Many thanks to the great team of Petzania who has taken care with much love and attention of our dog for over five weeks this summer. They sent us regularly videos and pictures to show us how happy our dog was and we have found him in great shape and relaxed. I can only highly recommend the team to all other dog owners here in Dubai 💕

Excellent place for small dogs to play and socialize as they are looked after really well . My dogs start wagging there tails as we are walking towards the facility 😃 There groomer is excellent too!

Grooming is excellent and they have good daycare/boarding facility for small breeds. Have a very shy toy poodle and they took good care of him.

This is going to be a long post due to the highest level of service and commitment I received from the staff. Petzania deserves nothing less than 5 stars :D :D :D.Last week I was faced with the dilemma of leaving my pooch for the first time alone for 2 nights as I had to travel for work to another emirate. After tirelessly searching through good boarding places in Dubai, I came across Petzania. Right from the very beginning the staff was very helpful throughout the process explained me in detail about their location, timings, boarding facility and the requirements. They patiently answered all my questions and frankly it was a very loooong list.The experience itself was very flawless and I received regular updates of my baby playing throughout the day. He made some really good friends and I could focus on my job with complete peace of mind. I cannot Thank you guys enough.

Terrible experience after having used this groomers several times. Requested the management to contact me regarding the issue and never heard from them which left me with no choice but to now leave an honest review.My cats whiskers were cut during her visit and she was returned to me with one of her nipples bleeding. At the point of collection I had only noticed the whiskers (they didn’t inform me of their mistake) and they also didn’t tell me about cutting her nipple either. All I received was an “I’m sorry” after paying the full amount. Horrific, won’t be returning.*** update ***Management contacted me after seeing this review, apologised and offered a refund.

My Maltese grooming is always perfect after every visit to Petzania. The staff has great attention to details and the blow dry is on point. Probably better than even Human Salons here in UAE LOL.Rex is a shy dog and was never comfortable on the Grooming table but since we started visiting Petzania, he loves his grooming sessions and I have never seen him this calm during groomings. They have a great indoor park as well specifically for small breeds and we are regulars there. The prices are extremely affordable for both daycare and grooming packages with highest service levels.

A fun place. My dog has had a few holidays here now. I can’t express how thankful we are knowing that our pet is so well looked after while we are away. Thanks all, you are amazing

Been using petzania for the past year with no issues at all. My cat has the full grooming package with extra teeth cleaning. This time we experienced a little problem however Management  addressed my concerns and resolved the issue. Will use again.

I have been taking my cats for grooming in Dubai for the past 5 years and tried quite a few grooming places. Must say that Petzania by far is the best Pet grooming store in UAE. The groomers are really patient with the Pets, the environment is hospitable and the store is spacious. keep it up guys.

I got a Maltese from them & he was basically a sick puppy. They fed him ADULT PEDIGREE FOOD instead of puppy food. He was just 42 days old when they showered him FOR THE THIRD TIME. My puppy had an allergic reaction for 14 hours in the night because of the food they fed him prior to that & recommended me to feed him the same (since i was new to the whole thing), I was clueless what was the right food for him. They may be really good for GROOMING & DAYCARE, but never rely on them for bringing any pets home. I feel like I rescued my puppy from them, I shouldve actually reported them or had them pay for the vet visits I had to make because of them. So just a heads up for anyone looking to take a pet back home, DO NOT rely on Petzania or fall for the sweet talks of the owner. For them its just business, they dont care about the health of new borns :)

Petzania has been a wonderful experience for us! We had given our dog for 2 weeks of boarding and they took amazing care of him and he was very happy. We were given constant updates in the form of messages, pictures and videos. We’ve also gone to them for grooming multiple times and each time it was more than satisfactory. Our dog really enjoys the grooming experience and the environment of petzania. After trying many different places we finally found the best one!

The grooming service was great, they were very gentle and soft with my cat. They sanitized and sterilized all equipment before and after grooming my kitty.

Very happy to have visited this place. Have personally seen the quality care given to pets. Very engaging staff. Well maintained and hygienic as most pet stores I have been to are congested and not so well maintained. This place clearly gets 5 stars for the open space for pets and cleanliness standards they try to maintain.

My Reggie was looked after like a king .having a shave was tough for my hairy boy but the staff made him calm and had no issue making sure he was a happy boy .soooo happy with the service. They also have a lovely day care centre. 24 guard for those who leave their pets and if you go on holiday they are there to keep the babies happy. Such an impressive place.

Really patient staff, and friendly owner, too! The staff were professional, nice and made sure my old kitty was calm and didn’t mind me sitting there helicopter-parenting making sure she wasn’t too stressed. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this place. Even when the other animals’ owners weren’t around, the animals were still attended to with love. Def coming back!

Absolutely in love with this place! They use top quality products for grooming and their pet park is gorgeous. I especially loved the paw massage, a very nice touch for your pet to feel like a king/queen 😊 Cant wait to try more of their services!

I use their Daycare services on daily basis for my dog Zorro. Never been this peaceful at work. Extremely Professional, helpful and patient Staff. They share regular photo and video updates of Zorro to keep me in the loop throughout the day.

Mimi and Gigi went boarding 5 nights last week , they were taken care of really well. Got pictures and videos sent to me everyday, best part was they were not locked up in a small space the whole day, reasonably priced too

My cat had a ringworm exactly 25 days after her grooming (as my vet advised, this is the period of time that it takes to show the symptoms). I also waited 30 minutes, as they were finishing off with another cat. So I’m guessing they were in a hurry and didn’t adequately sterilize the equipment. I was happy with the service at the time, now I just regret it. Save yourself the vet bills and just go to a certified, reputable facility for grooming.

Really lovely groomers -- super patient and confident and my puppy was very well looked after and cared for. I am a regular customer and always book with them.

I left my dog named Mario for boarding with Petzania for 1 week. The staff was really caring and sent me regular updates. Thank you Petzania for making his stay wonderful.

Petzania has been a treat for our Maltese dog and he has never been so excited to play in a daycare. As me and my husband both work the flexible timings and easy drop off and pick up makes it much easier for both of us to manage the week. Their staff is well trained and extremely welcoming and their web chat keeps us connected throughout the day with any updates we need. Oh and they have amazing groomers which are hard to find in dubai. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

They were punctual with timings even though it was very crowded and my dogs grooming was on point. The man at the reception even offered me tea or coffee while i was waiting , never happend before at another grooming place. Great to see the service , keep it up!

I called them to book the basic grooming for my dog and who ever picked up my call hung up the call on my face as I was trying to understand what this person was saying to me. This is unacceptable coming from someone that works with customer service and by the way when they asnwer the phone they are not professional at all.I spoke afterwards with the owner of the shop who was very kind, polite and apologetic about what happened. His service recovery was good and promised that this wouldnt happen again.

Petzania is THE place for your fur babies!! I don’t think I can ever trust another place! My dogs had an absolute blast!!! Often one worries who they are leaving their pets with! But at Petzania you and your furbaby are welcomed like family! Its safe and clean and they make sure that your pet is fed and taken care off! Recommending this to EVERYONE!!!!
