Ver bad experience ordering chicken biriyani...... They served three seperate items chicken fry, rice and gravy in a bowl and call it biriyani. And when I ask the waiter how do you sell this item by the name biriyani.... Its deceiving and the waiter replies this the biriyani we serve here......with an attitude like (venenki kaichit poiko).....!

Highly recommend Hammor fish grill. It’s really nice. Chicken also very nice. During weekend night need to wait more than 30 min to get a table.

Its one of the best restaurant in Dubai for Arabic food. The food quality is good, but the restaurant is crowded on holidays. Reserving your seats over phone before you reach will be a good idea. Waiting outside for our turn in the summer is horrible. I tried the variety chicken charcoal which is not much spicy for kids. Worth a try. 😊👍🏽

No need for a detailed review here, as everybody knows Shater among the rest/ cafe serving good charcoal chicken in Dubai.But i strongly recommend Hamour Fillet grill over their chicken. A very must try

4 person barbecue has enough stuff only for 2 people (2 soup, 2 lamb chops, 2 salad and 2 hummus) there is other meat but the best stuff is not given in good quantity and a 2 person mix grill only has hummus and soup for 1 person. Sometimes grill is not tasty (less salt or cold or undercooked)Consistency lacking.On the plus side the grill IS delicious when they manage to cook well and send on time. The soup is very delicious and salad is clean and refreshing ( and less) :D

Mutton Biriyani is fantastic.Charcoal is good.This place is economical and they they keeps their quality.Mutton ran is enough for 3 people and it is very tasty.Dont even think about coming here on Thursday evening as it is too much crowded at that time.

Such pathetic service ! We ordered Veg fried rice,Mixed noodles nd Lamb chops. The person who took the order when repeated also we told him we want Veg fried rice! But when we received the same we got Veg Noodles and Mixed fried rice. When we called to express the same they were not even patient enough to listen and kept on repeating that we did order the same. When we insisted them to replace they said they will do the needful next time. But we wanted to have it replaced and the person who spoke on the phone was so rude that when we told we will report to the authorities they said - don’t threaten us! Infact we were not threatening them we told them very clearly what we placed and we won’t have called them if we had got what we placed! At last they said will deliver but will take time and yes i have been waiting to get the fried rice delivered to Rashidiya!!!Such pathetic customer service by the SHATTERS DUNES staff!! Never recommended!!!!If at all an option to rate the worst I would do that!!

Mediocre food and terrible service. The place had decent charcoal chicken, nothing great. Ive definitely had better charcoal chicken. Consistency of the hummus was off. The main issue was the customer service. The whole dining experience was ruined when we were given the bill when a couple of our group members were still eating. Furthermore, we were asked to leave by the waitress stating that there other customers waiting. From my experience customers who are eating shouldnt be asked to leave rather the ones waiting should be asked to wait. This place is run like a business not a restaurant that provides a positive dining experience.

Shawerma are different, crispier than normal. Expect some rush during weekends. Parking may be Kucha depending on availability of paved parking, make sure you dont miss the little exit from the road.

I really didnt have much here other than try their meat shawarma on the recommendation of my friend. It was quite nice with a good portion of mutton in it nicely sliced for easier eating rather than chunks which some cafeteria and restaurants have a habit of doing. Was told that their chicken charcoal is very nice too but I shall leave that part for the next time Im around that area.

The chicken wasnt hot and the it seemed to be double fried, the masala on it was dry.

Best chicken charcoal in Qusais. For spicy lovers, try their Green Chilli/ Pepper/ Variety Mixed Grill. For others normal charcoal is also available. All of them are of good quality, taste and their service is also very good.For dine-in it might be busy during the weekends, so people has to wait outside. They have free delivery option for people residing in AL Qusais.

Consistently maintaining same taste & services. My all time favourite is Green Chilli Chicken Charcoal with soft Khuboos, fresh Humus and Garlic Paste, Salad, Hot Soup. Nowadays due to covid precautions and restrictions late night dinning is not so convenient as before. Last and most importantly its economical.

As usual the Shatter branch did it again. The food was properly served and was tasty as expected from the franchise.The place is very much loved by families, especially the south Indians. The night when I went in the place was packed with families and it was hard to get a seat so had to sit out side. But in this cold weather made it a luxury as compared to the rush inside.The price is slightly above as from the moderate but still a good meal. Hoping to try out more dishes from this branch.
