Good restaurant, nice ambiance!We went here for a business lunch however, the floor for business lunch is different to the other dinning, and more quieter, which I could rather disagree with if it’s a casual business lunch.The parking you have valet parking at the Vida hotel or self park options as well.The food was good, we enjoyed it all!The staff were very courteous and welcoming.So overall a great experience!

Quality food, great in taste and freshly prepared.From start to dessert, everything was great in taste.As for the snails, the garlic was slightly overpowering the actual taste, but not as much that it wasn’t good anymore.The tomato soup was really nice and definitely one of my favorites I’m combination with the cheese bread.The desert was great in taste and something unique.Definitely not the last time I’ll come here.

Overall disappointing for the price and I try to be fair.We went on a Friday night for dinner.The waiters: super friendly, gave good recommendations and always had a smile on their face - we tipped them generously.The interior: nice ideas, however at some point you realize that it is a bit all over the place.The DJ: that night perhaps he had a bad day but the music was overall too loud (having a quiet conversation was difficult), sometimes he had 2 songs playing at once and sometimes the volume spikedThe price/portion: it is a worldwide issue that expensive places give you small portions but it is simply a short-sighted way to save money. The drinks were too small and the main dishes about 30% too small.The dress code on the the website said smart casual and on the phone they reminded us twice that it is elegant. Alright, that makes sense. However, when we entered the place very few people were elegant. People wore adidas shirts, standard tops, not many were elegant.Little things: we did not get our proper knives right away and they left the forks which were initially on the table. The knife was double the size of the fork.My criticism might sound really weird and picky but given the price, I have to hold them to a different standard than a outback steakhouse or something similar.There are other restaurants in Dubai for slightly less where you have Michelin star cooks cooking.These little things make the place not top-notch but as they are charging top-notch prices, my standards are of that level.

A lovely place to have breakfast/ brunch.You will be transported to the streets of Paris the moment you enter this restaurant.I tried the Avocado Benedict & almond croissant and there are yum!I also tried the “paris for her” tea, it’s so tasty.

Second time here. I ordered baked eggs with frensh toast. The food is really delicious and this order is for 2 people.The staff is amazing, and the place is really nice. Highly recommended. I would give them 5 starts but I asked for sugar and it never came 😂.Note: I will be coming back for the third time once I am in Dubai again.

A restaurant in downtown, the atmosphere is nice and the service is great and the price/quality of food is good. I liked almost everything and would recommend you to go. The only thing that is making me give it less than five stars is that I have had better for same price almost. So it’s nothing against the restaurant and you should go try it 👌🏻👌🏻

What can I say about La Serre. Always at the top of their game. Yet some how its always a 4/5 for me. I cant put my finger on it but theres just something about the taste of their food which just doesnt live up to their prices and reputation. Ive had their eggs, croissants, coffees, yet I can always compare a better tasting version of the dish at some other restaurants with a more reasonable price point. Their hot chocolate though is always a number 1 for me and I love the almond crisp squares they serve along with it.

We decided to visit based on the good reviews we heard about their breakfast. It was very disappointing. The truffle eggs dish was tasteless w truffles on top which was highly recommended by the waiter (later I understood that he’s just recommending the most expensive on the menu) then we also tried the crepe campagnarde which also wasn’t special at all. Their presentation, the food and service weren’t at the level we expected - not even average unfortunately. It’s sad we missed our hotel breakfast for this. I asked for more bread then the basket came with dirty with jam so the waiter ended up giving us a free croissant. We didn’t say anything because we didn’t want to waste our time and energy on arguing. Never going back for a breakfast or brunch.

It is always my perfect morning at La Serre. I find the staff extremely professional, especially Raj, there isn’t a day that he didn’t welcome me with a big smile. The food and ambience is amazing !!

