Ya. Its a good and neat hotel. With both outdoor and indoor dinning available. I prefer outdoor. So you can hear the music and watch the glittering lights and feel good mood. But now way to take eat at daylightWe had one set of chicken madfuon. With sides of olive, beetroot, chilly and cauli salted. With 1/2 portion of soup and some raw veggies.Comaparing to normal manshi it have a special kind of tomato smashed masala without any spicy touch. I dont prefer to order this. All the F&B team is good mannered.Indoor hand wash is available. We will get a hot mint tea after meal.which will heal all the negatives. They are not providing normal water. And the next day we tried shawarma. It was normal arabic shawarma quite good and I feels belly full. Big PCs and mayos are not spreaded equally... Else all good.we were 2 among us one got carbon higlighted romali. And we tasted the biscuit ice cream of London diary. It was also good and tastes somewhere like chocolate.
Great place for authentic Syrian cuisine. Highly recommend their Syrian style fava beans (Foul)Their falafel won’t disappoint you either; crispy from the outside and fluffy and tender from the inside. Their fatteh was too warm for my liking. Also tried their pastries, really tasty but we were already full so cannot really judge as we barely had a couple of bites. Place really light on the pocket (110 AED for three persons)5 stars & definitely going there again.
Went here for having shawarma the first time. Man oh man, I wasn’t expecting it to be a foot long and also thick. It was super good and hard to put down although we were full with just one shawarma.Their customer service is really polite and kind and the staff is well mannered and so understanding along with thoughtful to your needs.
Unfortunately closed one of the best arabic food restaurants
Food is above average and there is a variety to choose from in the menu. Service needs to be slightly improved though the staff were very polite and kind. Overall a good dining experience.
Very disappointed, we used to eat at this place for many many years.. now the food quality is below average. Nice staff and very helpful, but food has no taste at all.. I am sure the management has changed, but, not anymore for me.. Good Bye Al Shami restaurant ✋🏻
I visited Al Shami last weekend with my brother. We had heard really good things about their breakfast. We ordered a platter of falafel, a platter of chicken shawarma and hummus.I can easily say these were the super fresh-est falafels I’ve had in the last couple of months. They were extremely delicious. I would go there again just to have there falafels. 10/10!As for the chicken shawarma platter - I’m not sure what went wrong. It wasn’t as hot as a shawarma is expected to be. Could tell it was prepared about 20-30 mins prior to being served (maybe I’m wrong). Additionally, the shawarmas are usually juicy and soft. This wasn’t. I’ll definitely not order a shawarma next time I’m there. 4/10Hummus - I’ve had better hummus is tonnes of places all over Dubai. It wasn’t how the average hummus tastes. Might order it again but not a fan. 6/10We also ordered cocktail juices. I think they could definitely do better in terms of fruits used. 5/10We did get a full platter or complimentary fresh salad as a starter and mint tea towards the end of the meal. Mint tea was 👌 10/10All in all, I will go back for falafels and their mint tea!
Good food. Prompt service. Value for money.
I am extremely disappointed with the restaurant and the staff. My son, who does not speak Arabic, went to order a shawerma sandwich. He paid for it and was left waiting for over 20 minutes for the sandwich. When my husband went in to see what was happening, he saw that the two men there, one was at the cashier, the second was the Shawerma guy, were talking and completely ignoring my son. When he spoke them in Arabic, they told him that they hadn’t prepared the sandwich. He asked them why, as the restaurant was empty. They started mumbling and when he asked them if it was because our son didn’t speak Arabic, they just stared at him and made excuses. We have never had this experience in Dubai. The racism and lack of respect that you have shown our son is disgusting. You do not deserve anyone’s business.
I havent experienced dine in.... to know their hospitality, twice I had took take away. Food was good...
