Arsalan makes a typical Calcutta biriyani. It might be a different experience. Place is not over crowded and they have fine dining. Must try their chicken roll sandwich staffs and services really disappointed. My score for their service is 1/5

Arsalan seem to had a bumpy ride a year back with very oily food, a place I promised never to take my family to dine in.We decided to give it a try as we had a little crave for its root in Kolkata IndiaWe were pleasantly surprised with the platter of food .Great Awadhi culinary platter.. we were surprised with balanced preparation...The aroma, the taste, the Kebabs, the ambience was a mark of Awadhi tradition...Try Kababs, Egg rolls kolkata styles, chicken chap (very oily food but delicious n healthy), Biryani (Awadhi style with big potatoes :-))Very nice experience.. The lunch at Arsalan was quite a long process as we had skipped breakfast to be able to eat the amazing food. The restaurant is quite popular and well located. The place is quite large and is popular with families. The biryani is nice and the mutton, chicken and fish dishes we ordered were delicious. The food is extremely rich and you definitely need a strong workout session in the gym to burn the calories. Just wish the dishes were better presented. They looked quite messy, but tasted nice.

The biryani and curries and rotis nd rolls all of it has a unique taste..It feels like home for someone who is from.Calcutta. even though they could do with providing Wifi. Food is a musttt tryyy !! I visit this restaurant because I am from Kolkata and the food here is nostalgic for me. So even if you arent from Kolkata, you will enjoy the kathi rolls, biryani and kababs for sure. Very authentic Mughal taste and value for money. Enjoy!!

Arsalan !!!! yummy Calcutta biryani with alooooo, a must try for  everyone who misses aloo in biryani.  Authentic Mughlai food. Chicken roll sandwich and cheese kebab is a must try with masala coke. Staff and service is a bit disappointing but the taste of the food will make you forget everything else.

Lovely food, we tried Chicken biryani, mutton biryani, Naan, Mutton Marassa, Chicken Reshmi and Chicken Achari Kabab.Lemon mint juice, Every thing was simply superb. Value for money food. Yummy biryani and Reshmi Kabab also. Nice ambience. Enough seating,

Its in very good location in karama. We ordered Special mutton biryani..but I would say its nothing like birynai ..there is nothing special about it ...its more like pulao...thr taste was okay..its like misguiding ppl by naming it biryani...Punjabi mutton masala was very tasty...the drink leeche summer wont recommend at all...it tastes like cough syrup..

I really loved their food and their decor. Its a spacious restaurant with sophisticated decor in white. The staffs are from Kolkata, they are very friendly. The service is good. The food is really tasty and fresh. Here you will get tasty kababs and Kolkata style Biriyani.

Expected to be worth the money spent but disappointed. tasted special mutton briyani , briyani tastes like ghee rice and mutton pieces are not well cooked. dhs 56 one briyani can be shared by two which is not mentioned while orderd.also no brinjal thalitcha served and delivered with sweet lussi instead of raitha which I dont like sweet raitha and tasted never ever.

The worst attitude staff who is over confident that they are best in the UAE.I have been thrice and had a worst experience right from serving staff until the cashier and Managers desk.Rude and they dont even care about anything.Food quality has reduced intensively and no use to visit such expensive restaurant to experience the worst of worst.I usually avoid posting anything here but the staff needs to learn about the customer service

Almost a regular customer of Arsalan R & C. Do try the very famous Kolkata Biryani. Had to deduct that 1 point, as for the past few days, the chicken pieces have been really tiny. Even the quality of the meat has dropped. However will always be an Arsalan fan!

Great food. The assorted chicken platter was melt in the mouth. We combined a Chicken butter Achari with Lachha paratha, tandoori rotis, and romali roti. We also recommend the paneer kofta for any vegetarians. The lassi was also good. Animesh was our server and did offer suggestions. Definitely coming back.

Worst kind of rude and ill mannered delivery boys you will find in Arsalan Karama dubai. They dont know any location or address and still they will argue with you in rude and sick behave. Even they shout on customers if the location is little hard to find. These delivery guys are ruining the mood and food to. Arsalan please hire some quality staffs from Kolkata and learn how to deliver food with proper manners. Even zomato delivers your food in a better way. Shame on you!

