Hidden in Al Barari neighbourhod, Lowe is definitely a great find. Atmosphere is exquisite and the staff truly cares about your experience. Kudos to the chef who creates the food as an artwork - a blend of various culinary traditions and made it to a simple delicious and yet beautiful dish. There are options for vegetarians and vegans. Highly recommended.

If you care about quality product cooked with love and respect, this is your place. There are no wrong choices among the dishes, whatever you order will make you come back for the second round. The combination of flavors and textures in every dish is perfectly studied and executed, specially when talking about dessert. Coffee is also amazing. The staff is great, super respectful, efficient and friendly. Nice and cozy ambience. Best restaurant in Dubai, no doubts.

To begin, I discovered LOWE by coincidence when my birthday plans changed last minute. I wanted to go for lunch, explore a new place and I randomly found LOWE through google maps.The place and the interiors: super chill and casual!When i first saw the menu i got super skeptical and i doubted my choice since it sounded gibberish to me 😅Anyways, we got a few dishes and also asked for recommendations.Food is absolutely delicious! Very tasty, balanced and full of flavor 💯 so far one of the best dining experiences I’ve had!I went back again a few days ago and I’m still amazedI highly highly recommend the bread, aubergine dip (I actually HATE aubergine/eggplants but I couldn’t resist this), dumplings!The aged beef was cooked to perfection and very juicy, however i wish if it was served with different sides.

Breakfast here is outstanding. I would walk from Marina on a July day to get these dishes in my mouth again.Veg / vegan options were delicious, unique flavours and identity in each dish.Service 10/10Flavours 10/10Ambiance 10/10Thank you Edwin and team for being superstars.

We had such a lovely time at LOWE. The staff are genuinely happy and friendly, I would come back just to see them again. The outdoor seating is beautiful. I would recommend going for a bottle of the Touraine white wine (it’s so light and refreshing). The reason I ranked it a 4 and not 5, is because I feel the food is on average with similar spots in Dubai. Out of everything we ordered, I would recommend the artichoke dish.

A great experience with LOWE and “Edward” was a great assistance in ordering those lovely flavored food.

I had a lovely breakfast there this Saturday. The avocado prawns toast was so fresh and yummy and Edward our waiter was very prompt and nice. Going there again to try their other dishes.

I went to lowe for lunch and it was one of the best meals Ive had this year! Simple ingredients like aubergine, cauliflower or shrimps skillfully prepared by the Australian chef and his team. The stylish interior design that reminds me of Bali and well-trained staff like Julius made my dining experience even more special. Its on the outskirts of Dubai, but easy to find with Google map, and definitely worth a visit. The whipped aubergine and Omani shrimps are a must try. Totally recommended!!

Came here for breakfast. Great food, slightly dark, could use some more natural light. Edward helped us out and made excellent recommendations. Overall very well done. I see why it’s one of Dubai’s best breakfast restaurants.

This is my second visit to LOWE. I had breakfast the first time and it was really good.This time, I came for lunch and I had a serious amount of food. 5 starters and 2 mains.Do not be fooled by the unusual location in Dubai. This is a Michelin quality restaurant. Michelin guide do not exist for Dubai, and if it did LOWE is 3 stars for sure.I do not like to exaggerate but this restaurant might actually be the best restaurant in UAE and it beats any cuisine of any other restaurant. The amount of culinary fusion here is phenomenal. . Well done owners, well done chef Jesse Blake, well done every single staff member here.

Our server from Kenya was very friendly !This place is surrounded by greens and there is a swimming pool in front of the cafe . They said the access of the pool is 150dhs with 50dhs voucher included. It would be nice to chill by the pool next time :)The portion and the quality of food and drinks were amazing too!

I’ve been here for both breakfast and dinner and all I have to say about the food is wow! Great menu choice and the quality of the dishes is worthy of a Michelin star. Staff are amazing, especially Edward who has served me on numerous occasions and his recommendations never disappoint. I’m already planning my next visit.

I went there the other day with my friends for dinner. The food from the new menu was great, the vibe of the space was spot on & the service (in our case carried out by a gentleman named Edward) was very pleasant.A bit far, but otherwise very recommended. Licensed too.

Have visited a few times and their food is always consistent. Booking is essential and post covid the restaurant is only open a few days a week. They have an al fresco dining area with limited tables so make sure to request at the time of booking. Their menu changes regularly and their dishes are well executed. I love that they serve kombucha. Worth the drive out to Al Barari.

I have to say that I actually love this place. It is quiet, in a great setting albeit not an easy location to get to, but still a rather lovely place. Pre-Covid, the food and service were impeccable; the bonus was that it served Minor Figures oat milk rather than a cheap alternative of a poor quality as tends to be the standard in other places. Unfortunately, I wasnt really happy to have a couple seated in a table less than a metre away from me during Covid times and contrary to the social distancing requirements especially when there were other tables in the restaurant. Observing this and the unwillingness of the staff to re-seat the guests who had only just sat down meant that I was not comfortable to dine at the restaurant so I left. Its a shame as I do like this place but I have no idea how close someone will be seated next to me so I do not envisage my return.

This is a very good new and modern restaurant that offers a range of innovative dishes in a nice and well thought out setting.The dining room itself has small tables for two, bench seating & larger tables with high chairs for groups. The decor is modern and fresh with some interesting art that adds to the charm. The kitchen is open and can be seen and smelt from the dining room in is nice. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped and it is good to see the kitchen team preparing the meals.The food is very good although it is not always clear what you will be getting from the menu description. That said I have now eaten most of the dishes and they are all delicious and well cooked. It is a sharing concept restaurant so that should be kept in mind when ordering. Furthermore, they do not follow the standard Starter, Main, Desert formula which was a touch unexpected. However, it is executed very well and everything I have eaten so far has been lovely, even dishes I was a touch apprehensive about. They also have a large number of drinks most of which are made in house and completely worth trying.The staff are friendly and very helpful. They are attentive but not in an intruding manner. All in all a really good restaurant and great concept that I would recommend to any and everyone.

