Tribes has been the classic comfort food with a range of delectable taste 😋.If you are looking for satisfying steak, rib eye, ox tail then this is the place for you.We ordered four mains ,Ox tail was served with the classic sauce , vegetables and was very tender and delicate. Meat was succulent and well balanced with flavoursClassic rib eye, as usually nail it, the fat and meat were well cooked and served on a bed of tomatoes sauce with nears and carrots diced. You could experience well garnished and felt as if the base sauce was Cooke din all bine broth.Classic steak, mild done ✔ couldnt have been better , juice , simple and cooked to the perfection.Chops, traditional chops medium size , script by the bone end and succulent at the meat end served with mint sauce balances it all.They also serve complementary walnut buns with fresh butter you can not resist.Definitely going to visit again. The place is nailing the food and the staff is a real 🌟 with polite well-informed servers .

Visited last week and the food was amazing! Our server was very nice and friendly and provided good recommendations. We sat outside for the view and fountain show. I’d say the view from here is better than many other restaurants. Well worth it.

We had a lovely experience dining with the view of the Dubai fountain... The Wagyu beef burger was simply great and we tried the beef loaded burger which was also good.. Truly recommended!!

Mofe was amazing. The food and service was great. The vibes, music and atmosphere was a great energy. I felt like I was back home. The presentation and flavor exceeded my expectations. Had a pleasant time when we were having dinner at Tribes. Mac was very cheerful and helpful to us. He’s very attentive and ensured that we’re having a great time.The food were tasty and appetizing. And worth every penny. Highly recommended to those who loves meat. We ordered Wagyu Blade and the Warrior Plate. The dessert, Caramel Malva Pudding, was mouthwatering.It’s a plus that they have a great view of a Dubai fountain and the Burj Khalifa.

Excellent food, excellent service and the venue is amazing.Something could be improved avoiding sharing dishes (one dish for 2 guests) as an example.We will come back for sure.

Overall great food and service. I had the Wagyu steak and was not disappointed. Side of mashed potato wasnt over done and perfectly went along with the steak, my wife had the rib eye and was quite good as well. They got the cooking level of the steak perfect.

Amazin Resturant, we visited the Tribes restaurant several times , every visit we try new dish , this time we added the OX Tale to our dinner, was really nice and tasty, besides the other dish .. ribs ,We had a delicious dinner with nice ambience and friendly staff and service, they have taking the COVID-19 care and safe procedures seriously which really niceI advise you to visit Tribes while you in dubai mall ,Thanks for all Tribes staff for making it a lovely evening

A great place with funny friendly staff and delicious food,We were looked after by my new best friend and premier league fanatic Mofe, he was a great guy, full of fun and always had a smile on his face :)The Staff played African Drums, Sang and danced as a form of celebration, it was so kind of them !A mention for David (Dai Tribes) too, he met us outside and showed us to our table, another fun guy with a constant smile on his face, great people and a great place.If youre in Dubai you must visit this place

Fantastic view from the table on the terrace and delicious steaks with funny guy John. You must visit once if you are a traveler. You can use the entertainer here as well.

We came to this restaurant after the Dubai lake view ride and I can honestly say the viewings from the balcony here was a lot better. The head waiter/ manager was very friendly and helpful. The food was yummy! We had the warrior platter between two of us which we couldn’t finish - but meat was cooked how we’d asked. The mocktails were really nice too and very big jug (thought we’d be getting a small glass)

Fresh meat, and juicy chicken. This is what you get from a resturant that does not hide its plates and taste, behind excessive cheese and sodium. It looks big, but for the stomach is very light. Jamaican chicken and Full ribs are amazing.Their juices are too sweet, too much Sugar in them.

Tribes located inside The Dubai Mall is one of the finest restaurants in Dubai. Its ranking is #11 on trip advisor among the top restaurants in Dubai. The place is huge with outdoor seating as well which gives exceptional views of Burj Khalifa as well as The Dubai Fountain. Customer service was delightful and food was great. Highly recommended place.

