Thank you to the amazing Team from Snoopy Pets in Dubai. Our little Bailey was very well cared for over a few months before flying to Australia. The entire export and import process was handled with great care and professionalism by Mary and the team. Lindsey monitored Baileys progress at all hours of the day and night, which was such a relief as we were quite anxious about how our little one would go. Mary went out of her way on public holidays to make sure all the documentation was processed to meet deadlines. We collected Bailey from PEQ yesterday and she is now back on the couch after enjoying cuddles and treats. Thanks also to the Boarding care team who cuddled Bailey in our absence and sent us photos and videos so we could stay connected with her care. Fur-ever thanks to the Snoopy Team and also our friend who recommended them based on his past experience and service from them too. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Snoopy Pets, you guys are amazing!!! A huge thank you to Ruth! She was excellent with importing our two babies from South Africa to Dubai. When sending through our paperwork to Ruth she immediately picked up and notified us about mistakes on it that needed to be rectified. Ruth made 100% sure that every last detail is 100% correct and kept us informed the whole time. We always knew exactly what to expect and what must be done next.The two gentlemen who delivered our pups were just as amazing with animals, showing genuine love for animals and treating them with the most care.Our dogs arrived in Dubai safe and sound and from our family, we just want to say thank you!

Thank you so so much snoopy pets! My dogs just arrived from Dubai to London and I can’t imagine doing this process with anyone else. I was so so nervous transporting my two Yorkies but Ruth helped me out throughout the entire process. I really wanna thank Ruth because she was so so patient called me so many times to check in and was so kind and obv not only was doing her job she really seemed to care about making sure I feel comfortable and that the my fur babies would be ok. Thank you Ruth! Seriously the best service I have had in a very very long time!I also need to thank Micheal who dropped off the fur babies to get their municipality’s check. He was really kind and the babies loved them.Also big big big thank you to Adrian! Adrian is the guy that picked up my fur babies and took them to the airport the day of my trip. The team at snoopy pets have been outstanding. We relocated two of our precious cats from Dubai to UK. Honestly, they took the stress out of the whole process. Linsey was outstanding in communicating with us at all times and really could not of done enough.

It is the second time that we have taken our kitten Stamford to stay at Snoopy Pets and I have to say I am very impressed with the service. The team are so kind and friendly and Stamford loves it there.They even emailed us some pics of him having fun whilst we were away so thoughtful.We have booked him in again for when we are on holiday in August and September and would not even consider taking him anywhere else now.Great job guys! Our two dogs, Holly & Simba, absolutely loved their holiday time at Snoopy Pets. Holly is an anxious rescue dog and can struggle to settle into some daycare facilites, from the moment she walked into Snoopy Pets, she was calm, happy and very settled. Seeing the social media updates every day was great and really underlined how well looked after both dogs really were. The facility is lovely, and very clean and the staff were wonderful. Well only be using Snoopy Pets from now on and cant wait to book them back in for their next holiday!

I feel nice to get what I need

My dog relocated from Toronto, Canada to Dubai, U.A.E and we used their service for the Dubai end of the process. I was not able to be there in Dubai physically at the time to pick up my dog but my parents were in Dubai and they were very very impressed with the way Snoopy Pets handled everything. They made sure to contact my parents, let them know everything clearly and the delivery and drop off of my dog to my house was a breeze and very easy [even though it was super early in the morning!]. They were very accommodating and they made it easier for me, who was not there in Dubai at that moment. I did not have to do much and was able to relax and not stress too much about it. Thank you so much for helping Lambeau relocate with such ease!

Snoopy pets arranged quick hassle free import clearance at the airport for my cat, Alia, when she arrived from Mumbai to Dubai. Everyone was very reassuring and professional in the team and it was a seamless experience.

