Stunning views overlooking the creek. Outdoor seating which is very convenient during winter season. Traditional Emarati decor and ambiance. Food is hit and miss. Some dishes are very good and some average. However, they needed to improve on service. We ordered the food and everything arrived together; the salads and the hot items and the main course followed in few minutes. Naturally by the time we managed to reach the hot items they were cold. Also, food came in few minutes of the order. So the question is were they only heated.

This place have a beautiful view, the atmosphere is surreal and calm, great casual dating spot, business gathering or a family outing. The prices are a bit on the higher side. The seating arrangement is little cramped and seats are not so comfy, yet it’s a great spot for a beautiful afternoon in Dubai’ good weather days. You can enjoy a marvelous walk afterward alongside the seef marina peers. Overall a must try zone.

We seated on the upper space, and the ambience is fantastic. The food is great, and staff was so helpful with food recommendations. We had a nice, positive experience here. Very much recommended to friends and to fellow travelers.

The restaurant occupies one of the most premium locations of Al Seef despite the awkward entrance. It has a nice terrace with outstanding views on the Dubai Creek.The service is very good, the presentation is nice and the food is delicious but it was obviously overpriced.For a restaurant charging such rates, you would expect to be served freshly baked bread, but we were disappointed..

Mamikonyan has a substantially sized Lebanese Armenian restaurant in a beautiful building on the first floor of the cultural side of the village with stunning views across Dubai’s historic creek. Visiting for an Iftar supper and to meet a friend, other than two tables the restaurant was disappointingly vacant which doesn’t deserve. Iftar at just AED 89 plus selected drinks is a great deal. We chose lentil soup, fresh Arabic mezze salad 🥗 and for hot dishes we tasted several! There’s a wide selection of fried fish fillets, traditional meat and bean dishes cooked in sauce, kebabs, pastas, rice, vegetables and a selection of traditional Iftar sweets and fresh fruits 🍉 Great family dining with friendly service - oh and shisha too! Take a trip to Al Seef and look for this very nice budget Iftar!

Amazing food and a great location in the newly redeveloped historic district. More Armenian than Lebanese. The grilled meats are incredibly juicy and tasty, and the appetizers are to die for. Highly recommend sharing a number of smaller dishes, and definitely try the hummus with basterma.

Horrible service. We went there because they have an offer at the door with 45 AED Sisha. Totally a deceptive marketing and misleading information for the customer. They charged us 75 Aed explaining us different conditions. Moreover, the waiter told us that manager was not there and he was the responsible (not true information as another waiter told us that manager was there and that guy was not supervisor...). Quality of the food... not so good for the price that you are paying. The only good thing is the location but you can find better places around with high quality service and no grumpy and non sense service.We can not recommend this place and we advice not to visit.

DOES NOT SERVE LOCAL WATER.One of the restaurants in the contemporary side of the new Al Seef Marina. Never had Armenian cuisine before. Most dishes are very Lebanese-esque. Ask the waiter for their recommendations. They recommended the most expensive main course on the menu, which I thought would have been more of a sales tactic than a personal opinion, but it turned out really well. A pumpkin stuffed with rice, meat and what-nots. Was very delicious and a bit too filling. Definitely made for sharing. Staff was attentive, and their outdoor seating was very well laid out. Found it a bit too overpriced, but I have never been to any other Armenian restaurant in Dubai.

Nice area .. yet very weird way of food presentation

We tried to go here for dinner but it seems the place is closed down. Asked a security guard about it and he made it sound like they are closed for good. Too bad, there arent many Armenian restaurants in Dubai.

Very dissapointed with the service, food was just ok, we went there for the offers of the the shisa then we asked if we can use entertainer and they said yes without telling us there is a conditions. when we asked the bill, they charge us the full price because they said we cant use the 2 offers at the same time so they have to remove one, it was fine for us to pay the full amount but they need to tell that to the customers at the beginning so there is no mislead. we try to explain to the waitre, instead of apologizing, he is not listening to me to undertand but he was listening to reply and several times he is being grumpy and interupted me, i wanted to speak with the manager and the manager seems like doesnt want to face us. instead of finding a solution or just simple sorry, they try to argue with every single explanation from us. anyway,,, will never comeback and not recomended at all. service very slow service. When we asked water, we waited till 30 minutes and have to ask 3 times.

Very good Lebanese American food. We ordered too much for 5 persons. Price is reasonable for this kind of location. Will come again soon and recommend to friends and family.

The place has very negative energy. No one is smiling. Everything is done in slow motion. The real Armenian menu items are all out of stock and not only for the day. Its been weeks we were told. It felt good leaving.I gave 2 stars because the food we ordered was OK. You could have it anywhere else. Nothing special at all but OK. This place has so much potential but somebody doesnt care enough to blow life in it. What a shame.

