Our toy poodle, James, has been going to woof for years. She has extended stays during the holidays and is always well looked after. Each time we drop her off, she runs to the staff, no matter who happens to be there. She loves her time at woof and we are grateful to have found it. Thanks to all the handlers there for giving her good care.

Woof was recommended to us by daughter’s friend who said their experience there was good. Our toy poodle Leo always needs one of us around all the time. He is never left alone. We dropped him at woof for 2 hrs the first time. We would drop him maybe once in a week for 2 to 3 hrs so he can meet other dogs. But now we realized that Leo loves going to woof. He gets so excited on the drive there and wants to jump out of the car by the time I park the car. So he goes at least twice a week for few hours. The place is so clean and well maintained. Staff are so friendly and professional. We do get video and pictures updates about Leo’s time there. He has also spend time in their boarding for couple of nights. The price is also very reasonable . Overall good dog care and dog hotel.

We routinely bring our dog here for play days with some of the other dogs as well as for the boarding. The team here are friendly and highly communicative. We receive daily text messages with videos and photos of our dog while we are away. He absolutely loves the place! He always races out the car to get inside to see his friends. Honestly, we have been working with this place for months and it has been an absolute lifesaver for us.

As a new pet owner we were very nervous about leaving a little dog Reggie with anyone. However, Woof came highly recommended from a friend, so we gave them a go and havent used anyone else since. Reggie absolutely loves the staff, the facilities and the other dogs that go to Woof. In fact, he loves it that much, its sometimes a struggle to get him to come home after a day at daycare. The best asset has to be the staff who are so caring towards Reggie and we love that they send us pictures and videos each day he is there.

Woof has been a second home for our dogs for many years. Both for boarding and just a day to hang out and play, our dogs are always very well looked after and we feel happy knowing they had some fun with their friends. The Woof staff, Lourdes and the others, always greet us as if we are family and share updates with videos and photos to let us know everyone is well and having a good time. I definitely recommend them as a very caring and competent kennel!

Absolutely the best place. Not because I like them, but because my dog literally loves them, too. When we just turn to that street, shes already excited. When we stop in the parking lot, she can hardly wait to get the leash on. When were entering the door, shes literally jumping in the air like Let me in, NOW, please, they are already having fun in there, let me join :D. This wouldnt happen if Woof were giving them anything less than the absolute perfect maximum of loving and care.When shes staying there for boarding, its the same: for her its like having a sleepover party with friends - multiple days of fun. Of course shes always happy when I go and collect her, but shes also always happy to return to Woof, be it just daycare or boarding. And for a pets care services thats the most important thing.

Our big boy is in good hands at Woof!!! Too bad he cannot write this review. He is super excited to go to school and is exhausted with tail wagging when we pick him up. The look in his eye like that was awesome while he relaxes afterwards with a tongue out and open mouth makes the whole family smile.Clearly the ownership and staff genuinely love dogs. They have an incredible memory for all the names and personalities of each dog and ensure safe fun play for them all. Plus super friendly and professional. We love this business and the service they provide for our guy.

We were apprehensive about leaving our dog in day care but Im not sure what we would have done without Woof. The team have given our boy the best time. He cant wait to get in and see his friends. He loves all the staff He is clearly having fun, exercise and is well cared for while we are working. The grooming team have also done an exceptional job with a big feisty dog whos not keen on being brushed.

My 3 dogs absolutely love going to Woof. The minute i open the car door they cant wait to get in there. The staff are amazing and truly love the dogs. I also love that they do grooming onsite, so they go to play for the day and come home looking and smelling fabulous.

Absolutely incredible! Figgy is our fur baby and I can honestly say that his second family are the Woof team. Not only do I trust all the team but Figgy absolutely adores his time at Woof - probably more than at home. The service, facilities and care is second to none. I could not recommend highly enough. Been sending our Beagle to woof for over 10 years. Great facility, staff are very responsive to every pooch like it was their own. Never had any issues when the pup has boarded whether its 2 days or 2 weeks, he enjoys his staycation. We always get pics and videos even if he is just gone for a play during day care hours. Grooming team does a great job and the place is very clean, easy to get to and get back on the road. We have recommended a few friends to send their dogs as well and they have also become long term customers, so sending them to woof is a No brainer!!

If you want your beloved dog to be cared for like the way you care for them when youre away, then send them to Woof. Lourdes, Jesseca, Flo and the rest of the amazing team remembered every single detail about my Levi. No ask was too small. Levi always came back happy from his time spent at Woof. I always felt confident leaving him with these wonderful, professional and caring people.

Our doggo is a bit timid, but the team at Woof has always made her feel welcome and safe. We love the photo updates and all the friends she’s made.

Customer service exceeded my expectations from the 1st phone call inquiry, during the tour, and until we left the premises. It was the best experience for Pixie and Charlie. They surely enjoyed every minute with the Woof Team. Definitely worth to recommend. We will visit you guys often.

