Dr. Stefano and the whole team are amazing. From the moment you reach the place, lovely hidden gem between trees. Friendly ladies on the reception, reasonable prices and clean facilities. Poop field area for the dogs, complimentary coffee and tea with sweets, all those little things make you feel welcome. Highly recommend ♥️ will definitely come back soon

I have 2 very old and very small rescued dogs. One is 17years old and blind, abused from previous owner and is very nervous. Whe I dropped her off she was shaking with fear. The other is just anxious. I dropped them off, the staff were wonderful so understanding and very friendly. When I came to pick them up.....I found the old girl asleep in the middle of the floor in someone elses bed. To me that was just so heart warming that my baby felt so relaxed she slept......I definitely recommend them. Totally understand dogs needs and fears and accommodate them. I am taking them back......

The environment is good, doctor is professional. But for the front desk, she said to me that she cannot understand my accent. While...this is in Dubai, not in the UK. If you are aiming at a broader market, you might need to strengthern your listenning skills with different accents. Otherwise you might only have British speaking guests in the future. And for me, I will stick to my Chinese accent! 😊

This is my first time visit this vet for check up my kitten and did microchip.The people who work in reception was soooo kind and helpful. I made reservation thru phone and she was so nice and it feels so organized and well systemed.The place also looks so lovely and chilled.Doenst feel like typical vet vet, so I can feel relaxing with their atmosphere too.And my veterinarian Julia she was the wonderful doctor and super kind.This is my first pet and I have not much knowledge about my 4months kitten. So I ask so much question even small and simple stuffs. She was so helpful and explain and check up everything of my kitten with gentle and kind way :)Im so happy to find this place and happy for I brought my kitty here too 🥰🥰*This place is usually fully booked so have to make an appointment before visit*

They are one of first vets in Dubai and one of the most trusted ones.We have heard so much about their services, qualified team and their professional work by so many and we agree a 100%.We have worked with DKC relocation office to relocate our Labrador from Amsterdam to Dubai.They were fantastic from the beginning to the secone we were reunited with our furry boy.They offer relocation, day care, boarding service and most importantly a trusted Vet.

We dealt with a few vets before finding DKC Motor City and they are by far the most reliable and helpful. It’s not often in Dubai that you come across a receptionist team who genuinely care. Anytime I emailed or called with a question they would always be willing help and if they didn’t know the answer they would follow up and always call me back, something I feel rarely happens in Dubai. We have moved back to Australia and I will miss having such a reliable vet clinic.

If you are planning to bring your pet to a new vet forget about these ones.Ridiculous, my dog was really sick and they only managed to make him worse. And didn’t even manage to show interest and call to check if he was doing well.All they excel at is asking you for your credit card.Plenty of other better options

The worst vets office Ive ever encountered in my 20 years of being a dog mom. They are rude every time I visit and have lied to me on a few occasions . I would never advise you to take your dog here unless it is the most urgent of emergencies and it is the only option.

Came here for a health checkup after the flight of my cat to dubai. Very kind vet, caring with my cat, and very acceptable bill for the appointment. This place also sells cat food.

After trying other vets in Dubai, DKC is definitely the most professional and most responsive vets. They are very hands on, and clearly have a lot of experience handling different animals and breeds of dogs. My dog is terrified of going to the vet, and DKC staff always calm him down and handle him very well. I really recommend these guys.

Visited first time today with my cat. From the minute you step in you are greeted with happy faces (of course the masks obscure the smiles). The staff are all polite and helpful. Dr Miles attended to us. He was so calming and caring throughout our appointment! Both pets and owners are treated like VIPs! I really cant fault this little gem thats tucked away. Its a very good clinic.. they diagnose the cases well and if its a slight infection, they ask to wait rather than spending on the medication.

The place itself was very welcoming. We have a 4 months old kitten and we had to get him a DM tag , which we got in DKC for reasonable price. Apart from that, we had few queries in regards to our kittens behaviour. She answered all our queries to our satisfaction. We were very pleased.

Overall the experience was ok, however, the fact that I cannot be in the room during the simple consultation threw me off a bit. Also misdiagnosed my cat, assigning teeth removal surgery with an incredibly high price tag. Went to other clinic for a surgery and when the vet checked the cat, she was completely healthy and didn’t have to undergo a painful procedure. We double checked with another specialist for the third opinion and they said that no surgery needed and cat is completely healthy.Taking such an important profession as a way to rip people of money with disregard to the pet health is a very wrong strategy. Wishing them all the best, but no longer a patient there

It was a great experience so far with the us and our puppy. Everybody is very nice and engaging and our dogs doctor was very helpful especially that we are first time dog owners.

This place is open really early, which is perfect if youre in that area and need to visit them before work. Its clean and neat. The staff is easy to talk with and understanding. They have a variety of products and food there for your pets too.There is a very cute outdoor waiting/ smoking area thats set up for you and your pet. Theres also an indoor waiting area, with a coffee machine and some snacks for free!

