Its the perfect romantic place for a very special evening. It is an italian restaurant with beautiful italian music, away from the noise of the city, with stunning views on Burj Al Arab.The restaurant is inside Qasr Jumeirah hotel, from where you can either walk to Pierchic or take a buggy.The staff is mostly european, well trained, speak Italian, Spanish, French, and of course English. They will make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need without keep interrupting your meal.The food is a definitely pricy but the overall atmosphere is totally worth it.

Amazing place. Highly recommended for a date or small group outing. The view is amazing. Service and setup 5 stars. We had Ravioli dish and seafood pasta both were delicious. We had Tiramisu for desert. The wine was good. The host was super sweet.

A tourist trap. I was not amazed by the wine list, nor the food. Although seafood platter cost an arm and a leg wasnt cooked well. Scallops were dry and chewy, lobster was dry, for 1300 AED at least should of been cooked better. Noone eats view. I give 3 stars just because of location, view and restaurant classic interior! Plastic seaweed in cocktails makes it look very cheap and was also a huge disappointment.

The restaurant is worth a visit as the exceptional location in the middle of the sea and the beautiful view,But we ordered pasta and risotto and the food was not cooked well and the flavor was not as expected, and the prices are very high compared to the quantity and taste.

The view and the location is stunning. The oysters were not good and they costed a fortune (400AED)Even though they don’t do anything for birthday celebrations, they got us this plate complimentary which is very sweet.

View is fantastic but the food is not at par with the price. Very expensive for the food. I had the seafood pasta but it tasted too fishy and not a fresh taste as one would expect in a fine restaurant. The sunset timing would be better if its as early as 1800H because the sunset that day was before 1830H. View I cannot fault but the food for its price could have been better.

Failed to satisfy, the food was below par. Seasoning off and flavour for value way off. Prices dont match the food, wine was lovely, thankfully they dont make the wine!Overall disappointing experience, the view is the only thing that satisfied us. Menu needs reworking, zero value in it. Know the market first, I should have bought my own lobster, as was served one tiny claw on a 280d dish!

We had every day morning breakfast(HB) at this place and really love it. Design of this place emphasize that you at the rest with a comfort view, especially love the less board windows and minimalistic. Music not aggressive(lounge, bossa nova...), somebody has a good taste of it. Service team welcome you with a good mood and smile. They have enough waiters to serve you fast. Based on case, sometimes they can be out of the standards to satisfying clients with their personal requests. Meals have some options, and definitely fresh.

Even though we struggled to find the restaurant while making our way through the grounds of the hotel once spotted it was well worth it from the walk along the long pier to the venue at the end (they do have a buggy available if walking not for you), all the way through to paying the rather high bill. On arrival we were ushered through to the bar however we had just come from drinks at another place so just wanted to go to our table but they still sat us in the bar for 10 minutes pre taking us to an outside table with an amazing view of both the beach & the nearby Burj Al Arab (sail hotel). It was a little breezing but they were straight over with a couple of pashminas with we valued. Food was spectacular but the star of the show was the sommelier who not only gave us some fantastic guidance but also explained to us why alcohol is so expensive here. All in all a great evening and would strongly recommend.

The food, the view and the sound of the ocean at your feet make it an unforgettable experience. Everyone from the host to our waitress was extremely helpful and polite. The service was fast and efficient. I had made some notes on my reservation and they were confirmed upon our arrival without hesitance. We were seated outside and it was a romantic evening that I will never forget.

Very little to fault on this delightful restaurant. I could say I wished they actually enforced their supposed smart elegant dress code to rebuff the usual shoddy shorts and slippers brigade that infests every Dubai restaurant nowadays but that would be asking too much I suppose. The sauce that comes with the lemon sole could be a tad less salty. The parsnip chips could be a bit less oily. But these are really small quibbles that you only notice because everything else is brilliant. The location is unique and the ambience is great. The service (at least from Alessandro) is charming. The menu superbly balanced and the dishes delightful. Easily the best restaurant experience Ive had in a couple of years. The 2021 new team here are doing a great job.

The food is always fresh, the view is awesome, the service is of the best quality and the people are amazing. We love coming back to Pierchic whenever we check in to one of Jumeirah hotels, we even bring our families and friends to share the extraordinary experience. Ryan, Michelle and Mary are always very welcoming and making sure that all the guests needs are attended too.

Location and views are beautiful and the bridge to the restaurant is simply lovely. This being said the level of the food doesnt match the high price at all and if you are celebrating something you better go somewhere as they fail to make our wedding anniversary anything special.