Now.... the word amazing and wonderful are not descriptive enough. The staff were amazing food was more than perfect and delicious and good for sharing. My family had a wonderful experience.Please dont think about money... its worth it

Definitely a hidden gem. The quality of food and presentation is outstanding. The staff are very courteous. Must try the whipped aubergine, the crisp endive and the heritage tomatoes with cherries salad. The turmeric and ginger drink was delicious as well. Kids 5yrs and above with seasoned taste buds would be fine, I wouldn’t take the picky ones there.

Definitely one of the best restaurants Ive eaten at in Dubai. The grilled Omani prawns were amazing along with all the other dishes the chef prepared for us. With all the great flavors this restaurant serves, along with the great ambiance, this is definitely a must-try place.

Great edgy menu, tapas / small dish style food (really enjoyed the grouper, wagu burger and Laban-fried market fish) . Best restaurant in the area by far and reminds me of some very good emerging restaurants in London. I have been a couple of times and will continue to go back - so highly recommend you visit. Also worth noting the good quick polite service (thank you Edward!). My only constructive comment would be to expand the wine list for those who enjoy a glass or two (like me!).

Yet another great food concept in dubai that is a no go because of poor customer service.I could write down all the points that went wrong on our breakfast yesterday, and that’s after giving this place another chance after previous similar incidents ( I’ve been there enough times) , but I don’t plan to ever go back again.It goes hand in hand, poor management and poor service from the staff.Good food alone doesn’t cut it.

I love this restaurant because they have really beautiful and crazy ways to present the food that make your stomach hungry even if youre not. I love the atmosphere and staff were so friendly and awesome.

Lowe is exceptional. The menu is designed perfectly to share and each plate was simultaneous delicious and generous. The staff were lovely and attentive, we didn’t even know they were there. This is a special place for those who know good food and who appreciate the quality of the place. It is beyond a wonderful dining and life experience that has revived our love of going out for a meal. Thank you Lowe for a relaxed, scrumptious dinner. We will be back!

Had high expectation of Lowe as it came recommended from a few people, however, the food is average for high-end prices.Had a variety of different veg and non veg starters and mains, and unfortunately not a single dish was remarkable or memorable.Drinks were quite delicious though.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Drinks took an hour to come which ended up being the wrong drinks. Waiter didnt know what any of the dishes were. Our food took forever to be served and it was cold. The manager then told us that they are actually amazing and we should come back again. Overall very unprofessional and a lot of training is needed.

Went back to Lowe and happy to update my earlier review. Food’s still delicious (especially scallops, duck rice, mango lassi, aubergine dip and salsa verde burrata) and exciting, and the service is now fantastic. Special thanks to Patrick and Esty for looking after us so well. Great experience and can’t wait to return.

The only fault I can find of this place is that they don’t serve alcohol at this point.The food was amazing - almost like I was transported into one of the lovely restaurants in Melbourne. The wait staff knew exactly what each ingredient is and what they are serving up (rare in Dubai). Parking is easy and the place is modern and full of sunlight streaming through.

I dont understand why this place is listed everywhere as dog friendly when in fact they do not accept dogs and it has been like this for a very long time. Furthermore their staff told me they never did accept dogs.

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at Lowe was so amazing I felt I should share. From the friendly welcome by the staff to the food, drinks and atmosphere everything was perfect. Finally I’ve found a place to enjoy creative interesting food in a relaxed chilled out space, and drink great wines at a reasonable price. Special mention to Kate and Proscovia for looking after us. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Go now before everyone else finds this place!

Slowest service I’ve ever received at a place that isn’t extremely busy. Food is extremely overpriced and underwhelming. Menu is an odd combination of things and makes no sense. Place is nice tho so if you’re looking for a new house this is the place for you!

Tasty but you cant make any amendments and the portions are small. The menu is always changing a exciting new dishes are fun to try.

For me it was a first time to be blown away by tomatoes(yes), beef carpaccio got a new meaning, the bar for chicken wings went up allot and potatoes can work in a dessert!Special shout-out to Gabby, who did a wicked job!As Michelin would say, worth the trip:)

LOWE: mediocre food, mediocre service.Reservation system is not acknowledged: we were told they only had availability at the terrace, which is basically the concrete outside the restaurant, although we booked indoors. No acknowledgement, no greeting by staff. Also no call backs for confirmation or 2 attempts of phone calls were left unanswered/not returned.Items on the menu unavailable: (Lobster benedict) Also we were not informed in advance while we were given the menus, although alternatives were offered during placing the order e.g. smoked salmon or avo toast with prawns.Breakfast food was bland and overpriced: dish presentations were pretty but bland and overly priced for items offered. LOWE breakfast is 2 slices of tomatoes, 1 whole cucumber and 3 mezze with 1 slice of pita, 85 Aed. Prawn avo toast was served cold and bland with few chives and yuzu condiments.Service staff interactions are below standard: front desk staff asked how our breakfast was before our breakfast was delivered! Our waiter did not initiate any feedback seeking conversation even though he cleared a 75% full plate. He did not seek why. Front desk staff was also serving food without appropriate PPE or apron.Overall, a very expensive disappointment. Unpleasant experience. Never to be repeated.
