Amazing ambiance, I can say it’s the best in Dubai. Food was good, don’t miss the wagyu beef 🥩-negatives-1. We were seated in a corner table despite the restaurant was somehow empty, it’s a low table + high chars so eating was not very comfortable, I asked to be moved but I was told it’s not possible يعني لازم تحجزون والا نفس نظام بعض المطاعم كأنه عقاب لو حجزتوا نفس اليوم ما بنعطيكم طاوله حلوه 😉2. Tables are next to each other’s, no spaces whatsoever, I think you should consider this specially for your corner tables on the side

One Unbelievable hidden garden of a Levantine designed restaurant. Polite service extremely fast kitchen and the food oh my the food. All the dishes were well cooked nothing was over spiced. Truly congrats to the team we will come again and again

When we think about celebrations, Ninive is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out.

One of the few restaurants in Dubai managed to maintain impeccable consistency over the years, always had pleasant time here no matter what occasion.Worth every penny.The venue is beautiful winter and summer time too, When the hot weather hits Dubai a tent keeps the heat out and the shows the middle eastern style, winter time the venue has open air which has a pleasing view to DIFC.

One of my favorite hidden gem in Dubai. The cuisine takes you to a middle eastern and north African culinary culture. Every dishes were so delicious, astonishing service and great music vibe. Will defo come back soon

My favorite Jungle it’s a perfect spot in the middle of the urban zone of Dubai, where you forget all “traffic”. Peaceful and relaxing spot with delicious twist on Arabic food. If you do not have space for dessert you can always ask for take away and lovely staff will do your bag for midnight snacks. Cannot wait to come back.

Ninive ambiance as of December 2020.Very nice setting, very nice atmosphere. But if you like food do NOT go to Ninive unless you don’t care eating cold couscous and cold vegetables (asked to bring it back and was served cold again) and be served by a waiter who do not care about you.Nice ambiance, poor food.

Was there on Thursday night for dinner. Food and ambient were good, and the venue is beautiful. But everything got ruined at the end. When we asked for the bill and my and my friends were about to pay, one of the waiters, an Egyptian guy, said what about the tips?. A restaurant shouldnt allow this kind of behaviour. Not even in Burger King I will be asked about tips this way he did. We were going to leave tips, obviously, but this made me so mad that I didnt. Tips are on customer discretion and nobody should be asking about tips. You will get them if you deserved it, but he did his best to get nothing.

The manager and staff were unprofessional!! The place was very cold, and not full since it was tuesday night (not a weekend), yet they kept the ac too high claiming that its air ventilation. We asked several times to lower the temp , but the manager wasnt helpful and didnt satisfy our needs! Very disappointing service! Food was average! I wouldnt recommend this place!!

Great restaurant with a very nice vibe. The ambiance is traditional yet revisited - the Arabic music remixed with deep house is quite cool. Food wise I had almost every appetizers all were great - absolutely loved the pastilla and the chicken tamarind, for the mains we had the couscous which was excellent. I also had the vegetarian main which was roasted pumpkin it was delicious. Definitely 5 stars for both atmosphere and food. The staff is extremely nice and polite as well ! What a nice experience in the middle of downtown Dubai! You feel as if you stepped back in time. Definitely go in groups as the seating is massive and suits more groups than individuals.The food is amazing and the atmosphere is incredible. A great relaxing lounge with friends, enjoying tasty North African cuisines, with a tasty shisha by your side. It’s more a sharing concept with good size portion dishes.The DJ is also good, while we prefer he mixes more Arabic songs, he kept the beat and chill atmosphere going.Coming back soon ...

A VERY RUDE STAFF. uncooperative and disrespectful. We had a booking and they made us wait 20 minutes to get a table, not to mention that what they tell you over the phone is different when you get there. They told us minimum charge including Shisha but when we got there they said its excluded.

The interior of the restaurant is exquisite and splendid. The service was amazing. The food was outstanding. I am very satisfied and I will come back to the restaurant.

And the service we got during an Iftar - I would say it was the best.I liked - Tamaring Juice and Delicious Umm Ali with Icecream.I just felt that the lights were little low to see the food, but its ok. They might have tried to keep the good ambience.Overall, it might be a little expensive but worth visiting.Just one last note: less veg options.

