Food & programme at night are really nice was really disappointed with parking !! We had to park outside the hotel as there is no vallet or any parking available nearby !! We had to walk long distance in the heat in the heals at night... that was terrible really!! Cant imagine 5 stars hotel doesnt ensure parking is available for guests!

Lebanese cuisine restaurant. We went there for lunch, it was empty; we were the only ones there. Restaurant is tidy but table and dish presentations can be improved. The waiter was very courteous and was there for any help. It took a long while to serve the food; we ordered grilled chicken/meat, hummus and starters; the main dishes were good 8/10, lebanese bread 10/10, starters (samboosik) 5/10 and they were served after the main dishes! Overall experience was fine. Slightly recommended.

Not as expected!over priced, bad food, bad staff, we didnt eat most of the food.The staff manager was shocked and looked sad when we showed the Entertainer app. We will not go there again.

Very nice casual restaurant , Great service , Great food , Smoking is allowed outside , we had lunch there and it was perfect , A little bit pricy but its normal for a hotel restaurant range . Its casual , we went wearing beach clothes , Not sure about night time but they might have a different dress code since they have events and they host dancers and that kind of activity.

If you want to spare your life, do not come here as the food tasted either expired or improperly cooked. Many food items were impalpable. The table cloth and chairs contained stains. The only positive aspect is the location.

The servers were rude . Music was so high you can talk . Food was not good at at all even after requesting nothing happened. Just a bad overpriced place .

Food was really bad and really expensive. You don’t get a variety of food as well. Not worth coming here.

The dining experience at this hotel is exceptional and was our favourite choice during our weeks stay. The ambiance and layout was on point with an exceptional choice of starters, mains and desserts. The chefs delivered a vast range of choices all of which were prepared to an exceptionally high standard. The staff are always very helpful and attentive to your needs with a special mention of Mary who remembered us from our visit to Arboretum last year. We visited twice during our weeks stay and on each occasion the Mangers, Hassan and Khalid made a point of coming over to our table to welcome us and were very receptive upon hearing our positive feedback. A truly wonderful dining experience which never fails to deliver all levals.

We tried this place with 2 Groupon vouchers for 6 people and we were pleased. The atmosphere was mellow, the view was good, and the food was GREAT. Service would get 4 stars but overall it was a 5 Star experience.Tips: Valet parking is free. No elevator so ditch the baby stroller downstairs.

Tried the Hummus and Fattoush for starters along with the Arayes and Jumbo Prawns from the Main Course. I actually really liked the food here but it doesnt stand out from the crowd. I am beginning to feel as though all Lebanese places share the exact same recipes and methods. All in all, a good experience for a day out.Ambience: This place has a great ambience, amazing interior, goods vibes all around.Service: The service is poor and the staff need to improve on their people skills.Food: The food was great. Everything tasted amazing and the food was served beautifully.Location: The location was easy to find. Parking is plentiful in this area as well.Recommendations: Would recommend this place and also definitely be coming back here.

We made a reservation for my moms birthday, 5 of us. We were the only table in the whole restaurant on the patio. Patio view is great, service absolutely terrible. Slow, they ignored us, wouldnt serve us dessert because they have an event at 8:30, the time was 5:45 when we asked for dessert!! Never coming back here again. We will go to the other Arabic restaurant in Dubai marine for sure.

From the start we noticed we were the only customers in the restaurant at 7pm local time and we were not welcomed or acknolwedged. All the restaurants we had been to had a staff member at the door, we had to go up to a waiter to request the table. Orders were not being taken correctly - we were not given a drinks menu only food, and when it was time to place an order we had to get the waiters attention. I believe the waiter did not understand English that well as he only took one drink order and not my partners drink our our food order. During the meal there wasnt any acknowledgement to if our food was satisfactory as in most restaurants and the food served was not served fresh hot out of the kitchen. This has to be the worst restaurant Ive ever been to in Dubai so far and will definitely wont be returning back!! As an alternative seek a different restaurant in the Dubai marina beach resort hotel as you will enjoy your experience more than in this restaurant.

Service is extremely bad! Very bad experience! I bought beach and pool access for 500 AED which includes 250 AED to pay for food and drink- after I paid and entered they started by telling me that I have to choose between pool and beach use of the voucher- the voucher comes in two copies - I could not find one of the copies so they refused to let me use it for “problem in finance” which despite all my efforts could not understand - I had one copy of the voucher that I wanted to give it to them - needless to say no one would assist or help - ended up paying 750 AED and leaving - customer service at its worst.

Free tip .. if ure going there for dinner, dont go blind! .. know what u gonna eat & what u gonna pay before taking ur table, otherwise you gonna be eaten up alive. Most staff r horrible.Good luck !