Beautiful location, arrogant service.We didn’t manage to try any food nor drinks. Got stopped 10 meters before the entry asked if we had a booking. Nope, no booking but I didn’t expect them to be busy on Saturday at 6:30 pm. Then we learnt we can’t just have drinks before deciding if we wanted dinner. The hostess run back and forth a few times to ask a mysterious manager if we could get in being guests of the hotel. So answer was yes but there was a minimum spend. Wow! Empty place refusing to make money because of a minimum spend rule? Seriously? We would have definitely spent more but it’s about principles, not price. Eventually we were offered to be served outside (scorching humid heat) because the restaurant wasn’t opening until 18:30 and we were at the door at 18:25. Shocking. Not what you would normally expect from a Jumeirah establishment…Definitely won’t go again.

This restaurant is really not that great. They claim to have a smart elegant dress code so I made a point of dressing up - boy did I feel stupid when I saw bums in cargo shorts in there. The appetizers and service were fantastic but where this restaurant truly failed was its wine and main course. I ordered a steak medium rare and was served an almost totally raw piece of cow. They did take it back to the kitchen to correct it but even after that the steak was absolutely uninspiring in taste. The wine was completely disappointing as well. At half the price I would give this restaurant is probably a 4 star. Not worth your time or money. I recommend C’è La Vi for a better experience that’s worth the comparable price.

We reserved this place for my husbands birthday, which I mentioned on the reservation. When I asked for the tiramisu as dessert I asked the waiter to put a candle I had bought when bringing it out; he assured me this would be done, no problem, he is happy to do it. Then when the dessert came to our table they completely forgot about my request and didnt put the candle. The view is perfect, the fish of the day was great but this entirely ruined my review of the place. You would expect more attention to details from a place like this. Very disappointing experience.

We came back there after quite a long time.Last visit was disappointing and it was far from value for money.We came back tonight for a special occasion and we we not disappointed this time.The only small point is that I sent a note to order a birthday cake and it seems it was not received.

The walk to the restaurant over the pier is breathtaking, the moment you arrive in the restaurant the bubble bursts. There is nothing special about the restaurant - From the ambience to the food. Such a special location, so much could have been done but its like any other restaurant inside a building. Disappointing.Our tables were not ready.The hostess was impolite. She didn’t make any eye contact while talking to us, left us wondering who is she addressing.The ambience was boring, nothing which makes one feel that they are perched on a pier. We went at dinner time, it was dark outside so no view except Burj Al Arab on one side. Atleast the waters around could be thrown some light at to emphasise on the location.We mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary but there was no initiative or mention of the same, I don’t know why they asked that question during booking if it doesn’t matter to them!All in all a magnificent location turned into one of the most boring places.

One of those places in Dubai where a good weather will make the experience a lot more fun.Good food and excellent view. Staff is friendly too. The walk on the wooden ramp is golden. And a walk around the property (all 3 hotels) is pleasant. It’s good to be in such green places in Dubai!It was my anniversary weekend, so they prepared a sweet dessert platter for us.The place is definitely on the expensive side, but buffet is slightly cheaper than a la carte. Also, I hear there is live music for Friday brunch buffet!

My family and I had gone out to dinner since I saw the many great reviews it has. Truly I can that the begging of this experience has been a bit slow yet mesmerizing. As you come towards the pier, there is a lovely and fantastic view going towards the restaurant having the view of the Burj al Arab which was beautiful.When we get to the restaurant, they had seated us at the bar and have us order some drinks. It did take a bit of time for us to get seated ( 15-20 min ) but we got our table.They first provide you with a selection of sauces to try with bread. Which was alright.For our starter we had ordered the “Raw Marine Experience Platter”, “US Diver Scallops “ and “Palaos Octopus”.Raw Marine Experience Platter:This was truly an amazing dish, I can say the presentation was 5/5, tasting 4/5. Although, I did have an allergy to Kiwi and they don’t put it into notice and was placed on the dish and was very life risking. Was NOT HAPPY with that :(US scallops:I can truly say this is a must to order! It absolutely amazing! All the flavors are there are and the texture was beyond this world. My and family and i really enjoyed this dish. Presentation 5/5, Tasting 5/5.Palaos Octopus:This was beyond anything I have ever tried! I can say that this is first time I can say that I will never forget this texture and taste of this dish! Would definitely recommend it also. Presentation 5/5, Taste 6/5 :)For our main course i had order the “ Grilled French Blue Loster ( special request to be mixed with some pasta) ”and the “Spanish Carabineros Praws”.Grilled French Blue Loster ( with pasta ):I can say that this has become one of my favorite dishes from all the restaurant I have been to. When my wife and I came up to this restaurant at 7 pm on Thursday, it was practically empty. The door lady refused to accommodate us for a few cocktails suggesting that they are keeping their tables open for dinner. She said they will be happy to receive guests for drinks after 10 pm. In our case, we wanted to have a few cocktails before heading out on the town. This is a great way to lose a quick profit and future custom.