Seems the staff in the morning dont respect their customers. Am not sure why!! Ist because the owner is not there. ! They keep the customer waiting and not making the order and drinking tea after they ask you to pay !and when u asked them where the order!!! The answer was soon. And the truth is the stuff drinking tea and none of them bothering to do it. Pulse they dont respect the other culture. never again
Their food is really fresh and delicious, I visit the place couple of times during the year and always The food quality and service are amazing
Love this place...an all time favourite for large Arabic feasts. Love the kebabs and charcoal grill chicken here.
This is a middle Eastern restaurant and the food here is incredibly good, and the prices are very reasonable. Its a popular place, the seating is great, the view is good, and they use fresh ingredients and fresh fish. Every time Im in their section of town I eat at this restaurant. Its a must, and I highly recommend everyone experience this awesome place!
Best restaurant, delicious food, good staff. The place and view of the restaurant is great. The best restaurant in Al-Muraqqabat Street in Deira-Dubai
One of the good places in Muraqqabat to get Chinese rice. I enjoyed been there.
Nice family place for having decent dinner. Variety of food, not crowded
Authentic Arabic cuisine is what you order at this place. We ordered the all time favorite mixed grill and as expected it was one sumptuous and heavy meal🥘 ... Starting from the hummus to the sulaimani, everything was perfect. The freshly prepared hot fluffy breads dipped in the hummus tastes so good😃 Overall, a good experience but a bit heavy on the wallet ranging about 140-150 Dhs for two individuals.
Nice restaurant, delicious arabic food and good price ,
Some food items r tasty i must give 3 star services ok
Yummy food...Clean atmosphere, service is too good..I appreciate their taste of food
The place offers you a great customer care service and you can sit inside or outside based on your wish and probably the weather too. A very big menu is proposed and with the choice of a soft drink because the alcohol is not that much allowed
This place is really good not just for the food my son was having a hard time and they give me help with him. The food was really delicious too and they service it super fast for us .
They mixed up my order. The pasta and cheese pie was alright..generous serving. Great for the cold night.
Resturant interior was good, you can enjoy food outdoor seating as well...but service was not good enough and bit costly... we had order mutton chops which wasnt tasty however shawarma was good..
The best in all of Dubai!!!!!! After leaving Dubai, everytime I get hungry, I crave Al Shamis food. I tried everything kn their menu almost and everything was delicious. The staff, Emad and Zaki, and all of them were excellent and nice. I cant wait for my next visit to go have breakfast over there. For your first time, try the shami plate. It will give you a taste of almost everytjing they have for breakfast, and if you want to tey the most delicious dish, try the fatta. What a geat dish. They also open 24/7 which makes it more convenient for someone like me who came from North America and is deprived of good food to get food anytime I want.I love it! Good job
The food was delicious and quantity is alsomore than lebanese restaurant portions. Most importantly the service was impeccable AFM serve with you polite attitude till the end.One of the best Syrian restaurant in Dubai.
Ive been eating at this restaurant for years, I go there specifically for their cheese pastries and grilled seabream. The food in general is worth the money and the price is alright, hygiene is up to par and the waiters are very polite and helpful. Overall definitely worth visiting!
Nice restaurant for having lunch or dinner even breakfast in good prices for public.
This is a high quality restaurant for quality eating. The ambience is good, the best part was the basket of khubz or bread. The kebabs were excellent too. Could be a little more reasonable.
Loved the kebab and lahamcun they was and still place I go to in daira
Really like the Shawarma and the traditional salads of this restaurant
Great food. I ordered their mix grill with arabic salad and garlic paste.
Good food, some staff are professionals but usually they delay order if its take away
Mixed Grill was awesome, parking is a bit of a problem here...
Great food . woderfull service
ماشاءاللہGreat experienceExcellent serviceKeep it up
Very nice restaurant! Huge portions (you wont leave hungry!) for a low price. Friendly staff as well. Chicken was a tad burnt but everything else was great. I give my sincerest recommendations. You should especially try the Al Shami Appetizer Plate.
First time i tried proper arabic food by recommendation of my egyptian lawyer. quite nice. I ate til my belly literally BLEW UP!