Whenever we want to eat bengali biriyani , Arsalan is the choice. Only thing is it take a sizable order to deliver places which is 30-40kms away.I usually place order on phone and collect from restaurant.Service and timing to serve need improvement. Parking in front difficult to get however you have plenty nearby. Also there are many other option near by

Being a Bengali I always love the Biriyani with Aloo. Here is the place where you can get Bengali Style Biriyani.Resturent is really nice having good ambience. Our Internet was not working in Dubai so we asked for the password, waiter helped us to get connected to their WiFi.Food was really good. Mostly in UAE all biriyani shops use lamb instead of Mutton for mutton biriyani. But here they have used Indian mutton.Quantity and quality wise this place will overwhelm you.One special Biriyani comes with 1 egg, 1 Aloo and 3 piece of Mutton, which is more than enough for two.

Inconsistent taste.Ive been doing takeaways of their double chicken egg rolls 2-3 times a week for the past 3 weeks or so and it tastes different everytime. Fluctuates from good to okbut priced reasonably for rolls.But yesterday I happened to dine in with a couple of friends and ordered the special 47dh biryani which was totally NOT worth the price or taste. The chicken felt defrosted and the rice barely had any masala. Felt more like mandi and less of biryani but mandi almost always has good meat. This didnt.Will only stick to their rolls from now on.

The quality of food is good. The garlic naans were tasty. One serving of biryani is good its enough for two people. The non veg platter was good nothing to complain about.

We have tried the chicken n mutton biryani with assorted chicken platter...all the dishes were amazing. Then the desert was really icing on the cake... We went with shahi ka tukda.. which was just too good.

It was simply amazing. Nothing less than perfection. Finally a place for those Bengalis who miss real Biryani of Kolkata. Probably the best Biryani in town. And not just the Biryani but all of the food. Taste of home. Service was great, from the moment you enter the restaurant till the time you get out. Waiters are very friendly. Food is 10 out of 10.

Good place..The biriyani is delicious.Has a special taste..The speciality of arsalan is that they use potatoes for biriyani and the food also feels light. Also one must try their sweet dishes and chicken tikka.Also the staff is courteous and friendly. Liked their attitude.

Ordered this Friday for lunch,it was Chicken Biryani and Mutton Biryani,took around 45 min to deliver.Biryani were typical Kolkata biryani which is difficult to find in Dubai.Biryani was good,rice was properly cooked with exact level of light spices of Kolkata style Biryani,even had Potato which is staple in Kolkata Biryani.After this good experience will certainly go for their gravy and rolls to taste some more delicacies of Kolkata.

Good ambience, great food, poor service nearly sums it all. Been there couple of times now since its opening and each time its been the same experience....the restaurant seriously needs to rethink its strategy on customer service. The staff needs to be trained on the basics of how to attend to guests, to take the food Order and to serve the dishes once they arrive if so requested. On each occassion that I have visited they have fumbled on either or of of the three above. What makes me still go there is the food. Order anything and it will be lip smacking delicious.

Their arsalan Tandoori roti with chicken brown gravy was very good.The JAL jeera drink was very nice.The alternate seating arrangement in the restaurant was well appreciated.Staff was helpful.

Coming all the way from Bahrain to just have a taste of the awesome Biryani ok Kolkata. This is the place every Bengali should know. The only thing you are supposed to have here is Biryani with Rezala (mutton preferred) and desert as fidni. Portion is huge so dont worry it should feed in a foodie very well. Recommended 100%.

Dirtiest restaurant ever seen! Floor, the furniture are so filthy! And staff does not even wear masks or gloves properly! Hand wash area is so dirty! If there was half star option I would have given it too... not recommend for any family!!!

I was first introduced to this restaurant brand in India and loved it.Tried the same items here in Dubai and very glad to say they did justice to the flavours.Authentic, hygenic and delicious.

This is my favourite mughlai restaurant . Been eating here since 2003 , that time the biryani used to be only 75 rupees and the chap used to be around the same price . I used to walk to the 7 point outlet and get myself a delicious combo of mutton biryani and mutton chaap for just 150 rupees . But now though the price has increased, the quality has remained the same now the same combo will cost you less than 500 rs but you wont regret spending it . They make the biryani and chap with oil so it doesnt get dry like the other restaurants do after an hour if youre binge watching something while eating . Bottomline is its still one of the best restaurant to satisfy your biryani cravings . Happy eating !!

I am very sorry to say but this is the second time i feel that i should never go to this restaurant again..I am from kolkata and i am taking my frnds to this restaurant for food and telling them that this is our kolkatas one of the best restaurant but i am vry much disappointed that this arsalan is not worth itI order the biryani today and 1st of all it was not at all hot.. and aloo was not hot not even a good piece of mutton i got then.. this was really disgusting and every1 pls dont bother this restaurant.. they are just dont worth it.