Food quality is really good, service is really good as well, but they have so many rules on wether they reserve a table for you or not and that is why i give a 4star, otherwise the food and service both are amazing

Lovely lay out,food & wine is fantastic and the service is spot on. My wife brought me here for a birthday lunch and thanks to Farrel and the rest of the team I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend this restaurant aswel as Farrel for his excellent down to earth personality, knowledge of the dishes and service.

La Serre located in Downtown at Vida Hotel is hands down one of the best (if not the best) breakfasts I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. Not only is the food, coffee and atmosphere of the highest quality, but the welcoming and warm service provided by all staff make you want to return time and time again.We were absolutely spoiled by our waiter and manager Mohammed who even provided us a complimentary pastry. All staff took the time to talk to us and offer us their personal recommendations. Eventually we chose cappuccinos and the avocado Benedict. The coffee is served hot, with incredible flavour and the ‘latte art’ is show-stopping. The avocado Benedict was massive and generously topped with salmon and perfectly poached eggs. I’d recommend this dish to anyone wanting a healthy yet filling option.The staff did not know that it was my birthday when we dined, but they made myself and my friends feel as if we were the only guests in the restaurant. You will be so incredibly pleased if you choose La Serre as your breakfast spot of choice.

Fantastic spot for meetings, breakfast or any meal downtown. Nice menu with great food and very very good coffee. The barista guys are super cool nice dudes. But the overall stuff always has been very nice. Even though sometimes the wait is quite long if it’s full, I still totally recommend this place, just because of the great coffee.And not to forget: the best bakery in town. They have the absolut best breast you can get.Also the Granola and stuff they are selling is phenomenal.

One of the best places I visited in Dubai. I would really like to thank Mr. Ernesto for the hospitality and the amazing service. The food is so delicious, specially the truffle pizza and the pasta. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would like also to DJ Charlie for the brilliant music and the interaction with the crowd. It was really a lovely night and I would highly recommend.

According to the staff here those are prawns. They literally just told me they don’t have prawns but that’s what they serve and there is no way to replace it or cancel it. It’s a really nice place with nice atmosphere reminding of France but just that much, such pity the food is below average the same as the staff’s attitude.We felt like “Who cares what you want, there are enough customers waiting outside, you can pay and go”

It is my second time here and couldnt recommend it enough. The venue is beautiful, great location, service is beyond expected. We were accommodated by Farrel and he is a great, knowledgable and attentative person, with a very good, yet professional sense of humor! Highly recommend the restaurant!

The food is delicious and I liked the atmosphere. I would have given 5 starts if the service was a bit better. We had to wait around 10 min for them to take the order. Other than that I pretty much recommend the place and definitely I am visiting it again.

Sole was very good, good portion size, however i bit pricey, considering you had to pay for side dishes. At AED 425, i feel the side dishes should have been included.Very good service and nice ambience

If you are looking for a great place for dinner and breakfast, then i would highly recommend this beautiful restaurant situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai.We enjoyed a lovely early breakfast at La Serre Boulangerie this morning. Awesome selection of dishes especially if you are a fan of Benedicts, great service provided by Leo/Angel who looked after us throughout our stay and made sure we have a memorable one.Also, previous Wednesday we attended their Mademoiselle night in Bistro Chic on the first floor and we left truly impressed and amazed by the vibes in there.The offerings were beautifully presented that i was thinking this dish is too pretty to eat. Pss from starters i loved the cured Salmon with coriander and pickled beets and from mains the Sea Bas in asparagus and lobster sauce is to die for.Compliments to their DJ likewise , who was playing some of my favourite and most popular tracks.Thank you La Serre! Sure.We will be back! ;)

Fantastic place, it’s Parisian style restaurant with great views, located in Dubai Downtown, if you like luxurious ambient and sophisticated food tasting you should definitely visit this place.. my recommendation is their steak.. so delicious.. We visited during their Saturday brunch, great selection of food and free flowing drinks.. especially French white wine.. big thanks to their staff Naz and Geff who made our stay even more fabulous.. :)

This place is one of my favourite places, their customer service, food serving and food quality is outstanding, warm welcome by the staff and giving honest opinion about their menus. I simply love the vibe and food. Their egg benedict is most delicious one in Dubai I can say. Lovely entrance 😍

The service was good, the food delicious. You can enjoy the busyness of the boulevard without a lot of noise. There’s a seating area up stairs that gives you a better view and a calmer atmosphere.

