Really tasty food! The grilled chicken is so tender!! Grilled lamb is tender and tasty, coleslaw is delicious! The waiter even went to another store to get me the soda I asked for! Suggestion for improvement: include more fries as some customers may feel cheated.

There charcoal is amazing..... Rating it because of there service and price which was budget friendly...

Loved the green chilli charcoal.

Beautiful food and a lot of variety. Went there like 4 times in our 2 weeks trip and wanted more and more. Food was better then some high rated restaurants. Chicken lollipop, crispy chicken, chicken Manchuria and some other dishes was absolutely amazing.Was served by Asim every time and he was very welcoming and kind. Will go visit them again on my next trip to Dubai.

The person who is receiving call is very very rude 😡😡😡😡 and He is fighting with me it’s been like 2 years we r going there and the person behavior is too much bad 😡😡 I fell very bad ... from next time I will never go there ... m posting this because the way is talk with me very very bad ...

I just love to eat out at boom boom. Though the staffs are friendly. Frequent visits are paid by me for ma regular tea. North Indian, South indian, inter continental menus are available.

Rude staff, ignorant and arrogant. Ignoring customers for take away orders. Especially the night staff, Mr.Rasheed. Extremely unprofessional and pathetic behaviour, knowing customers are waiting still constantly ignoring. The night duty counter supervisor doesn’t do anything knowing the behavior of his staff also no action or feedback is given and same attitude is being shown by Rasheed. This is to address the owner Mr. Yousuf to get rid of such staff who are spoiling the image of a good restaurant.

If you are really hungry and the taste of the food really doesnt matter and you are on a budget...then this is the right place for you.Im not saying that the food is bad, its average whats bad is their service. It takes ages for them to serve your food after you have placed an order, couple of servers their are totally disinterested in doing their work.The quantity of the food is really good for what they charge you.In short yes you can visit the place if time is not a constraint.

Worst experience with boom boom, I ordered for food they it’s very near just 500meter away, they took one hour, if I call the cashier he is telling okz wait for sometimes there making it, nonsense staff and they don’t have value to their customer....
