THE BEST DOG RESORT IN DUBAI! ❤️❤️❤️ been coming to my second home for years. We use the dog park, day care facility, boarding if I am traveling, grooming services, training with dog trainers, they have it all. Super friendly and lovely team. Very happy to know they have also opened a new cozy branch in Al Qouz. Just the best ⭐️

This facility seems to have bitten off more than they can chew in that they are handling a volume of pets beyond their capacity and therefore not paying attention to the details they pride themselves on and proclaim via their website. The value for money isnt there and the lack of professionalism was evident with how they handled us right from the top management to the person on the other end of the phone at the front desk. MSH really need to pull their socks up because while you may have great facilities, it doesnt count for much if you dont live up to your commitments.

Bosse and I love this place. Excellent team who obviously all care about the dogs . I use it daily during the summer months.Great bunch of owners who are all caring and responsible of their 4 legged family members. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience with their trainer Enric. I tried reaching him multiple times over a month to book training sessions for my dog but he either kept saying he was busy, didnt call back and eventually stopped replying to WhatsApp messages as well. Very disappointing. Will not be going back.

Great park for our two dogs with inside, outside and swimming areas. Lots of agility toys and the dogs always come back exhausted from a days play!

Amazing facilities for dogs! Staff are great, and really care about the dogs always putting their needs first. I can say I fully trust my dog being in their care. She loved everyone there and is always excited to arrive at MSH.We came in for socialization training for our rescue Willow and were really impressed by the big improvements she made, and soon she will be ready to go into daycare. I always felt she was in good hands when working with the trainer and handlers.Its a great day out for both pets and humans!

Thanks for looking after our kitties, Charlie and Pips so wonderfully. A special thanks to Shy, Maria and Lillian for the great communication with us (updates and photos) and for giving our kitties so much love and care. After the initial settling-in period, I could just see how happy Pips and Charlie were at their second home. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! We have been happy customers of MSH Dubai since our dog Atheena joined our family in 2017. It has been over 3 years of great service and trust. Atheena loves MSH so much, that she runs to the caregivers everytime they come to pick her up. We have tried several different doggy daycare/boardings but there is a few things which stand out at MSH:1. Extremly flexible with pick-up and drop-off2. Very convenient and easy to arrange her daycare or boarding (all over WhatsApp)3. Everytime she checks-in for her stay, the professional team sends me pictures in case they find something unusal.4. Very loving and professional staff, they truly care. My special thanks goes to Sue and the entire front-desk team but also to all the staff at the back who are in direkt contact with Atheena. There must be a reason for her excitement when she sees those green t-shirts ;-)I have and I would always recommend MSH to anyone who is looking for this service in Dubai! They also have excellent trainers, which we have used for our stubborn little one.

So much for professionalism..dog handlers dont even know how to handle dogs zero education in dog handling..zero understanding of dogs...and what to say bout the manager thats running the place if u managing a dog park/dog daycare/ dog boarding you should at least understand dogs and understand that not every dog is the same and some dogs dont like full on contact and react...My dog likes to sit next to me in the park and doesnt play with other dogs keeps to him self mostly and hates it when other dogs come full on to him Im always the one moving my dog away yet the handlers and other dog owners enjoying their coffee.. hopefully we dont have to use your dog park or your boarding ever.My dog has been a member at my second home for 4 years and but it funny how much they value their clients with just one minor incident of dog grawling at another they ask the dog to leave....

Very active for dog they also have a grooming center for dogs, and the dogs each have there own section. Big ddog are all together, puppies and your very tiny dogs all together etc. Each dog has there own kennel to sleep in and has there own chart to show what has he eaten and done through the day. All in all a great place

Ive been taking my dog Ruby to MSH for almost two year now. Ive never ever had any bad experience.. my dog enjoys her time, dog handlers are well trained and super friendly with dogs and their owners.. and they are always around when necessary.. management, staff, and everyone works at the park, daycare, and grooming know what they do, and they do, and they do it the best way possible.. I highly recommend MSH for the park on the weekends and daycare/boarding if you are traveling, you will have 24/7 access to a CCTV camera to check on your dog at any time of the day..

I can genuinely say My second Home is my golden retriever’s most favorite place in Dubai! It is a fantastic dog friendly environment in every way. Regardless of whether Caesar is at daycare, in the dog park, in one of the pools, or boarding, I know and can see that he is happy and comfortable which is everything a dog mama can ask for. It goes without saying that My Second Home wouldn’t be such a great environment without its staff who - when you meet - you can see are real animal lovers. Major shout out to all the staff there but in particular Sean Parker Director of Operations! Thank you for taking care of my Potato!

You wont find a better place to take your dog in Dubai, the staff are what make this place too. They cared for our dog as if he was their own and passed on some very good advice.

Great indoor/outdoor dog park with 2 pools and obstacles courses inside. All dogs are vetted prior to entry. The daycare facility is great.