Beautiful atmosphere and very well done interior. The air conditioning upstairs needs a bit of work.We ordered appetizers, cold and hot.Excellent fresh French cuisine, done to perfection. The Provencal calamari, eggplat/prawns and scallops are the stars of the show. You cant find a single mistake. Beef and Salmon tartar are also amazing but they have to compete with other products in the market. The escargot, to me, lacks generous garlic and butter. It is a bit dry.Overall a beautiful experience in beautiful restaurant. The staff are beautiful and extremely friendly.

I ordered on delivero got the baguette not covered and it was exposed to the air and the delivero delivery packaged .. gave a call to the bakery just to inform them they as have to make sure to cover the bread... All I got from the lady who answered thats not them and they always cover it and I should do complaint to delivero. I informed her that I am not calling to make an issue just make sure to cover it in the future for your future clients.... Also I order2 lemon cake it was tasteless... Not worth the hype

La Serre what can I say fantastic food. The Butternut squash Ravioli to..die..for. The Chicken and green beans with mash fabulous.Our fabulous waiter Farrel was so attentive looked after our every whim and served us with a wonderful smile.If you are Downtown Dubai then this is a must.Oooo I nearly forgot the puddings enough said.

Nice place for breakfast. Best croissants in dubai I think ! And everything else we have tried so far has been nice. There are couple of issues though... which is a shame because this place could be perfect! First they dont have a separate smoking area outside so second hand smoke is definitelyon the menu! Also the service is surprisingly slow even when they dont seem busy.

I have never actually been to La serre but we’ve been ordering via deliveroo for a year now and the food and the packaging and how the food looks and taste never disappoints! I’m amazed! I can assure you that’s not always the case when you order food from restaurants. So this is to say BIG thank you for all the chefs, cooks and bakers in your kitchen! Your work is appreciated 💛

Ever since La Serre changed management, the food hasn’t been the same. Had the eggs benedict with avo today and the avo was old and not fresh, like one of those readymade tub versions. Their pastries are still good. The seating outdoors on the boulevard is super nice, and it’s great that they have valet.

First the positives, they have good breakfast. We have tried the egg dishes and coffee, both we can recommend.Now, the reason for this edit. This evening, we tried this place for dinner and it was a completely different experience. We ordered escargot, which was dry, served with burnt toast. The truffle pizza was sweet, which was really bizarre. The costs of the food are not at all justified by the quality, in my opinion. The service was not great either.

Amazing food and taste. Chef is extremely talented in the flavor and ingredients are super fresh.Add on that super host service (Farrel is great and a professional in making you feel at ease ) which makes the overall experience a 5 star dinner.Prices are on a high note but the food quality and service makes up for the cost.Will come back again for sure.Must try

Hope you all are doing fine.We met new friends and they advised to visit this place for Lunch as we missed time for Breakfast and this place is their frequent dineouts.+ Valet will collect your car at the front of the place itself. So parking is sorted+ Next the staff from Valet to host to waiters carry etiquettes which is very welcoming.+ You got all the option for seating, like outdoors, indoor, tables, booths, high rise, on the window etc. So, I suggest that you call and book a table of your choice.+ Next as this place serves French Cuisine so I suggest you check their menu in advance and decide what would be interested in. But, hey, its ok if you dont know much about French Cuisine as the host will assist you to order properly.+ Their almond pie is a must try among other many dishes. Check images.+ If you love tea, try out some herbal tea.- If you are a vegetarian, please note that you have very less to no options. We asked for a vegetarian sandwich, on which we got sandwich with eggs. So, I suppose they do not understand vegetarian stiff well.- We asked for still water and forgot to tell that we need water at room temperature. The next thing we know is that waiter brought chilled still water and opened the bottle and served it without even checking with us. It may be good to serve but a little more discretion would be good at such points.- I must add that the place is a bit above reasonable in pricing their dishes. I may be wrong in this but this is my perception.Overall i must say a nice place to try and I think you would come back again for the delicious recipes.

