If youre looking for a publicly accessible rooftop bar with views of the Palm Jumeirah, this is your only decent option in 2021. All the properties at JBR Walk with rooftop bars now have occluded views thanks to new property developments (looking at you 1/JBR).As for the bar, they have a few decent beers on tap, including the less commonly available Estrella from Barcelona. The bar is also no longer called Q43.

Cool place for after work parties in media city during weekdays. Music is nice and also you can play pool while enjoying your drinks .

Ambiance of this place is really amazing, its very chill. staff are very accommodating. we went there on a friday and they have a happy hour from 6-8pm 2 for 1 on drinks so great value for money.

Best place for hanging out with friends. The reasonably priced drinks and good food along with an amazing view makes this club one of the best places to be in on weekends! The music could improve and the staff can be a bit more welcoming.

One of my favourite restaurants for dinner mid week. Great ambience with awesome service staff. The menu options are slightly limited but they always have what I like.If you can get a table close to the windows, theres a super great view of Dubai. We usually head over to the club side for some dancing after dinner. The smoke on that side is terrible though.

If you need to relax during your lunch break, this is a chill spot to hang out. Very welcoming staff and excellent chefs!

Went for Tuesdays ladies night. The 3 free cocktails were the best I ever had; real liquor and not mixed with water. The staff are very professional, friendly and accommodating. The appetizer a bit small but was delicious. Amazing view of the palm. Not best for solo but would be geat for groups of friends. Music was good and not too loud. Will definitely return again.

Even though I heard great reviews about the place and recommended that I go, when I visited I did not recieve good service by the waiters who were unfriendly and because it was a Monday the place was not very lively and almost empty. The food was good though.

Probably the best Thursday evening brunch. Top value for money, food selections might be limited (tapas style) but the taste and quality are excellent. Service is top notch, large selection of house beverage and great atmosphere with the option toJump on the dancefloor later on! I’ve been there twice and both time accompanied by vegan, vegetarian or peanut allergic and they always accommodate ❤️

I attended the Friday brunch in Q43 and cant find a bad word to say about it. Amazing views from the venue. Quality of the food was really high which I had not been expecting. There was a great range of drinks as part of the house beverages package. Good music and good atmosphere.

Nice place for a brunch with friends. Food was delicious. The waitress came very frequently with top ups of our drinks so the food did not get finished. But we did try everything on the brunch menu! The service was great.

A group of friends and i visited for brunch today and had the best time ever!! Food was fantastic, service was excellent and the Dj had us dancing all night long! Our waitress Arlene was super friendly and attentive and the manager popped over on a few occasions to make sure everything was perfect for us! 10 out of 10 and we will we see you soon Q43!

Food is great. Prices really high. We tried tuna tartar and some pizza with meat. Service was so so. We had to call waiter after 15 min we ordered drinks. And looks like they they didn’t care we were there. It was quite and nice tho

The view is amazing, however our experience was Really bad experience. Starting with the receptionist, that didn’t welcomed us, and insisted in sending us to a smoking area, not giving us the option were to sit. The place was empty, so they should be more attentive. Although the place looks nice, the lack of costumer service needs a lot of improvement from all the staff.

Great view and nice staff but the quality of the Shisha and food needs to be improved.Me and my friend tripped and fell on our knees very hard and that was in different dates as there is a small step right in front of some tables... something needs to be done, please consider this for the safety of the customers.

Came here for a birthday drunch- had a great time. Only disappointment was that the price difference between alcoholic and non alcoholic is not justifiable. The four courses we had were great and we had a great time partying in the bar area afterwards.

I like the place, like the music to that plays in Fridays. Its got some beautiful views and its a big venue. The map confused you a bit while reaching there but youll finally get there. Worth a visit.

To be honest. The view was good . Service was quick .but the food portion size was to small I mean for the cost. And also considering that its a bar they should have more options for finger foods .

I went there once, I stayed from 7pm to 3am.I tried the food, was really good. the drinks are fine, just like everywhere else. i loved the atmosphere.Music starts getting louder after 11pm and then it goes crazy and everyone starts dancing from 12 to 3am.should try it at least once.

The room is very spacious, great for dance parties and events of all kind.The staff is very reliable, kind, efficient and polite.The prices are regular for Dubai.The location is perfect: fancy hotel, less than twenty (20) minutes walk from the monorail to the Palm Jumairah, less than twenty (20) minutes walk from Nakheel Metro Station.The parking service is efficient even when it crowded.There are always taxis ready to pick-up costumers.

I am disgusted by the treatment we received the other day in Q43. Given that i have lived in Dubai for years and always went there i was quite shocked!!! My friend and i went to have a drink, which we were paying for btw, only to be told by the security that its reservations only! So i called and asked if i could make a reservation and was then told its not necessary we can just walk-in🤔. So then the security changed his story and said that we needed to pay 4k minimum. Seriously? So we requested to speak to the manager. A highly unprofessional lady who happens to be the manager came down stairs and said that our dress code was the reason they did not allow us, she didnt even bother to speak to us but asked the receptionist to tell us. Clearly this was not true as it was contradicting to what the security had said. The management should really be ashamed at how badly they treat clients, clearly they couldcare less for customer service. Its absolutely disgusting ! My description of this place is highly unprofessional management, zero customer service, racist, grossly discriminative and i wouldnt recommend to anyone. I wish google had zero star as that would be my rating.

