRIBLE experience. 0/5 stars if I could.

Amazing place and delicious food

By far the best brunch i’ve ever had in the whole country!Great sushi variety, food stations are always getting refilled so they never run out of food, the main courses are out of this world! And the service is impeccable! Waiters are always alert, very polite and helpful! Yes it is pricey, but worth every penny!

This place is great for both evening dining as well as Friday brunch. Great sushi, great drinks but the real winner here is the black cod. Whenever Im with my family we eat at least 4-5 of those between a few of us, just super unique and unlike anything else Ive ever had. Look forward to returning here once lockdown is over!

If you have just run a marathon, come to Zuma to replenish your salt levels. Seriously the food here is so salty I am baffled by the good reviews. Japanese food is all about premium ingredients and subtle flavours, Zuma uses average ingredients and drowns them in heavy soy sauce so you cant taste the difference. The food here is as delicate as a bull in a China shop, and I had to drink so much water to combat the salt levels. Service was not too bad, we sent back serval over seasoned dishes and they replaced them hastily without any objections. The price here is also a joke. At 500 each, I could easily have an amazing sushi counter meal for much better quality and ambience. Please avoid.

Friday brunch was worth every penny! And dont be shy to sk for more of the dishes, they happily bring you more on request. Its a set menu and you just get to choose your main dish but literally everything down to even the side salad was amazing! Cant fault anything with the food and service we recieced!

Went for a brunch here with a group of friends, and I was very impressed.As soon as you walk in they offered a welcome drink at the bar, we were made to feel relaxed and welcomed.We sat at the table and the waitress was clear with the different packages available. We chose the prosecco package and our glasses were topped up regularly, we even asked for a specific drink that was NOT on the menu and they made it to our liking... This drink took a little longer to arrive but it was nice that they met the request in the first place. The food offered was not a huge selection but the food available was very good! Especially the beef striploin station where they cook it in front of you. Every thing that we tried was delicious.I highly recommend this place for a brunch. It was classy and intimate.

As always, Zuma seems to be a great place in whichever city you happen to find it. This one has great service and it’s located in a great part of town. Nice for a business lunch or long dinner. Decoration is excellent and the food is very high quality.Only complaint is that there are not many vegan options. No vegan deserts and no vegan milks :(

I have usually come here at night but last week we came to have business lunch. It was spectacular, especially all those little appetizers. It was value for money for the business lunch, however, I have been told it is crazy expensive if you want to come here for dinner.

The best lettuce salad I had, it’s not mentioned in the menu I guess. Their spicy beef is good too

I would give this place 10 stars, if I could. This uber chic Japanese restaurant impressed the heck out of us. The calamari and the black cod are musts, you guys. If you go here, order those. You will not be disappointed. Tons of gluten free options make this an all-time winner in my book! (The only down side, and it doesnt really count, is that it was a tad confusing to find if youre using Google Maps to hunt it down. Its inside another building, towards the back.)