Positive Paws is now a part of this company. So be careful and watch out for bad service!I have booked an appointment for 2 of my dogs on the 23rd of March for a full grooming session. I have clearly gave instructions (photo attached) how I would like my dogs to be groomed and how the cut supposed to look like.Few hours later I receive a photo message from Positive Paws (refer to pic nr with blue flooring). I was shocked! It looked like somebody chopped my dogs hair with blunt scissors. You can see the state of my dogs hair when I first brought them in on the photo with the green flooring along with the instructions given. As you can see they chopped the ears square and not even evenly, the hair around the mouth isnt even either.My dogs suppose to be dropped off by the driver at 18-18 15. Then they delayed it at 1900. I called them up and asked to speak to the manager or the owner. They refused.The receptionist said that the manager is not in and the owner isnt available. My friend came to collect my dogs as I was stuck in a meeting. The receptionist promised they will refund the money the next day as she did not have cash. I still requested for somebody to get in touch with me as this service is unacceptable.They also vut my dogs nails too short and the poor thing suffered for days after that.Today is 13th of May. I still have not received even an email from Positive Paws. No apology, no refund. I was traveling and just returned, so I though Id give them a call. The receptionist said that they will not refund anything as they followed the instructions. Clearly they followed somebody elses but definitely not mine.Dont ever take your pets there. This place is a scam.

Fabulous service! These guys were fantastic and got our pets to us at the last minute when we were left high and dry by another relocation company. Would recommend them any day to move pets internationally.

We just recently have used their services by transferring our doggies from Switzerland to Dubai by cargo and we were very happy by professional care and information they provided. Our doggies were fine after pretty much full day of travels.

Being a very worried pet owner relocating my french bulldog in July, I can honestly say that snoopy pets put my mind at rest and my frenchie and 3 cats arrived in uk healthy with no problems. They do everything for you, are very professional and really take the stress and worry away. Highly recommended.

Ive been wrestling with whether to post this review for several months as Im fully aware that mistakes can happen. However, although mistakes can and do happen, its how you deal with them that speaks volumes about your level of service.It was a full 3 days of wrangling with Snoopy Pets because Id made a mistake on the paperwork that wasnt spotted until about 3 hours before we were supposed to fly out the first day - that was the mistake, not Snoopy Pets fault but the way it was handled was.Snoopy Pets were shambolic in their response, I didnt sleep for nearly 3 full days and barely ate because I was so distraught - Ive never felt sick with worry before, I thought it was just a saying I didnt realise that it actually happened.My neighbours cooked for me (I had no food, no plates, no cutlery in the house), did the airport run (including being ready for the aborted one and having it cancelled with 3 hours notice) when we eventually got the ok to go.The woman that had bought my house made me break down in tears because she let me stay an extra day, and then another extra day.All the while Snoopy Pets were dodging calls and emails, refusing to give the ok to ship the pets on the next flight some 12 or more hours later citing a lack of time to check paperwork! Then saying that we could ship 24 hours later but still not giving the ok to ship to Dubai Cargo. The woman we were dealing with at this point even went home that afternoon knowing that she had not forwarded the ok to ship notice!The guy UK side (Animal Airlines btw) was taking calls on the emergency number they give to all clients at 2 and 3am and was also calling and emailing Snoopy Pets as well as Airport Cargo both UK and Dubai side.We didnt even get an emergency number for Snoopy Pets - they stopped answering calls and emails by 5:30pm local time even though their website said they were open 8am-8pm . . . It took the Cargo Manager at Dubai Airport giving us the owners mobile number at 1am (UK time) the day after the first cancelled flight to get anything sortedFinally, 3 hours before they were due to be booked through cargo on our 3rd flight at Manchester we got the OK to ship from them - again this was solely because my husband had managed to get the owners mobile number from the Cargo Manager at Dubai Airport!3 re-booked flights, 2 full nights without sleep, and countless phone calls and emails between Dubai Airport, my husband and eventually the owner of Snoopy Pets got myself and the pets to Dubai.What should Snoopy Pets take from this?Having and using an emergency contact number so that when your clients have to duck a flight at 2am GMT (less than three hours before you are due to check in) because youve spotted an error on the paperwork would go a long way to helping any issues being resolved with a minimum of stress - That will be the first thing I look for in future if I ever need to use a pet transport company again; not 5* reviews, not being owned by someone of the same nationality as myself (I assumed this would make communication easier). I want to know that in the unlikely event of something going wrong at 2am, I can contact them and get issues resolved quickly and professionally.

They have mutilated my dogs nipples I regret the day I took her to them they managed to cut inside her ears she’s full of scars everywhere and bleeding from cuts on her chest both ears are still bleeding after a week they are savages please don’t take your dog to this place
