We added to our family an English Cocker Spaniel last April. We are extremely happy that we bought from Pet Habitat. Beautiful pedigree Cocker. He is 8 months old and has given us so much hapiness. We have also met his brothers and sisters from the same litter. All have found fantastic families We now have regular play dates. Highly recommended.

Disappointed to know that Glendy Joy is no longer working with you. She was very skilled and exceptionally gentle with my dogs - specially with my little Coton who she groomed regularly since I got the little one from your store in December 18. Having known her for two years I rated her very highly and was surprised to read your post.

Just by reading the reviews I got really impressed and have been wanting to see if you had any available Dobermans or Jack Russell for sale? Or any athletic dog breed in general,And if so,What are the prices and ages?

The person trimming the dog, doesnt have experience with small dogs tat are fiesty.The need more experienced ppl to trim their customers dogs.

We always take our cat here for grooming. She is a long-haired, very fluffy cat. These are really great groomers who have a good way with the animals. Today we sent our cat in and after an hour and a half she came out quite happy with short hair - it is all very even, not clumpy, expertly done. Glendy did an amazing job and we are all much happier with less shedding and less cleaning and hairballs for our cat. She looks amazing and smells fab.

Got my dog groomed here and its been suffering and scared. It does not bark or anything from fear. Avoid this place.

The team that grooms the cats is just amazing! They are very gentle with the fur babies and put the cats well-being first. We used to take our cats for grooming to the vet and they always insisted on sedating the cats, but not with this team. Highly recommended!

Hey I just wanna ask if you guys have the lighting for a chameleon I need a uvb light and a basking light

I was really impressed by their website, but unfortunately once I emailed them 3 times ( and called) I got a reply claiming they had replied 3 times. Email was curt and really was all about the money. Never got a response from my 2 replies. Very disappointing. We have been able to get our puppy from someone else, who was responsive, and is guiding us through this very important and life changing journey. Costumer service is everything, not just a good website. Something for this company to bear in mind.

Got a bad experience with dog trimming, their staff doesnt know how to do it as how I want it.

Hello i was reading the reviews and so impressed, this is actually the first non scam or horrible company i have actually found. There was even a company wich beat there dogs and bred them from puppy mills and i ALMOST bought from them. this has brought me so much joy knowing i cant give up the search for a puppy just yet.

A big supporter of adopting dogs, but if you ever fall in love with a dog in a pet shop... this is the ONLY place in Dubai to find. Here’s why:1. They support adoptions as well!2. The staff is obviously caring, knowledgeable and loving towards the animals.3. Ethically sourced. Comfortable conditions within the facility. Not overcrowded or worrisome at all.4. We adopted through them, and as we know, puppy-mill dogs usually end up having behavioural issue later on in life (could be from being taken away from mother’s side too soon). Our doggo is the sweetest! We like to believe their staff has a lot to do with this too.5. The owners are very caring. I’ve had the pleasure of chatting with, and they really want to get down to details when any concerns arise concerning the pets.

One of the best pet stores in Dubai. It is the only pet store where they know how to groom poodles. Unfortunately, our favorite groomer whom our dogs love and wish he would come back 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I visited their shop today and I was so impressed how clean and organize the place is.Their staffs are very attentive, accommodating and knowledgable about all the animals they are selling. If you are looking for pets or accessories for your pets check this shop out.

I didn’t go to this place but heard it was good and might go to it soon for a dog or puppy and was wondering How much a dog can price up to (I love dogs and wanna know how much one costs because while I’d Be willing to buy a dog for a high price there’s always a limit and I was also thinking about adopting instead but I still wanna give a good pet store a chance)

I have never been to pets habitat but this shop has many nice reviews do you have any small puppies that grow in to big dog like a retriever or a Labrador etc

Bought our little puppy from Pets Habitat. Impressed with all the background details about the breeder and puppies. A very different place, highly recommended.

Over the past 4 years I bought many pets from this place, mainly cats and dogs. most ended up dying at early age and suffered chronic health problem. It is said that the shop brings in pets from eastern European countries, where there are no health standard for breeding pets.

Exceptional pet shop, clean, pets are happy and looked after, and most notably all information about puppy’s breeder is present with nothing left in the dark (not like other pet shops)

Disgusting place. If you treated my dog like i saw this place treating a dog i would hurt you the same. DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE IF YOU CARE FOR IT . I truly hope there are better places who care in Dubai. Heart breaking . I didnt get my dog groomed there I went in to check. I told the groomer to stop hurting the dog , I was told to get out of the store....oh and i have it on video thanks.....I know what store i was in

We got our healthy and happy puppy from here. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and take a genuine interest in the welfare of the animals.

Seems to be the only pet shop in Dubai with genuine good healthy puppies from proper breeders. Very happy with our puppy we got from Pets Habitat & their services

I dont think pets habitat is a good place to adopt pets because when you come in nothing is organized every pet is inside a cage which provides small space and all the dogs were barking which is really sad to see and hear. Also the prices are extremely high!!