Got the oxtail and beef ribs. Not bad. The temperature of the food wasnt as hot as I expected it or wanted it to be. The taste was fine but I went in with high expectations, which werent exactly met. Food took 20 minutes to be served though restaurant had maximum of six tables & three waiters.3. Food was cold.4. Food taste of four main dishes was burned meat!5. My husband and I were here for dinner and we got the platter served on a cow shaped tray. The food was divine!!!!!!! From the ribs,to the beef, the chicken, bacon 🥓 with the periphery sauce....my oh my!!!!! DELICIOUS!!!! Kudos to the chef! The view was breathtaking!!Our waiter.....EXCEPTIONAL!!! I forget his name but he told us he was from Uganda. He was amazing! Thank you for having us, Tribes. We most definitely will be back here!

A wonderful delight for non vegetarians, This place not only introduce you to the taste of Africa , but it brings you the taste along with its culture. The food is simply awesome, the Ribs is the one to go for, its soft and cooked as per your cooking standards, Another one of the highlight is the grilled bbq chicken , the uniqueness here is that u r served with fried ladies finger instead of chips. The Ambience drives you straight to Africa with native dances and songs played occasionally.

Amazing location outdoors with the Burj Khalifa and the fountain view. Loved that experience of being around in Dubai Mall. Though the layout of seating was kinda cramped and initial confusion with the seating made me a little upset.I ordered Bunny chow shrimp and melting caramel Malva cake, they didn’t have the drinks I wanted to order which was disappointing. But food was very tasty and their menu looks very exciting to try again. Friendly and polite staffs. Over all a good experience, will come back for a better experience

Tribes Grill offers a lot of meat variety with African flavors. The view from the restaurant is awesome. You will get to see the fountain in action. Recently launched a new menu and id recommend the Steak and Mix grill! Dont forget to try their unique desserts.

For African foods in Dubai, Tribes is the place to be. I particularly enjoyed the courteous service. And it was nice to meet the staff who are actually from Africa. The beef was well done and if youve been dining in Africa youd feel at home. Prices, generally about 100AED thereabout per plate.

Food was very aromatic, medium rare meat is actually medium rare. Polite and kind service. However I didnt get my beverage until after I finished my meal, but I dont blame them as there were a lot of people to be served and the staff is also inly human. For the price however such a mistake just shouldnt have happened.

Great if youre a carnivore! Succulent South African meats, enjoyed the venison steak and ribs. Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. Also, great views of the fountain if you can get a seat on the terrace. Definitely recomend a visit, but only if you love your meat!

Tribes Dubai Mall. One of my favorite meat houses. They serve one of the greatest authentic African meat dishes. I recommend the RIBS it was so soft and succulent it was perfect! plus you have the View of the Dubai Dancing Fountain! The place also accept the Entertainer Voucher! you can easily get a buy one get one free meal on the main menu! Highly recommend for a visit.

Extremely friendly staff that will surely plant a smile on your face. Their steaks are okay, but the atmosphere is very calm and you will surely enjoy your time in a not-so-crowded restaurant in the crowdiest mall in the world. Prices are also very reasonable, and probably the best steak option in Dubai Mall as of September 2017 :)

Such a fabulous restaurant. The food melts in your mouth, complementary bread, staff and service was amazing 10/10. The views, the setting, got a seat on the balcony to watch the fountains. The staff even took some photos of us with the amazing views. Cannot wait for our next visit.

The food was delicious and more than enough, the prices are adequate, the service Mofe gave us was perfect and on top of all we were sitting outside and were enjoying the water and light show in front of or on the Burj Khalifa. Absolutely recommendable!

Upon getting seated, the waiter serving us was very aware of the menu; and the burgers he recommended to both of us were spot-on DELICIOUS!We had the all-in (I think) burger with regular fries and the Wagyu burger with sweet potato fries - AMAZING.The runner (who I forgot his name) is the funniest person you could meet. Its always an added value when the staff is extra friendly and nice.They have an open kitchen where they grill the meat so you can watch them sizzling your dish.In terms of cleanliness, the table was fully sanitized and cleaned; the waiters were also wearing face masks the whole time. (Social distancing was also applied between tables).I wish I remembered to take a couple of photos of the food/ambiance, but we couldnt wait to bite into those burgers!Overall, we felt very comfortable at Tribes and enjoyed our lunch a lot. I would definitely recommend it to anyone reading this review. You will not be disappointed!