It’s an amazing facility , well organized and clean. The management & team are so welcoming and friendly , very professional and there is always team members around to make sure the environment is fun & safe at all times .I highly recommend this place for your dogs , they tick all the boxes and more .Thank you to Sean & team . The people there are kind and patient towards the pets. They know how to pair the right kind of dogs together, so that they(the dogs) all have fun and are safe Excellent care. The facilities is spacious and has fun activities for all dogs.

Visited this indoor and air conditioned dog park with friends and their dog as they lived out here and we were visiting them. Being dog lovers we had to visit here OF COURSE 😊This place is huge and as a converted warehouse, it’s great to see what they have done with the space. Astro turfed it all inside, added an indoor doggy pool #LOVE, personal dog boarding villas and a surrounding external area (fenced and totally secured) for pets to run around and exercise. More import sky the staff are super friendly, attentive to all pet residents and loving with them too. Fully English speaking throughout.A must if you require a dog park to walk around or pet boarding

I cannot say enough great things about My Second Home. Whether it is for daycare or the dog park, my dog absolutely loves going there and so do I! The staff is so professional and kind to the dogs and the facilities are like no other in Dubai. Wouldnt dream of sending my dog anywhere else!

It’s a spacious area for dogs to run and play. Daycare is good for short hourly stays. Boarding facilities look good. It is pricey. My only concern is that I don’t agree small dogs are safe in the play area with larger dogs, especially when the smaller dogs could look like pray or snap back and get attacked even fatally. The play area isn’t manned by the staff and it’s up to the owner to protect or jump in to break up dog fights if it happens. There is no vet in house. As a small dog owner I do not recommend the open play area unless its empty of larger dogs. It would be prudent to separate larger dogs from smaller in the open play area. Which I will be following going forward and using the side smaller area for my pup. Although I was told by the trainer to leave the pup and let it be chased by 4 larger dogs so he could “find his ground “. I don’t agree. And it’s just my personal choice. I feel that I could see potential fatal attacks even though the larger dogs are deemed “safe”. As a small dog owner I feel it’s always better to be safe than sorry. Staff are friendly and helpful. But really I feel this is a BIG DOG centric place. Small dog owners be warned.

My boy Butch loves coming to mysecondhome for both daycare and playtime in the park. The managers are very attentive to the dogs aswell as the humans who bring their furry friends to make sure play happens in a safe and controlled way. Ive witnessed where a dog didnt behave as expected in a dog park environment and management dealt with the situation very proffesionaly.With Sean and his team there making sure the park is safe for everyone I feel very comfortable bringing my bulldog to the park.

Amazing place filled with dog and cat lovers the trainers and the people there are so helpful and you know theyre totally dedicated to their job the kennels are good and they give you access to a camera allowing you to see your dog while theyre in their room which is a nice feature. Overall this place has an amazing ambience and the staff are friendly. You can tell the dogs are happy there.

On a Saturday afternoon, we called My Second Home to make sure the park is open until 8pm, which was confirmed to us by phone, only to be told once we arrived there that there is an ongoing private obedience class and only the dogs taking this training are allowed in the park. We were offered to let our dog play alone in the small dogs area but our dog is a medium size and is super energetic. We are not annoyed at the fact that there was an obedience class but at the fact that we actually called the place to make sure the park is open and were told it was. Our dog really loves the park there. We live 30min away so we just wasted 1 hour of our time because of this unpleasant experience...

My two babies are on a long term stay with the team at MSH. They struggled for the first day or two and had to be hand fed :(. The team managed them beautifully and made them feel right at home. They are loving their time, made new friends, are busy all day, get to swim daily and are generally having the time of their lives. I cant thank the team, Sean Sue, handlers, reception enough.. You have been a saviour for aAngel, Saint and I... Thank you...

The day care is perfect for your loved ones to just run around and play while your busy at work. The indoor park is also big and everyone is so friendly.The first visit was pleasant as they showed us around and explained everything in details. They are always open to your questions and will give you comfort if you have any concerns.The services they provide is everything you can ask for without having to move from one place to another. Their transportation service has got to be the reason I chose My Second Home. Duke loves going to day care and gets excited every time the bus pulls up to pick him up.While Duke is in day care, I can request for grooming and even buying treats/toys is made easy as they can send it with Duke when he gets dropped off. And online payment is available which is convenient.Would highly recommend!

My dog goes to daycare there and boarding whenever I travel. The staff is great, they are so caring and attentive - my dog is always super excited to be there. The facilities are fantastic, lots of space for the dogs to run around and really clean. There isnt a time when I was there when someone wasnt meticulously cleaning the different areas of the dog park. Highly recommend them!

Cant begin to describe how amazing this place is! I was blown away when I walked in!!When i first arrived I was greeted by everyone, my pups got an assessment & were placed in the doggy daycare for 3-4 hours to make sure they werent aggressive. During that, i was given a tour of the facility and was AMAZED!The People working are so nice and professional. Trainers have a lot of experience and dont use abusive methods to train.Dog park is big and CLEAN- NO smell whatsoever!! every dog is spayed/neutured & assessed before being allowed to enter the park so the place is VERY safe for you dogs!!

I recently brought my dog in for an assessment, the staff are friendly, welcoming and have a true love for animals. More importantly they understand them. Brilliant place to take your dog if you want a friendly environment to socialize them and let them play.

