Before this cozy restaurant was located in the price area of Dubai mall but I could not go there. But finally I found this in Jumeirah. Ordered Armenian chicken which tasted very juicy with really simple flavoring. Coupled with the great and serene interior design, I loved this place!

Mix of Lebanese Armenian restaurant located in jumeirah, the simplest design with cozy ambience in dubai, for the fact you feel your sitting in your own home .Our selection was mix of Lebanese appetizer chilli potato, hummus ,falafel, moskaa and salad and Armenian main course sausage, lamb chops and Armenian kebab .Food was fine , specially chilli potato and sausage.Falafel was OK but not much .Kebab and others within the expectations.Ended with watermelon juice.Staff service was fine and hospitality.Shisha one of the best restaurants they served it .Prices over little a bit .Valet parking payable.Recommended for another visit.

We visited Zaytoni on a weekend and it was packed .Rightly so as the food was delicious.Every item we ordered can be given a 10 out of 10 .Next time I will try and and visit in queiter time so we can enjoy the lovely tables under the trees .An altogether lovely experience.

Very nice bbq place. Highly recommended but prices are high compared to similar places in Dubai. Location is not ideal for parking. They do have a valet but basically to park your car in the parking place within the premises.

Most respectful staff in Dubai. Compared to US restaurants and restaurants around the world they truly have a great service and amazing food. Their kabob was the most delicious thing ever! Very caring staff and super welcoming. Def coming back again!

I had a nice Armenian Syrian Lebanese breakfast the service was nice the food was excellentBut much to my surprise is that they charge for parking, this might effect the decision to plan a big gathering there, there is no possibility to park in the street next to the restaurant

Very nice and unique combination of Levant Arabic cuisine and Armenian cuisine.Manti from Armenia is acceptable. Kebab with sour chery sauce is amazing.There is smoking area if you are into it.

A beautifully curated middle eastern restaurant on Jumeirah road. The overall aesthetic is elegant and the vibes are super chilled. The food was amazing, the fried olives are highly recommended!

Joyful decorations, friendly staff and great food

I visited on a lunchtime, and it was very quiet. The soup was fantastic however the pasta was terrible. I plan to return to try other more traditional food on the menu.

The lentil soup used to be excellent but suddenly it turned to a lumpy tasteless paste!! I contacted the restaurant manager who promised to take care of the quality standards in any future orders. This problem happened again today !! I called the restaurant again to complain all they said was sorry it won’t happen again !! ABC food quality is that you maintain the same taste always!! This restaurant failed spectacularly and even their customer service has deteriorated with their food !!

Great place for friend gathering. Very good ambiance. Good decoration and good place to watch football games. The food was fine but not great. I don’t like kebab at all as the meat was not fully meat, there was lots of hard things in it and not very well seasoned. As for the spicy potato (batata harra), the potato should be cut smaller than how it was served to us. Other dishes was great and worth trying it.

2 stars for location and decor + 1 star for staff friendliness. Other than that NOTHING is good there. Food felt old, chewy and cold. Juices are very bad with some sourness into it. Shisha is beyond bad with no flavor. And they take 10 AED just to park your car in place. Prices are moderate though. But theres no value for money. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad.

Bad service the staff is friendly but the manger is not also the valet parking used to be free they charged me 10 DHS while I parked the car by my self. Over all am very unsatisfied about everything even good quality.

I loved the atmosphere and the service provided, the food was delicious. They have valet parking. Maybe it was a little bit annoying because of the Insects and Flies but they did their best to to assure our comfortably and happiness.

This is an excellent Lebanese. What a find, and its only a 3 minute walk from my house. Its built on the site of the nursery my daughters went to 25 years ago! Good value, good staff. Perfect for a relaxed group dinner.

Zaytoni is an amazing palce which offers Arabic cuisines We visited it for a breakfast buffet and we were surprised about great quality of food variety of selection and great service. Highly recommend to check it for yourself

This is my favorite spot for having authentic Lebanese, lovely food, especially the mezzah such as tabouleh, manti, hummus, mhammara. The atmosphere is lovely too as they have a singer with such a lovely voice. Certainly recommend this place for a night out with friends and family. Also perfect if you’re taking non Arab guests as they will get to feel the whole experience

The ambiance of this place is just out of this world, the true meaning of home. Listening to old arabic music, surrounded by humble staff, great food, this is the most peaceful vibe in town. One of the greatest locations in dubai. Finally their shisha is soo good.

You get charged 10 dhs for valet parking which you have to pay because parking nearby is impossible.Food is greasy and no freshly prepared and microwaved.Service is very fast but just because microwaving food is fast.Avoid shankeesh (if it qualifies to be called that). Avoid arayes.Even the menu is confused and includes a lot of stuff that are not Lebanese cuisine.The 1 Star is because the setting is great. The food? Not at all.

Went there for iftar. Had an all inclusive package. Good value and tasty food.

Had a nice dinner at Zaytouni, ordered cheese and honey bread, and it was delicious. Also ordered zattar and cheese manakesh, and cheese sticks, and also falafel, all was delicious. Had a great hospitality, and Mr. Hani made sure we had a great experience.

The food quality wasn’t “impressive” I would say it is an average Lebanese cuisine taste. We had to order ANOTHER vegetables soup to figure out how it tastes like but no luck. It was tasteless.The staff was okay to friendly.The venue is ok a bit noise because it right in front of the traffic signal the dining chairs weren’t so comfortableThey offer free convenient valet parking which is awesome 👏

Grate place to be with friends or family, easy to get to location on Jumairah road and the food is good. Go in one car as the parking is limited on property and I did not see any parking on the street in front.