Pricey, and limited choice of food but this is not the main reason why you would go there. Pierchic has one of the most amazing views on Dubai and is a very romantic place surrounded by water.

Best views of the Burj Arab Hotel and Very special location, unique design style, with fantastic scenery, plus meticulous service. The most important thing is that I like their food, but the only thing that makes me a little uncomfortable is that I eat too much, haha

One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai The food is always special, from the bread to the dessert. We elected to try the shellebration, a huge mix seafood grill, and it did not disappoint! The appetizers were also fantastic and their dessert specialty (the pearl) was a marvel to behold (and eat).Service was exceptional as always. They accommodated our request for a table with a view on Burj AlArab and moved us to a table on the terrace when we had dessert.A great meal in a special place!

A unique dining experience for Dubai, with a very relaxed atmosphere mixed with amazing views of the cityscape. The premeal cocktails are presented wonderfully, and the food was very flavorful and delicious. The service provided by the staff was top notch and some of the best I have received in Dubai. This is defiantly a great restaurant for couples if you are looking for that special night out, but be prepared for the higher than average prices.

Very disappointed with my visit to Pierchic last night, despite specifying that it was was a special occasion birthday booking. Once seated ,we waited 25 minutes before being seen to by our hostess(and this was after flagging down a different host who went on to fetch our specific hostess). In the words of the celebrant “they’ve shoved us in a corner and forgot about us”. Close to an hour before we received our starters, the octopus was really good. Despite giving advance notice that this was a birthday celebration, no effort was made by the restaurant to give a special feeling (Ive seen more effort at The Cheesecake Factory!). My colleagues were wowed when I said I was celebrating my partners birthday at the romantic Pierchic, sadly I will have to share my disappointing feedback with them as I cannot honestly recommend anyone patronize this establishment.

I am amazed at the positive reviews I have read here, as my friends and I visited last month and the service was horrific. It was completely disorganised, we received the wrong orders, one order was missing entirely, we were overcharged, it was a catalogue of errors from start to finish. Easily the worse service I have received in Dubai in four years. When we spoke to the manageress about this she was rude and confrontational. To top it all off, I have just noticed that they charged my card twice for the experience. Despite this being incredibly annoying, based on the experience we had I was totally unsurprised to see this error on my statement and it made my friends laugh that still now, a month later, the terrible experience is repeating on us!

FOOD POISONINGBeen here twice. First time the experience was very nice, with tasty food and relaxing atmosphere.For the second time a few hours after our dinner myself and my wifey got FOOD POISONING. My wifey called the restaurant to inform them about our food poisoning, in order to prevent further casualties. In the end, the manager basically told us to f*** of. Thus, considering how important is cleanliness during COVID times, I would never go back and would never recommend this place.great experience, and customer service! ofc if you are looking to ruin your vacation

A great experience to walk out in the middle of the sea and enjoy a well presented meal. A little pricey but considering the atmosphere, well worth it. The food is ok and maybe a little bland, but the service was incredible. A great waitress kept us engaged even when we didn’t get a window table to celebrate our anniversary.

Great venue, great seafood. Sommelier as useful as driftwood. No recommendations just a cursory handover of the wine list. I went for the Mischief and Mayhem Mersault which was fantastic. Shame about the sommelier as everyone else was amazing. Will be back and already know my wine choice.

World class seafood. As good as anything I’ve had in 3 Michelin starred restaurants around the world. Expensive but understandably so as the seafood is flown in mostly from Europe.The setting is also top notch. Amazing views of the coast and of the Burj al Arab.Only complaint would be the price on alcohol and oysters. Their signature cocktails were $45. They were amazing but those prices are kinda ridiculous. We only had one drink each and skipped wine because the wine list was priced at 6-10x retail prices. I just can’t swallow paying that for wine. The raw oysters were priced at $145-$210 per dozen depending on the variety. I was flabbergasted. And that is USD not AED!

