Very good in grooming but there product prices is so high

We saw the positive reviews and thought we’ll give them a chance. We had our dog in for grooming. Terrible terrible job! Horrific! Don’t take your dog for grooming there. Based on my experience the reviews are either fake from their friends and family or definitely for a different groomer than the one we had today. So disappointed! 😔

Bong did a full grooming for my 2 dogs, they’re Havamalts and had long hair. They came out looking super cute and still fluffy!I highly recommend him especially if you have soft haired dogs!

Decent variety of products, the shop assistant was helping with my questions about specific products. Only downside is the parking, there is visitors parking but it isn’t very clear where you can park

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, very disappointing 😞We took our maltese dog for grooming, she came back with red eye and scratches on her hand and very bad triming.I would love to share with you pictures before and after to see the Terrible job.This is the worst place I have ever had .Municipality should immediately take action and take the license from this pet groomer.Very very disappointing 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ive been bring Fluffy our cat since more than 1 year for full grooming.Bong always took care of him. He is very gentle with all animals and he makes sure to accommodate my request.The location is always clean, staff are friendly and it is great value for money especially if you have Entertainer.Highly recommend this place and for grooming, Bong is your Man..

Im not much of a reviewer but this place definitely deserves a good review. I sent my dog for a grooming session and the team was very professional with the process. After dropping my dog and informing the staff of how I would like the grooming to be done, not only were they perfect with the instructions I gave them, but they also documented the before and after. The groomer also documented a hotspot my dog had developed and thanks to him we were informed about it so we could get it treated asap. The hotspot was in an odd location under the neck so it was hard for us to know if it was there due to the fur. Thank you so much Pet corner, you have made my experience great.

Took my cat there a month ago, after that she start scratching a lot her neck and ears. I took her to vet to see what happen on her neck and I was told that she got ear infection and by trying to reach her ears she scratched the neck. This happens due poor hygiene for tools used to clean and groom. I spend so much money on medicine and visits, and she still haven’t recovered. Wouldn’t recommend this place , better choice place with better hygiene.

Hello, do you have hamster toys. I called and asked 1 lady if they had hamster toys but she said no but when I checked the photos of your store you have lots of hamster toys , so I want to know if you still have these toys

Very disappointed at this time.I’ve dropped two cats for a full grooming and nothing was properly done.Ears were not cleaned, whiskers were cut off very short, and a full body was not properly trimmed. At the some parts of the body was longer hair, some parts very short hair.

What a great spot to get our pet shopping done. We discovered this gem of a place randomly, we dont live in the area, but drive 20 minutes over for the pet groomer, we have tried many but ong here is the best! Loyalty program is excellent and service is fantastic. Best pet groomers in the city hand down

Its a great place to get your needs done within the area but prices are not cheap enough to be called reasonable, more like a convenience store in your area than a one stop market place.

I took Bella (our maltese) for a grooming service, they didn’t gave her a proper trimming and when my husband went there to pick her up, complained. They blame me in a very rude way. When we arrived home, we realized that they made a scratch on her belly and she ended up with a red eye. I don’t know what happened there but we are never going back there.

Always friendly and helpful. Get my litter and food for my rescue from them and I am quite happy

Please ask me to share my dog pictures if you want to see the result of the hair cutting. I m really disappointed. Dont take your dogs/cats to them and dont let them touch 1 hair of them.

I always bring my pets here for Grooming, Bong the groomer is awesome. The staff there are always very friendly, happy and helpful. Lots of healthy, good quality food options and wide variety of accessories as well as loyalty programs and fancy treats as giveaways! 😻 Simply the best

Very good experience with this store in motorckty with groomer bohough thank you so much for take care of my pets, Im very worried about them because they are very scared we dont do this too much. but sometime its needed. the receptionist checked the vaccination card and notice some them are expired , thank you again, I will take care of this as soon as possible. raven and dolly send cuddles

Apparently loyalty means zero to Pet corner, especially if they feel they are the only ones in the community to offer product. After 8 years of grooming 2 pets buying all their food and litter product. The sales person says sorry your order is not good enough for us to deliver. Attitude was arrogance and ignorance. The guy on the other end forgets that every business needs their loyal customers. And when i told him i will take my business elsewhere he said it was fine.

Went there for live food which was not available, and other products I needed were not there.However the staff was super nice.

Never going back

We went into Pet Corner to pick up a crate, toys and play pen for our new puppy. The lovely ate gave us such great products, perfect size for our Labrador (even after shes fully grown), as well as some valuable advice. Will definitely continue to shop here for our regular pet care needs and grooming! Super happy with this quality of service. Yes prices are high but theyre justified as we want the best for our puppy :)

Dont ever buy from this place if you are reading this !First, items advertised on the website are not there !Secondly, prices on the items are not accurate ! I bought Parrot food which was priced for 78 AED and upon check out, i find that the charge is 140 AED !Whats even worse, they are charging me for shopping bag if i want a bag to carry the Products i bought from THEM !To the management of this place, close it down because you clearly do not know how to manage this place and you hired a bunch of clowns to run it too !Terrible

Super helpful staff, needed a few itmes urgently while driving with my dog, they got all I asked fast and brought to the car. Very pro-active and friendly!

I had an appointment for a grooming with pick up. They just forgot. Unacceptable.

Today was our worst grooming ever , the staff shaved my dog’s hair up to nearly skin which we didn’t request . Uneven shave I can see her skin in some part of her body . She is in pain and can’t calm her down .