If they can improve one thing, it would be customer follow up. Just the small things like peanuts we had to ask for it constantly, the table was dirty, and we had to ask to clean it. Its normal stuff that a 5 star would do without asking. Other than this its a nice place with a great view of marina. And one last thing, its a roof top but the glass is so dirty that it doesnt really feel like a rooftop

Attended a office party at this place. They segregated a part of the lounge for all the guests and provided the required assistance to manage a group of 50 odd people. It also has a number of pool tables to entertain yourself. Music is not too imposing either. Overall a nice place to get a drink after work.

We went for a romantic dinner midweek and it was pretty empty and chill. Food is flavorful but very rich. If youre not into heavy meat, youll find limited options on the menu. The view is great from the 43rd floor.

The bodyguard downstairs was so racist with us because we are arabs ? And this is Arab country!! and he was soon to attack us and go away, we were only asking about the way to enter because we don’t know where or from who reserve, its our first time here we are from Kuwait, and then we I asked him how to book he said I don’t know ?? So he don’t want us to go upstairs to 43 floor and he don’t want to tell us how to book. This is not our first time we go to bar or club but we never saw bad bodyguards like him.

Great to have a non-smoking area with somewhat muted volume of music, allowing to talk. Staff is responsive, booze is slightly expensive than average. Cool interior, great view from 43rd floor.

Perfect for a quick lunch and some good quality food. The view is also fascinating as you are overlooking the palm. Couple of my favorites are the Philly Steak Sandwich, Katsu Burger and the Beef Sliders.They also have a great business lunch which keeps changing on a daily basis that starts at 12:00pm

The place is targeting Western customers. This being said I got offered to leave my credit card at the bar... my husband an I consumed only water (and 1 coca cola). This Western concept of pre-collecting your credit card might work in the Scandinavian countries, but it should be avoided in the UAE. Food was slow to come out, maybe because we were a 20 pax group and everybody ordered a different thing. It was ok food, the usual you might expect getting served in a bar. No children allowed after 8pm - as you understand it is a bar and alcohol is the most sold thing here. Valet parking took 20min on the way out of the hotel. The worst was that about 5 persons who came after us got their vehicles before us. A real Western place where is expected the Westerner (mostly European, an American wouldnt tolerate such level of service) to shut up and wait and be satisfied with whatever he/she gets...

This place is not luxury place for you trashy security from no where asking me emirates id for enter there, this is not 5 start place remember that, apart the kind of people who go there low class! another thing if you will have security people laughing for not sence at least a one with clean and fresh breath, that one last night have the more disgusting mouth all teeth green and dirty and smelling like dead dog!

When I loved the place, there are lot of things the management can actually work on.The sound is too loud, when it is good for a discotheque but having it too loud leaves your eardrums go numb after party.And the air-conditioning is below average, one reason can be because it is overcrowded.Go there with your friends, good crowd inside and have a ball of a time.

I came in here tonight. There were nine people 3 bar staff and 4 waitresses. This was during happy hour. When the barmaid came to the table next to me to serve the couple at the table, I asked if I could get a lager refill. 5 mins later the waitress came back with one drink for only the guy at the table. Obviously the lady was not thirsty like me. I asked can you only carry one glass at a time when she turned and walked away. After answering emails and social media on my phone, I then realized I had been 20 minutes with an empty glass in happy hour. I turned to the bar, 4 waiting staff were standing by the till and a Varma was jobless. I approached the bar and asked if they were busy. Immediatley got my pint. But man, I live across the road and come here often. This could be my last visit, as I have experienced this often. Seems to be better service when busy. Bar manager needs to get a grip of his/her game. Pathetic.

I previously gave you great reviews. So when I have a bad experience I also have to make Media One and the public aware of my disappointment.I was at the Party in the Park with my wife. Which I have to say was awesome. On the main screens at the event was an invitation to continue an after party experience at Media One.So that’s exactly what we did, we headed to Media One after the Liam Gallagher gig.On approaching security I said we wanted to go to Q43. We were told we were to casually dressed and that I had trainers on. When I pointed out the guy in front they had just let in had Nike Jordan’s on, I was informed by security they were “Loafers” well that was hilarious 😀Cmon Media One. Dubai is a hot place. The majority of guys I see out are casually dressed with shorts and Trainers.

The ambience is one of a kind, and the service is pretty decent as well. I ordered a Chocolate-based whiskey, which they sadly did not serve anymore, and was thus recommended to try some flaming cocktail (cant recall the name). That drink literally set my liver on fire - it was insane, but realty interesting!

Went there for Friday night party, the bar was empty, just a bunch of people sitting and looking at each other very weird atmosphere , slow service, delay in getting your drinks and so on.... Bottom line, dont waste time, if u wanna party go somewhere else.I gave two stars because the food was okay.