My husband chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable surprise. The staff were very kind and informative. The views are breathtaking, and the ambiance is so romantic. The food is of a really high caliber 👌🏼 gets your taste buds swooning. the menu is of seafood, with only a very few that aren’t. Our waiter was so sweet and funny. She made the evening ever for more delightful. Highly recommend this place for a romantic date night or anniversary, it’s fancy and high priced, but worth it 😍 the pier makes for a really nice photoshoot 📷 go there before sunset to get that memorable panoramic view of the sun setting in the ocean 😇

Very beautiful place , Pictures online doesnt do it any justice , we went on a very windy day but still was amazing and romantic , Service was great , Food was amazing . The only issue was that the restaurant is a bit far from the hotel entrance so you have to wait for a buggy , We waited for like 15 minutes and no one shoed up while there was at least 10 other persons waiting as well , At the end we decided to walk which was fine but a bit confusing . Would love to go again , make sure to sit outside .

Fabulous place for Friday brunch. Not inexpensive but drinks packages available which helps. Much less like a rugby match after party that some Dubai restaurant brunches turn into. Fabulous setting with great views and mouthwatering food: you will not need to eat again that day! This is the second time Ive visited Pier Chic and the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the overall impression was a great representation of the best of Dubai.

Lovely atmosphere but below avarage food and way to pricy.My husband had the seafood pasta and it honestly taste like canteen food. It was also cold when it came to the table. I order the risotto lemon with red prawns, as described in the menu. However, when we received it in the table I was surprised to see zero prawns but a thin gelatine layer instead. When I asked the waiter what that was, she informed that it was a disk of carpaccio raw prawns. Which was completely unexpected given the menu description. And on top of that, the taste was overpowering by lemon. We order the ravioli to replace the risotto, but even the ravioli was a complete disappointment , zero flavour.

A superb romantic award winning restaurant on the end of a pier out into the Arabian Gulf. Fantastic views towards the Burj Arab and in the other direction the Palm Jumeirah if you have a table by the window like us (book early and ask) at sunset. Thoroughly recommended.

Gorgeous views of Dubai, delicious food, friendly staff. Definitely worth sitting on the terrace outside of the weather is good. Arrive early and order a cocktail while you wait for your table.

Its a good place slightly expensive. Better to reserve a table in advance. The seating area was quite full and noisy. I parked my car in the Souq Madinat parking & then took a boat ride to reach Pierchic. So try to reach half an hour before your booking time. Nice experience. I just had a glass of fancy fruit juice which was around AED 65/-. Cannot comment on the food.

Hmmm. Came here for the Valentines Day set course and left disappointed. There was a problem with our reservation, which didnt start the evening off well. In terms of food quality, we expected more for $350/person.This is far from a Michelin quality restaurant, but it maintains Michelin quality prices.Suggest looking elsewhere in Dubai for fine dining options. You can only pay so much for a view.....

I really couldn’t believe! So check it out. They serve u with some dishes and everything is for share, you don’t get your own plate! So for appetizer we have got piece of burrata cheese with some salad leaves and beef!!! bresaola(bresaola just cannot be beef it’s should be pork) very small amount, as they serve in “fancy” restaurants. I don’t eat meat. So I had twice less to eat. After that we’ve got seafood plate. To share. Do you know what I’ve got? Half a medium lobster, 1!!!!! Mussel!!!!😱😱😱 1 and a half prawn😳 and two!!!!! Two oysters😱😱😱😱 there was few tartars from seafood each less than table spoon, don’t even want to mention that. The only thing we didn’t share was tiny sorbet before main course. For main we’ve got listen to this BEEF CHEEK😨. Have any of you had a beef cheek? My friend couldn’t eat it there was only far, and he eats everything! We’ve got second main course just because we mentioned that I doing eat meat, so it was 4cm salmon tiny piece from the tail, another white fish same size as well from the tail and a king prawn. That was the first time in my life I lost my appetite during the meal, I’m not exaggerating. For desert we’ve got to share small plate of 3 mini desserts. I really don’t know how we supposed to share that. I felt embarrassed and this place felt so disgustingly cheap. The only waiters looks showed how they proud to work in such a posh place, coming to your table every half a minute to refill your glass. I’m the person who appreciate good food more than service. Below on the photos you can see the dishes how we have got it, we made photos before even touch it. So for me, for that money, it’s all was disgusting. I totally don’t recommend this place. Please look out for another place, where you will get much more food for that money and much better quality!

Nice restaurant, a favourite it seems for marriage proposals. If you are planning one make sure you get yours in early or you may end up playing second fiddle to someone else’s declaration of love. If you aren’t prepare to celebrate with those that do. Last time we went there were two happy moments! I assume those being asked said yes! Drinks are fun, views are great. If possible go for lunch or sit on the side facing the Burj Al Arab or you will spend the evening looking out into the black abyss.