Really fun place for my dear Frida to run around and play with friends. Very large space for big and small dogs, including puppy spa treatments. They have lots of goodies to choose from too and the customers are generally friendly. I do however feel there was no engagement by staff to play with the dogs, I’d love to see some enthusiasm!

We take our dogs, meet up with my daughter and her pup, have a coffee and catch up. Great weather, can sit inside or out. Very clean and friendly please

My pups go once a week for day care including pick up and drop off service. They love it. The indoor park is amazing especially during the warmer months.The staff are friendly and caring, the facilities clean and most importantly my pups always want to go back. We love the place.

Weve only used the doggy park since being a member, no boarding or daycare as yet.My 2.5 yr old Maltese loves this place! It really helped open up and grow her personality even more. The 2 pools and the open running space really lets the doggies stetch their legs. However, doggy parents HAVE to supervise their own, as little scuffles are bound to happen, and there arent enough staff presence to handle it all, which can be a bit frustrating at times. But this place still gets my 5 happy votes.

Great facility for dog owners giving your canine companion the opportunity to run around with an extended pack of pals. Air conditioning helps keep the climate and aroma reasonable. Doggy swimming facilities are good as is the seemingly endless supply of tennis balls. Offering a range of boarding opportunitues, dog grooming and segregated areas for smaller bite sized dogs, our faithful Westie/schnauser cross loves it. Now has an area where under 14s can play with their pets which has delighted our daughter. Also takes cats for boarding, but we dont hold that against them. Highly recommended.

Can not fault them at all. Sean and Kerry are simply the nicest people you will ever meet. Shaleen is a super star and the reception team are just the best examples of customer service in uae. The owners are there daily but seem to let their staff get on with their jobs. The staff are clearly happy and empowered to make decisions on their own which is a huge relief to the customer as you get instant answers and results. They go above and beyond and the animals clearly come first...... I dont have a place to compare them too but Im not looking either. Very happy customer.

My Second Home has been great to me and my dog, Falafel. I live in an apartment. It is really nice that Falafel gets to go there on the weekends and roam around and socialize with other dogs. Shaun (the manager) and Kerry (the trainer) are wonderful, wonderful people. Kerry helped me adjust when I was having problems post adopting Falafel. I paid 20,000 aed upfront for their membership and had to leave the country less than a month later for a family emergency. They were SO thoughtful and helped refund my money until I figured out my next move. I know people say it is pricey, but it is a wonderful place with loving people who truly care about our fur babies.

Simply fantastic! After wasting a lot of time and money with the other pet centers in Dubai, we are happy to have found a true second home for our Frenchie. Everyone we encountered the past 18 months from the guys who collect Bella every week to Sean the owner, have a true passion for pets. All their services are top notch: daycare, collection/drop off, grooming, overnight stays, day park etc. we highly recommend.

I still didnt bring my dog and most probably will not use their wonderful facilities. Dont like the way they treated me on the phone. Called them two times and the lady who answered the phone was not welcoming, unfortunately this attitude doesnt do any good when you work with customers and the customer service is your priority which in this case I am not sure. I have been informed in a very cold way for their polices and on my question do they have availability for boarding , the answer was I have to be a member which I already knew. I received more negative answered than positive to make my mind they are the right place for my dog. And this is the second time I called them. I felt like they are some special place not for an average person like me. Sorry, train your staff to be helpful and make the customer feels special not to treat them like they dont matter for them. Friendliness goes a long way.

Worlds largest indoor dog park, great place to take your dog and get them socialising with other dogs. Dogs need to be registered prior to going, as well as, all government paper work / vacinations should be done. They will also need to be sprayed.It can be slightly costly however its great customer service and they really dog taje care of the dogs / park.

Good place to leave your pets while going on vacation or maybe going on ur day job.safe and secure place for your pets , separate rooms available on customer request with 24hr survelance camera ,pets such as dogs and cats are taken . pets get a huge play area as well as big swimming pool.

Nice place to bring your dog. To be able to go, you need to pay an annual fee to become a member and after that they charge you 50 dirhams per visit per dog. First visit is free.

Very large, with a vast variety of facilities! Well staffed, who seem quite accustomed to various temperaments and needs of each canine friend. Pleased to trust them with my furbaby!

Unknowledgeable trainers, they would love to show their european standards of training however, they are far from that.

Our cat was traumatized when we left her here for boarding. She was given back to us in a state that was shocking. There were only excuses being made when we called to enquire. I am not sure of how they treat the pets while they are being picked up or dropped off to/from home.I am so bitterly disappointed with their service that I would never ever come back here again and I hope no one has to go through this traumatic experience ever.

This is a rip-off commercial business only interested in milking money from customers (extortion). You have to pay 525 Dhs as a “registration” before starting to pay for any daycare services.The worst part is that they do not inform you about this 525 Dhs registration fee at the beginning, instead they ask you to come all the way to DIP for an assestment 260 Dhs then after wasting your time driving to DIP and paying for the assestment then you will discover that a registration fee is required before starting to pay for daycare.