A very good service. Friendly staff. Our pet Hazel has been with Woof since she was a puppy. And every time she boards there, Woof sends us pictures. Every time she goes to day care, she rushes to see her friends. Grooming is also good. Would definitely recommend it to people with pets in Dubai. They have an open area outside where dogs can run in the very early morning hours (except summer of course), which is really something you won’t find in many places in Dxb.

Our dog loves it there! She goes there during the day while we are at work and she absolutely loves it. The staff are great and are very accommodating and helpful. So glad we sent Sable there!

This is the best place for dogs boarding in Dubai, in terms of the value, happiness level of my dog, hygiene of the place....and so much more.I have been taken my fur child to woof nearly 6 years, he has a group of friends he is happy to hang out with, every time when i send him to woof, he will run straight into the place and not even look back, my dog has separate anxiety with me, only this place make him so happy and feeling safe so he could left me behind, dogs never lie, they happy they shows.I strong recommend this place for your loved fur child, you will never regret.

An amazing place. Before we booked our dog in we were recommended this place by two people on two different occasions. The place is run immaculately- it’s absolutely spotless, smells fresh and the staff are real dog lovers. They know all their dog residents by name! Very caring people.The dogs are separated in three groups according to their size. We could fully enjoy our holiday knowing that our dog is ok. Woof also sends you daily emails with photos of your dog. Very good place and highly recommended!

Took our fur baby to Woof for the first time yesterday and can honestly say I will never taker her anywhere else again! We took her to Woof for grooming and could not fault them! The second we walked through the door they knew who we were, despite having never been there before (at our last grooming experience at a different place, they tried to hand us a Golden Labrador to take home, despite having gone in with a Toy Poodle, so this meant a lot to me!). After filling out the necessary forms we were taken through to actually meet the groomer and explain exactly what we wanted, a first in our experience! The groomer was lovely and really took time to listen to exactly what we wanted. He even asked us to send him pictures so he got it exactly right! Every single member of staff that we met were lovely and all seemed to LOVE the dogs, which should come as a given but unfortunately does not in many places. I went to Woof on recommendations from friends so i hope my review encourages others to go. We have never needed boarding before but if we ever do...i know where she will go. Woof is a great daycare and boarding facility for dogs of all sizes. They are extremely accommodating and from your very first visit remember who your dog is, making both you and them feel comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and generally love dogs which is the most important thing for any dog daycare and boarding facility.Receiving daily pictures from them is great as is makes your day seeing that your four legged fur child is having fun, being treated really well and that puts you at ease knowing they’re receiving the best care. Excellent service. Top class. Owners are very hands on and staff are cherry picked. Forest my lab goes there every now and then. The staff love him and he loves them.I highly recommend it.

Although I was very pleased when we stated to use the grooming service, unfortunately, my dog had a fall whilst in their care from the washing table and severely injured her leg. This was awhile back now but she is still suffering from this injury that flairs up when she walks. The owners were responsive and apologised. I understand that these things may happen at times but it was negligence on the part of the groomer on this occasion.

This is simply the best and only place we trust our dogs with. We regularly send ours to daycare and overnight stays at Woof, knowing they are well cared for and loved. Staff know individual dogs’ habits and temperaments, and they regularly update us on our dogs. We love the pictures they post!Our dogs also love coming to Woof. They get very excited knowing they are going to have so much fun!

Our dogs love going to WOOF! The staff are really friendly and you can see the dogs love the staff too. Excellent for their large indoor play areas with segregated rooms for different size dogs and WOOF has great groomers.

My dogs love Woof! I had never left my dogs at a kennel before and was worried how it would go. The staff was great. At first both dogs seemed nervous and shy, but the staff got them to participate and soon they were part of the pack. Both dogs are older and one takes medicine twice a day. No problem - extra rest time & meds were given without charge. My shy dog came out of his shell! I know he would love to live at Woof! I will continue boarding them while I’m on vacation or travelling for work. A++++++

Ive been taking my dogs here for years. After trying a number of daycares in Dubai Woof is our favourite. We have two small dogs and we love that Woof has separate (and very spacious!) play areas for the big and little dogs. The dogs LOVE going and the staff are very attentive to each dogs personality. Couldnt recommend this place more. :)

With their day care and boarding service they must be ace as plenty of good reviews online. Moreover their staff are super friendly.However with their grooming services, I am not too pleased although their rates are attractive. I have taken my two pekingese at least 3 - 4 times but wont be going back for the grooming. On two occasions one out of two were hurt and we were not informed. One was a deep cut on the paw pad of the older dog and one was a nick near the neck. To be fair they do inform us on other issues such as if the dogs skin is dry etc but we should also be informed that the dog has been injured during grooming to ensure we provide the necessary treatment at home.

Great day care and boarding facility. Dogs are split up according to size so not to feel overwhelmed or overcrowded. Not many places out there that can offer a great outdoor space with daycare. When the weather is cooler, they spend more time outside on the obstacle course. Staff are friendly and my Beagles enjoy going 😊

My two dogs have been going there for years, they love it and we love the comfort Woff gives us while we travel. The constant updates and pics shared always put a smile on our faces. My dogs know the name and actually get excited whenever we say we are going there :D