The cashier who is always at the left cashier and wearing glasses is rude towards the customer. I encountered his rudeness not only once, not twice but really more than enough for me to make this review. I dont like his attitude, kindly educate him; he should be courteous at all the time and kindly smile. You lack of customer service.
Its okay. They have variety of tasty foods in the menu. I am sorry I couldnt take the picture of it. However, its not that great or Its not that bad.
We have enjoyed their Falafel plate, Kibbeh (large type), & will return to try other dishes on their extensive menu! I did not like their pickles & humus. Parking may be an issue. A great place to get a quick tasty meal at reasonable prices!
Great Syrian food. Very nice and humble staff. Quick service.
Amazing place... tasty dishes, will come back again and again
The hummus was very small, and no fresh bread during lunch, lamb chops were tender, but overall not satisfied with the meal, also, service needs to be better
Well I have to be honest and the food is great and tasty...Even the service is very good. They have indoor and outdoor seating area.. They serve Buffet during Ramadan. But I find it expensive..I went with my wife.. ordered mix grill for 2 and it was 100 Dirhams...plus one mixed appetizers 60 dhs..plus 2 soup and water bottle ...the bill was 210 dhs for two people...I can dine in 5 star rest or any hotel using ENTERTAINER for same price...and btw the buffet was 85. So 1 mix grill is more expensive than the whole buffet which include mixed grill.
Must try mic grill from here. Nice and tasty food. Not very expensive and good service.
Very delicious food with variety of dashes....
Quick rest
Authentic Arabic food at its best for a fine dine-in or take away.
Great food and huge restaurant
Great food. Very good location, very reasonable prices
Delicious food, Value for moneyQuantity -👍Taste-❤️
Amazing food and the prices are fair!
It is my favorite restaurant in Deira from 2008. Even I was ordering to Springs the mixed grill as he is the Maestro.Keep up the good job Chef.
Excellent service as usual, highly recommend the mix grill.
Tasty food..specially kunafa and falafel..
Excellent food. Good service.. Open 24 bours
Dont fail to visit you will be missing some great things. Very lovable place
Good Arabic food. Good serving for each dish.
Service is very bad, the waiters are not friendly at all, juice was not cold
I have been coming to this place for the past 22 years, it still makes the best pastries in UAE !
Nice restaurant and nice food, very delicious.
Tasty food at good pricesGrilled supreme and Seafood Tajin are the bestVery friendly staff
Overpriced....food quality low...my first visit...hommus was sour and lemon chicken was just undercooked potatoes and too much lemon
The food is amazing and their service is good loved the starter and the menu is full of options 😋
Envoirment was good taste was awsome but they need to do a little work on staff.
Great food all day! Best mixed grill!
Food is great. Great ambiance but we would appreciate it more if the waiter knows how to connect with customers and understand what is being asked.
Really good arabic food
The food really tasty, the price very reasonable. The taxi driver that i took recommended me this place and it was a real surprise. If i have the opportunity to visit again Dubai, definetly Ill go again.
Good food... good service.
Introduced many families to this place. Our family favourite is the meat platter. Taste is definitely worth the price.
First time try eat Arabic Foods and really enjoy it
Authentic Arabic cuisine .. good value for money ..
Very personal service with smile. Food quality is consistent
One of the best beef Shawarma in town.
One of good restaurants in the city for Arabic food and barbecue.Only orders took long time come to order and pick up the food.
Eaten here too many times.Breakfast a few times, turkish coffee every time i pass by.The food here is good too.I have nothing particularly to pick, their meat products are good. When my wife was new in town, this is where i took her first to try out muttabal and baba ghanoush and she really liked it. They serve fresh bread.Their sandwiches, specially the falafel sandwich is worth trying.
Very bad experience, Order 20106 complete making fool in quantity, in full order 75% place fill with salad souce, I shouldnt visit or takeaway in future.