I love the food at la serre. It is well prepared and tasty and a portion size that is not excessive like a lot of places so I feel I am full and have not wasted (I hate leaving food on the plate). The atmosphere is really chilled out and it is such a great place to catch up with friends.. have food drink coffee and freshly prepared juices and watch the world walk by whilst putting the world to rights. However, what let it down for me was rhe service. It is slow and disorganised. Servers dont pay alot of attention so always huddled around the till and not seeing if guests need serving. I asked for some lemon with my fish and by the time I had asked for it a second time and it finally arrived....I had finished the plate. So for this reason....I am sorry as much as I love this place and have always loved going to eat here....I have to mark it as a three rather than a 5.

Went here for breakfast which was really disappointing.Nice pastries and coffee.Breakfast is not great considering how expensive it is.

I was there for breakfast and dinner.Them breakfasts is very good even the morning shift is better than evening shift.I don’t recommend to anyone ANYONE this restaurant for dinner because of stuff they try to push you and they are so rude, specifically when you have special occasions they are just force you and it’s not polite.

Lovely place and ambience but food was disappointing. The ravioli dish should be removed from the menu and I wasnt impressed with the steamed calamari. Not worth the money. Their bistro is better.

Highly recommended french cuisine. The best frog legs in town. Staff were very helpful with booking our table, attending to our table & recommending good options. Comfortable atmosphere with good natural light & background music. I also recommend their lamb steak ( rare) with broccoli. Good accessibility with valet parking via Vida Hotel or main road.

The food was amazing. Our waiter Dilshad was great. He explained of the dishes and all his recommendations were great. We went to the upper floor wanted pasta so the waitress recommended going down to the ground floor. The bread basket was below expectations but the onions soup was very nice. The quinoa salad was nice too. The pasta dish is wonderful. Sitting area was a little bit tight and there is not very good measures for social distansing at this time. Overall is nice.

I visited the Bistro Chic by La Serre. It reminded me of being in St. Tropez. I gave this restaurant a 5 stars because their service, ambience and food was great. Each table has an amazing view of the downtown boulevard. which makes this place the perfect date night. Our waiter Farrel was so nice and professional.We ordered the lamb shank and it was cooked so perfectly. We also really enjoyed the dessert. I will definitely be back again.

I had a pleasant experience in this restaurant a few years ago. My experience last week was bad. The service was great right until bringing in the main course, as all of our food (table of 7) was literally cold. We saw the food prepared and was waiting for a few minutes. The main course portions are just absurd, even though it tastes good. Burrata was served with 4 cherry tomatoes. Competing restaurants in DIFC and Four Seasons are much better.

Our absolute favorite restaurant in Downtown. Lovely decor - tres chic and full of greenery and flowers. The ambiance is welcoming and chill, dishes are delicious, so are their yummy desserts. Their pastries are the best in town. We love that the outdoor area is pet friendly, they even serve a special ice cream for dogs! Staff is very friendly, efficient and attentive, especially Matej whose service is truly outstanding and professional. He always gives us great recommendations and is exceptionally attentive. Our only suggestion to the management would be to consider adding more vegetarian main course options.

We went there on a thursday night and were not able to hear each other due to extremely loud music and not fit for the ambiance of the place. We respectfully asked the DJ to tone down the volume but he raised it up instead. We had to move tables but ended up leaving shortly after that as the sound was unbearable and certainly bad for anyones health and wellbeing. Its a shame that high quality food and service is paired with such poor entertainment.

Each time I look for a decent breakfast spot I remember this place. The service was impeccable this time thanks to Leo who was of great service