This is the 3rd time we go to Ninev and the staff at the entrance is rude! One of them ( blond one ) asked us if it is to eat as if we do not have the right to come to have a dessert and drink a tea !!! then the staff tells us that there is no place even though there are 5 meters between the customers! Let’s just say the best thing about the place was the bread basket and the decor ! 😅We went for a ramadan iftar and the the main dishes (if I dare call them so) came in one hour after the call to prayers.The fusions were so off, throwing fruits on to any dish doesn’t make it fusion.The desserts were ok but generally nothing to write home about. Haitham concurred my heart by performing a master class of Moroccan tea pouring, sharing a few secrets with me.

If there is more than 5 starts i would give and rate this restuarant .. its an outdoor seats areas with nice tents places also good for families .. have a super view to the Emirates Towers .. restuarant is type of luxuries level .. serves shisha also and have an international cousins and a big variety of ur choices from dishes or desserts and bavarage .. nice luxury experience ..

Over priced compared to the place, appetizers are good we ordered fatouch salad and cheese sambosa was very good as well some meat fatayer was bas good but main dish is not good, especially the chicken is not well done with a smell sheesha is not good, and the staff are rude, the music was boring not for a weekend outing and vibes of the place is not good all over all not worth it

The worst thing, where after 2 hours u have to leave as there is reservation exactly after 2 hours from booking ur table. In place that u pay minimum 2 or 3000 dhs per table this attitude is very very bad

Moroccon cuisine . Visited for Iftar with a group. Located at Emirates towers However the restaurant is outside the building and accessed via steps No sign of any lifts . The atmosphere is a blend of the outdoors while indoors . Cuisine is Moroccon and blend of the usual middle eastern starter and soups. The staff didnt have the normal black tea on the menu, but still managed to accommodate our request. Overall a great evening

Visited without checking the reviews before and was surprised by the hidden beautiful place in Emirates towers. The design is gorgeous with many decorations and trees. The shisha is good and the team looks after you very well. The music is nice with mix of Arabic tunes. The prices are moderate, did not try the food yet though. 5/5

Best restaurant ive been to in my life !!!!! had dinner with a friend last week, the food was delicious, and the staff is very nice, I really recommend the Pastilla and Tamarin chicken for the starters, couscous royal as a main and of course the Mulahabia caramel is a must try as a dessert 🤤, i have no words to tell you how the food was... INCREDIBLE. The athmosphere is so cosy and warm.Thank you Ninive for this moment, we will be back VERY VERY soon

Their manager is the rudest guy I ever met. We had dispute about what is included in the minimum spent, he played the phone call record when I made the reservation and it appeared that the receptionist did not explain the minimum spent. What did he do? Instead of apologizing, he said I will be blocked from making new reservations in the future

Great food and service, however we arrived on wednesday at 9 been told there availbility till 10.30 then the table is booked, we said ok can you move us after answered if there is availbility.Table next to us, the waiter told them the same story, big group coming etc. kicked them out at 10 pm. Their table was empty till 10.30 amd only a walk in couple came. Our cheque came 10.30 sharp had to shug our drinks fast and because we gave generous tips, we were told oh u can stay till the reservation arrives, left at 11. No reservation arrived. Looks more like a hidden policy to turn over the tabkes fast and maximize return on each table by limiting each customer to 1.30 hours i.e just enough to eat and leave

We been to Ninive as we heard that was the great place to eat Oriental food, We were not disappointed, every dish was delightful , try beef Tamarin sauce !

Spent the dinner of December 24th in this restaurant. service was as bad as you can get. wine list was not updated, server was confused and he threw a glass of wine on the table. food was cold and despite having asked to warm it it came back even colder. we asked for a portion of a dish to share, we asked if 1 portion was enough for 2 people and we were told yes. bad surprise when we saw the bill, we were charged for 2 portions. first and last time, please avoid it. ps: I have written to their customer care but so far I never got an answer.....update to.your reply: as I said in my review, I have already written several times to you but got no answer so far......

They are very rude I don’t recommend going! If they are in the phone talking in a bad way what if I went to the place!! I called to confirm my booking and they answered in a very bad way and I’m waiting for 2 hours to call me back and they didn’t .. really I’m disappointed such a bad stuff!