I bought a voucher from Groupon and it is available not only weekdays but also weekend. But when I try to make a booking, this restaurant does not accept booking on Friday.I recommend all of people who wan to visit this restaurant consider this.

Literally the worst experience. I am not saying this just because of 1 incident. My experience was very bad from the time of booking for Iftar to the in restaurant experience itself.1- Had to call over 5 times to make reservation2- I wanted to cancel and book another day. I had to call several times as well! And when finally someone answered, the lady was half asleep and she actually told me I was asleep at home. This was after 2pm!3- we arrive to the place to find out we are seated very close to wall with standing out columns which made the life of the person sitting just in front of the columns hell standing every minute to allow others to pass!!! We were 13 people and 4 of us were sitting with the table legs between their legs!4- Food was dry, old, not presentable5- Cockroaches were seen by my wife and daughter crawling on the buffet table between plates (she didnt have her phone to take photo)6- Then after complaining the only justification they had is, well Cockroaches exist and can enter restaurant!!! Unbelievable7- What made it worse, he offered some discount to compensate us although some of the guests did not eat after this8- and the list goes on...Not recommended at all.

Theyve got one of the most beautiful locations as the views are amazing from the terrace. Though the food has to be perfected as well as the presentation. Overpriced for what u get.

Went for iftar buffet and the experience was not the best. First it was overbooked, it was very clear that the restaurant was not ready for that number of people. Second the buffet was a wide selection but nothing was almost refilled and ended up eating almost nothing from the buffet.It was also quite hot there.Overall not worth a visit if its so busy but the food did taste good so maybe if it isnt busy one should try it out.

Mamikonyan is a Lebanese/Armenian restaurant on Al Seef promenade in Dubai. This place is especially good during winter season as you can seat on the outside terrace and enjoy truly picturesque views of Dubai creek. Unlike quite a few of the previous reviewers we did not have any negative experience throughout our long lunch: food was simply great, and service quick and hospitable. We ordered two soups to start with: Aveluk (very tasty mix of spinach, lentils, walnut, and red burghol), and Sevas – yoghurt based wheat soup with mint (a bit of an acquired taste). These were followed by Cheese Su Beureg – tasteful pie with cheeses, lasagna-like filling. Main courses, Mixed Grill and tiny Beef Manti in yogurt sauce (interesting take on classic Armenian) were great too.

If you are a Shish’s lover ..... DO NOT GO THERE. You feel like smoking dust... they do not know how to do it and the shishas are very old and rusty. Food quality is average. Chairs are not comfortable at all. View overlooking the Dubai’ s Khor is perfect. I do not go there again.

The portion size of the food is horrible compared to the prices.And I genuinely had a heart attack when I was served with a small plate of French fries (May be 100-150gms) and charged us 32 dirhams!!!Avoid this place if you are hungry and on budget. A multi star hotel is a better option.

Worst Iftar buffet everTo start with, you have to wait for valley parking, you have to wait for the plates as they dont seem to have enough than long queues at buffet station and no refills.Did not get to see half of the mentioned buffet items. And they changed chicken pasta with potatoes in the refill.The only refills were the 2 juices.Not recommended at all.

I wish there is 0 stars for the reviews, as this place deserves a 0 star. I was so excited to eat Armenian food, but unfortunately I had horrible experience with the food, nothing we have ordered was good and we had to return some orders. Additionally, the service was not the best, staff were not welcoming and on top of that it was extremely pricey for what you get. Will not recommend it, you can get the ambience from other restaurants near by.

Stumbled upon this place by accident when I read a sign which said Ladies Night: Free Shisha.Anyways, we decided to have shisha here and it was really good! My partner got her shisha for free and I ordered the blueberry/mint shisha. Not only was it very good but for around 42 AED, it was well worth it.I also ordered the karak chai and it was the best chai I have had in Dubai do far. Not overly sweet and a perfect combination of spices. Will come here again to try the food and update my review.

Not bad food! Actually good food. However not Armenian by no means. Staff is very flexible in a bad way. I came there with a Groupon and since I had an amount to use I was offered the menu - the regular one. However, just before ordering my dessert I was told all desserts from the menu have suddenly disappeared. In stead they proposed to make me something that is not on the menu- kunafa, not very Armenian. I was basically forced to choose it, without even knowing the price of it, since I had to fit in my groupon voucherbudget. Staf is double faced, manager is the one to blame for this performance. Sad, the place otherwise has potential and the views are nice. But lying is not acceptable.

Very expensive...bad quality food...they are claiming that it is Armani restaurant put you will be surprisied that the chief is Egyptian and all the staff are Filipinos and all of them do not have any idea about the ingredients of the food available in the menu..I am not recommending at all specially that the price is above and beyond the expensive restaurant..with no logic behind that...
