I was on the market looking for a puppy. For a about a month and finally found the puppy for me in tom and Jerry. The price was really affordable. Plus the Owner and the staff was so great for finding the perfect puppy for me kokkie. The gave me a lot of advice and tips. Plus the shop was clean and pet friendly.

I am in love with animals, and our house is full of a different type. We are visiting pet shops regularly in Dubai. I saw many shops in the city but accidentally entered a Pet shop with Tom and Jerrys beautiful name in the business bay. All the staff was so friendly and professional. They have many options for food and accessories. Now we are regularly visiting this shop and doing many services for our lovely pets. We had traveled and used Tom & Jerry hotel for our dogs and birds last week. When we came back, the animals looked so fresh, clean, and healthy.

Can’t rate this store high enough! I was inexperienced and was in a situation taking care for a very young kitten, I called many places and just wasn’t getting the information or the guidance I needed. Tom & Jerry’s store manager was able to give me the guidance and help I required straight away! They have the experience, know how and products for taking good care of pets 🙏 really gave me the knowledge and resources I needed to raise a healthy and happy cat 😸 seriously if you need guidance, good products and pet services then you needn’t look anywhere else. My experience was amazing at Tom and Jerry. I bought the most cute Pomeranian dog. I love this shop the services and advices are outstanding. The place is hygienic, very clean and smell good. Their pets are fabulous and well groomed. Highly recommended.

By far the best pet shop in dubai. So clean and pretty inside. Animals look so happy and healthy. They even have a large play area. the staff is super friendly and helpful. I found their rates better than most pet shops. A big thumbs up to this shop.

I walk by this store every night and see puppies and kittens in a small glass box on the window. This is awful and horrible. A husky puppy should not be in a tiny box!! Moreover there’s a light shining on them the whole time, it must be so hot. So cruel.

I bought a gift for my nephew from Tom & Jerry pet shop, which is Husky dog. He is so amazing, fully groomed, vaccinated, have passport and trained for toilet. Very reasonable prices compare to other shops for animals. Also shop is clean and nice design. Staff is very friendly and have good knowledge about animals. They have also daycare and grooming. Good that we have in our area new pet shop. Highly recommend.

Just want to share my experience. I have bought a pomeranian puppy.My family and me are so happy. Rio is so adorable and super healthy. In many other shops we didnt find pure breed even they told us its pure but it wasnt.Thank you guys for your honesty, hospitality and advises. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable about all animals. Im definitely will be your regular guest. And i will recomend your shop to everyone.

Finally a nice pet shop in Business Bay,Nice Location and clean shop

I wish i could give zero star review to this facility. They have dogs locked up in inhumane conditions just to make profit off breeding. I visited the facility to buy dog food and got so disgusted that i just walked out without buying anything as i cannot support such cruelty. All the puppies are too young to be away from their mother and instead of them being running and playing they are locked up in glass shelves like prisoners on display.
