My adopted cat Whisky was groomed by the amazing team of Wag Pet. Zee and Ali did a great job to my cat. Whisky was very filthy when I brought it and came out surprisingly handsome after groomed. I’ve given two chances for pet sitting and I’ve been extremely disappointed. Them most recent time I had to check in at the end of they day because I realized I hadn’t received any photos or videos. They had no idea they were meant to check on my cat that day despite me having texted, paid, and checked in person for the scheduling. I have instructions for when he’s meant to be fed wet food - this was also completely ignored until I checked days later. I had told them I had already paid and this was disputed despite having receipts. There is very poor internal communication and this comes at high risk of the pets being properly looked after in a consistent manner...or at all if you don’t double check.

They were in my Appartment for petsitting and everything was super! From feeding over cleaning to the price.. Im happy!!

Their services are great and the staff is also supper friendly! Hermie, the groomer did an excellent job at grooming my Mylo and made him look so pretty. Their prices are also reasonable and theyre really considerable about the pet feeling comfortable too.

I always bought the food and treats fo my dog there and as it looked like a professional place I brought my Pomeranian to shape his fur.. I even showed a picture of how they should CUT his fur, but when I came to pick him up I was shocked. They shaved his body very short, kept all the fur on his head and even shaved half his tail and legs without making a big effort of blending the lengths. They told me it’s modern to shave Pomeranians like poodles/lions at the moment and said it looks cute like that but that wasn’t what I asked for. It needed some month to grow back his fur but it didn’t even grow back properly on some parts.On top of that, I wanted to go and get his Favorite treats with him there and he was so scared to go back inside the shop that he got out of his collar at the entrance and run Away, thanks god he just run away some meters and waited there for me. I really wonder why he would do that. So disappointing

Dont ever take your cats there. They cut my cats nails too deep and her paws are bleeding so bad.It was around noon 22 February. You guys are nice with dogs but I don’t think they understand never cut cats nails too deep inside. My cat was in her cage when I picked her up and I took her straight back home. After we got home her paws were covered with blood. I didn’t get back to your shop to argue because I knew you’re not on purpose to do this but sorry I can’t trust you guys to grooming my cat again.I feel heart break even look at these pictures, please aware your staffs to trim cats nails very carefully.

Fantastic neighborhood pet grooming shop. The staff are super friendly and very professional.. I loved the products they have as well! Location is very convenient too in Dubai Marina. Love it. They have parking in Emirates Crown building.

Really helpful team. They understood exactly what we wanted for our poodle/spaniel mix in terms of cut and executed it to perfection.Also a great spot to pick up some dog-friendly ice cream to take along to neighboring CCC (one of the few pet friendly places to have a light bite and enjoy happy hour with your pup in Marina)

I’ve groomed both my dogs (a desert mix & saluki) at WAG and it was an awesome experience. Both my dogs are quite reactive towards other dogs & they really don’t enjoy bath time - but they were very well behaved inside (with other dogs around) & were handled very gently by the groomer. All the staff were very welcoming & despite my dogs not being the easiest to handle they were dealt with wonderfully. There’s a lovely little cafe next door (dogs are allowed outdoors!) so I was able to enjoy an iced tea while each dog was being bathed. Underground parking is also available - you just need to mention you’re going to WAG. Will definitely be going back - my dogs were relaxed & they looked & smelled great post-grooming!

Its a sad day for me.. My dog loves WAGs staff more than he loves me. I should have figured as they take such good care of him. WAG sells the most nutritious dog food, high quality pet essentials and there grooming services are on point. I love them so much, I have already given them a key to my apartment, so when Im at work, my dog Junior is having the time of his life. Pet Care at its highest quality. 5 stars all the way.

Wag has the friendliest dog handlers and front of staff. There is a cafe and salon next door that you can sit at while your dogs are beings groomed. Highly recommend wag for all your grooming needs.

Excellent place . The people there are very supportive and well trained. Prices are really good too. Location couldn’t be better as in marina. The team doesn’t cheapen to help with anything.When they felt that my dog might be sick , they called me right away and checked his temperature and gave me tips

Worst customer service ever. Dogs are left so bored in the shop while the cashier is too busy playing with his phone instead of the dogs! The dogs wanted to play with us while we were shopping since nobody else is taking care of them. My husband asked the cashier to give them a small toy so they get busy and we can shop our cat’s food peacefully. Once we purchased our cat’s food the cashier also asked us to pay for the toy given to the dogs THEY petsit!!!!!! To be clear that toy was given to the dogs in their shop and the toy stayed in their shop and we had to pay for it??? How come CUSTOMERS have to pay for the toys that they are supposed to provide since they pretend to offer a petsitting service to their other customers!

Great pet care store that offers a wide range of services and pet foods. Very personal and welcoming and make the extra effort in making owners comfortable with leaving their pets at the store.

This place and people are evil. They killed our 3 month puppy Maltese. Yesterday we left him for a daycare and these people allowed a pit bull to eat our dog. This place will be closed down soon.