Our cat died after an intended spay surgery in this clinic. Her uterus was not found claiming a rare case, and without informing us a second incision was made.The cat was handed back to us shaking, screaming, and did not move or eat until she died with breathing problems bleeding from the cut wound.We took the cat to their referred emergency clinic, and only after 2 days they showed interest in an investigation for the cause of death but the body was already sent for cremation. Only received a call from the doctors 2 days after her death. No compensation was recieved, no root cause discovered, and no empathy was shown from them....in reply to response on 15/12/2020:Thanks to Dr Miles, Nana is doing well. Unfortunately, under Dr Stefano hands, Tama ended tragically.Returning the cat back to us in a shocking state and not informing us before the second incision were recognised by the manager as mistakes, and its affect unknown as no discovery on the body was made (explained above).Privately, discussions could go on forever with assumptions. Publicly, brings awareness that such tragedies happen. I personally trust what thought was best was done during surgery, but a more proactive approach, with more precise, informative explanation for the cause of death is expected. For me, the outcome wont change, but would bring an insight to the clinics team and knowledge of the profession.Further to charges from other services all under this clinic, the unsuccessful surgery had non recoverable cost of AED 1000 plus AED 2100 for the cremation, in addition to the intangible sentimental cost for Tamas loss.

This is my second experience with DKC and I have to say I have been extremely pleased. Our first experience was a cat relocation from Beirut, Lebanon where DKC was extremely helpful at making the move as painless as possible. This time we took our cat, Misa, for grooming on sedation and again we had a great experience. From the excellent COVID-19 precautions to the polite and efficient staff, to medical professionalism, to the call back to check on how our cat was doing, it has all been an more than expected and better than could be asked for. Highly recommended!

Amazing place! Both my cats were under their care recently. I can not thank the team enough for their professionalism, compassion and excellant customer service. I was extremely stressed and they always keep me fully informed about their treatment plan and progress. The vets called twice daily with updates and sent the updated invoice every evening. Lovely clinic and Dr Stefano was amazing. He gave me a full informative explanation of my 2 cats last medical condition which was actually a wrong diagnosis from a previous vet who had unfortunately also charged me a lot for unnecessary tests. The prices and service at DKC are very good & trustworthy in comparison to other vets in dubai so I highly recommend.

They are the best relocation company in Dubai. We have used then to transport our dog from Holland and they were attentive, sensitive and caring at all times keeping our pet priority.The communication was very consistent making sure we were updated at every stage. Cozy place where you are greeted with a warm smile. Our cats received proper treatment and medications everytime we took them there. The treatment prices seemed to be on the higher end for us, compared to the other vets we went to.

My favourite. I like the warm, artistic, friendly atmosphere they created for anxious pets and for their owners. 😊 From yearly visit, to major surgeries, to moving abroad or bring your pets to Dubai, this clinic is fantastic with warm, professional personnel from receptionists, to assistants, to doctors. I always highly recommend it to all my friends.

I got a pet last September and I have gone through more than 10 veterinary clinics since then. Jumeirah, Al Wasl, JLT, JVC, Al Quoz - you name it. Every clinic was so eager to make money out of each visit it was disgusting. One clinic in Jumeirah which has amazing review did a lab test on my dogs ear to find what kind of fungus is causing ear infection - then show me a result using a picture from Google and charged AED 650! Finally I am settling with a veterinary clinic that makes sens, professional and actually care for animals. Please watch out for scam clinics and doctors all pet owners out there.

Friendly, thorough and engaging vets. Not terribly expensive, as some have said, for the quality of care and information you receive. During our first visit, the vet could have completely fooled us into paying for XYZ and I wouldn’t have had a clue since our cat was going through, what we considered, a scary infectious episode. We received solid information, good advice, good care and came out feeling “unrobbed” - for me that’s enough to make a recommendation, and enough to visit again.

I love the laid back atmosphere of the clinic. And we love Dr. Julia. She is patient and kind and takes her time everytime she sees my cat and is patient in answering every question that we have. It is pricey but totally worth it.

Took my puppy to this Vet Clinic and ended up with a complaint because the Vet hit my puppy in the mouth with the leash handle infront of me. I am very offended and disappointed with this Clinic.

Having visited over 10 different vet clinics in Dubai during past 6 years, I can confidentially say that this is only 5 Stars veterinary clinic in Dubai! They leave by their slogan - Animal Care by Animal People. Most professional vets I came across. Great customer service, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Best decorated veterinary place ever - I just dont feel like leaving from the clinic :) Costly, but worth every penny as I rather pay once for proper diagnostic and treatment, than dragging my cats from clinic to clinic...This is first clinic where I was advised ahead about possible cost of procedure, first clinic where vet gave detailed feedback on what has been done and show x-ray, photos and explained tests results. Will highly recommend DKC to everyone I know who has pets.