Absolutely would not ever recommend this place!! The food portions are small and completely overpriced. The service cannot be rated because it doesnt exist at this venue and the overall evening was ruined by the treatment of the staff. We booked this place to have a nice ladies night out to celebrate a friends new job. Upon booking we advised we would like to come for wine and shisha and we were told it would be 250 pp which was fine. After being seated we were asked what we wanted for dinner, we told the waiter we had booked for just wine and shisha to which he seemed very disappointed and went off to get his female colleague.She comes to our seated area to explain to us that somehow WE have misunderstood our booking and that we need to spend the 250 AED on dinner ? Now obviously that makes ZERO sense because we are spending the money either way so 🤷‍♀️ anyway , we told her we would be happy to spend the money for drinks and shisha only  as that was what we booked for,  she didnt like that ... Guess what? now we have a second disgruntled rude waiter... GREAT! So she rolls her eyes and says she will come back to agree to let us spend our money how we want... How lovely.. joke absolutely ridiculous.She then returns and says that it is OK for us to spend the 250 pp on drinks but shisha is not included , she also had the audacity to tell us if we didnt do so we would be black marked and not be able to make a booking at the venue again... what is this mean girls you cant sit with us like sweetheart please we dont want to come back 4 years living in dubai and not once have I had this experience!.... honestly it is laughable at this point but whatever! we know it is nonsense but we agree, and ask to speak to her manager. She leaves and never returns. How nice.So, we decide to be the bigger people and order some salads, a side and a main... FYI the kebab MAIN was a small side bowl of 3 kibbeh pieces... I will say that the food tasted nice but the portion size was terrible.Despite this food sized for ants we still stay polite and continue our evening although at this point we are over this rubbish venue. But wait! It gets better!!After finishing our tiny portions of food another waiter comes to our table to advise we have a few minutes left before we have to give up our table ..... WHAT???At this point finally the manager comes over. He kneels down beside us to address our concerns NOT fix the problem or apologise for his staff, although he did say he had no clue what had been happening up until this point as the hostest never informed him.. how surprising. He agrees to let us pay only for what we had which honest was only 200 dhs less than the fee and truly the least he could do at this point. He then states that we would have been told it is a 2 hour time limit per table when we booked and went as far to claim that it is the standard booking time for all venues in DIFC was only 2 hours as if we are gullible tourists passing through dubai... mind you the table next to us were allowed to stay because they had more people seated? We asked to see the venues policy, we werent given that, we told the manager that we had not been informed of this table timing because who goes to dinner for just 2 hours?... but apparently its impossible we werent informed when logic would be to check that your staff are maybe mishandling bookings instead of blaming your customers.. but whatever.To conclude and as I told this manager, money is not an issue I would pay triple this amount for good food and service without hesitation but, to be told how to spend my money, be treated so poorly, and told I have to leave... like come on it truly doesnt get much worse that that! 1 star for the location and set up and thats about it. Please do not waste your time or money to have your night ruined by pretentious people and based on the other negative reviews just get a reply to a bad rating the next day telling you to DM their @ page to discuss your concerns when they dont even address the issues face to face.

An absolute disaster. Went there with a couple of friends to celebrate an event. We have booked through a phone call and was informed that we would need to spend a minimum of 250 aed per person, which we didnt actually mind,even though it sometimes feels like starting off with the left foot when you hear these conditions. When we reached there, we ordered some wine, as we had eaten before, so all we wanted to spend the money on was alcohol, sheesha and perhaps a fruit platter. We were soon told this wouldnt be possible as they have a mandatory dining experience. ?!?!. We agreed to spend 250 aed pp from the beginning but we found outrageous to be told on WHAT to actually spend that money. Not to mention they told us on the spot that sheesha wouldnt be included in the mandatory spend of 250 aed. Say what???We asked for the manager which showed up only after 2 hours to tell us we need to go as they expect other guests at that table,and that we were only allowed to be sitted there for 2 hours, which again we never knew or was not informed. He claimed there should have been an sms stating this but since we booked via phone call, we didnt get an sms. Obviously we were not planning to go in a place where wed be kicked out after 2 hours and being told what to order. Unfortunately, I think this has been taken too far, they keep claiming that is their policy but when asked to show us where is written , of course they failed to do so. We do understand all venues want to acommodate clients that pay a lot , but this was a complete fiasco and they are going too far with this. Not to say the food,except the salads, is not good at all, and we had to ask for bread!!! My friend asked for a blanket that never came. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place. Not to say the ladies at the entrance need an attitude fix really. 0 customer service skills.