Beautiful restaurant at the Al Qasr hotel. Located out on the sea with a fantastic view of the Burj Al Arab. Food was absolutely amazing.

Went with my wife, my brother and his wife for brunch this Friday afternoon. It was a great experience over all. We entered the hotel and were escorted to the venue by professional and friendly staff who took us in a buggy to the pier. The views were breath taking but unfortunately the weather wasnt clear enough to take some good photos. We entered the restaurant and were received again by friendly staff and helpful waiters. The brunch menu was excellent and the service was great too. The price was moderate to high depending on the packages you chose. You can choose from a number of different packages with/without alcohol to suit your taste or mood at the time. I would definitely recommend this place for its embience, food and great views of the Burj Al Arab and the coast line. Would come back to this place for sure.

The restaurant is self is at the end of a dock and it takes a while to get to because you have to go through the resort but its worth it once we get there. The food is very good and very expensive the drinks are very good and very expensive but also very entertaining. For as much money as we spent there we could have had a private dinner on the beach. Everything tasted delicious though and the service was great we also saw a couple get engaged which is always exciting.The views here are the best in the city in my opinion. Food was extremely salty, service wasn’t great, we had to request to be served and got ignored. We made sure the buggy was waiting for us by the pick up and it wasn’t. Had to wait in the heat!

Dined there back in late 2013. Being led to a table by the beach, I was given menus and the server patiently and in detail introduced daily special set meals as well as wine selections. I decided to go a la carte and treat myself with a glass of champagne. Had foie gras, lobster bisque, seared halibut as well as dessert. The manager that day, Ludwig, came chat with me for a while and then sent me another glass of champagne on the house!! In the end this dining experience costed me around 850 AED. Yes, it’s ludicrously expensive but I left with a smile.

First of all, going there is rather a financial investment - however, its a good one because youll buy not only food but a beautiful lifetime memory! Its the most romantic spot you can have for a dinner, settled above the sea, off the coast, accessed on a rickshaw. Beautifully decorated food if highest quality and some really good (though really pricey) wines! All in all, if you wanna go there, dont think about the money spent but look forward to 2-3 hours that youll never forget!

I had a very bad experience as when arrived one guy with green eyes said after one hour you have to leave because you are 40 minutes late, I told I wasn’t that late as you didn’t inform us that we need like 40 minutes to arrive as the valet parking was busy then we have to walk and we wait the elevator 3 times and was full the the buggy care we waited 20 minutes, he said this is the role and we left the restaurant even before we checked in.

I dined once when my now fiancé proposed to me and it’s amazingly good from staff to the food they’re serving! Real fresh seafoods.

If you are young (under 35) and want to spend thousands of dirahms here please read this first:You will be treated differently than older people, they think you will be broke and sit you at the worst tables.Had a reservation booked 4 days in advance and upon arrival they seat us next to the washrooms (even though they stressed us about only keeping our tables for 15 minutes so we should be on time or else no table). Hostess was nice enough to tell us sorry and offered me and my wife another leftover table an older couple left behind after complaining to them about the same thing even if they came after us. I feel like me and my wife got treated like trash seeing all the older people sit near the water surrounded by empty tables. As if they were hiding us 10 empty tables away to not tarnish their image. I didnt bother to ask for anything else to fix the situation after being offered another table the older couple ditched, I just left tbh. Im not a lower class citizen so I choose not to be treated as one.Id rather spend another 1200 USD at Al Muntaha than ever give a dollar here, the beluga caviar is cheaper there anyways if you factor it per gram.If you are young then your money is not enough to gain respect here, come back when you are at least 50 if this place still exists, because only then will you get to actually enjoy it.

Avoid this total facade - if you know good food this is a shameless scam . That’s what this is. Awful !!! Overpriced. Con. Tourist trap. They are not interested in return customers. Fish was overcooked. Crab over salted. Zombie staff. I think the seafood is fake and mislabeled purposely to inflate prices(it appears to be a fishy establishment). It’s not what they claim it is and certainly not fresh. Nothing redeemable here. Save your time and more importantly money. To be avoided at all costs. This place is a total fraud. Dont be fooled by location. Its an actual trap. I feel sorry for me. I can’t seem to forget how disturbingly terrible the entire experience was. Save yourself and run away. The customer comes second best here or should I say last. I will never forget how awful my experience was here.

The place is just amazing.Best location in town with a view towards Burj al Arab and the open sea.To many waiters and quite helpful and nice.The Friday brunch is very good and enough food even if it is set menu.Only one bad comment is the music, if is claimed to be a romantic restaurant, the music is too loud and annoying, the quality of the sound system very bad.Recommend !
