Had my maltese groomed 4 times here (every 2 months). Extremely professional. They will pick up your pet and drop them off right at your doorsteps. They are also flexible with pick up or drop off time. Accommodating with haircut request and they will inform you if they found something unusual with your pet.They also have separate play pen for small dogs which is nice. Recommended 👍🏻

Avoid this place for grooming. They tie the dogs on a short choke chain and do not handle properly. The groomer carried my 25kg dog from the stomach instead of behind the rear legs. I’ve had my dog for 2 years and never seen him so scared with his tail in between his legs, it was the first time i saw that after they showered him.On a positive note, the Philipina saleswoman is passionate and knows how to please customers so i would recommend buying products from there but DO NOT use their grooming service.

I loved my experience.I had my dog groomed and I was happy with the outcome. Cial was knowledgeable about the products and services that they provide. She was also very polite and patient with me as I constantly asked for updates. 5/5 would recommend and I will definitely be back soon.

I have been sending both my cats here for a while and I absolutely love it ! They pick up my two boys, send pictures/videos of them getting groomed and then they are safely sent back home🥰. They come back smelling so good !!

Good shop for pet related services

I’ve just witnessed one of the dogs vomit in the same enclosed area as 3 other dogs. One of the attendees watched this happen and cleaned it up with a mop. No measures were taken to move the sick dog away from the others.

I do not recommend, they leave the poor dogs in boarding with no water in a big crate. I spoke with them about at least putting a bed, water etc.. They just laughed and ignored me. No animal rights in this shop.. Only care about making money. PLEASE do not leave your dog, theyll leave them all day in a crate without giving them access to water. The poor dogs are on the floor all day with no bed.. I just saw a poor dog there and they put her in the smallest crate because the big one was occupied by a male dog. However the poor girl dog has to stay there for 7 days.. :( They dont play with the animals at all...

My puppy just finished her first grooming session at Petlove and it went so well way more than I expected. From the friendly and professional pet taxi driver, the groomer Ramon who was very gentle and made the experience enjoyable that my puppy actually had fun. Cial who is very efficient and provided superb service. Their store also have a good selection of pet essentials and their staff are all super helpful. I felt that they genuinely do care about their customers.

This is the best service i’ve ever had living in dubai my whole life. they really care about your dog, offer you complimentary pick up and drop off and update you the whole time your dog is with them. the staff are so nice, so unbelievably professional and super caring towards you and your dogs. i have a fussy dog so they were extra attentive and even sent me some free ointment because he has sensitive skin. LOVE this place and highly recommend it for all dog owners!!

Ive visited and shopped at 20+ petshops in my short time (so far) as a kitten parent and the staff at Petlove (specifically Cial (hope I spelled that right)) are absolutely leagues ahead of any other petshops in Dubai. Cial helped us pick out the best food and toys for our kitten that was budget conscious and good, backed with facts and reasons behind her recommendations. So far not one store actually sounded confident about what they were recommending and always tried to increase the bill but Cial put the customer and the health of our kitten first and just that is extremely rare in Dubai! She also gave us tons of advice on how to take care of our little rescue kitten! Plus theres a 20% discount because we have the treats card :D (Regardless well be sticking to this store from now on even without the discount and even though we have to drive all the way from JVC).

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in Dubai. On the website is mentioned that they deliver the same day, however later they are saying that it can take few days. I was trying to contact them for few days by phone, by WhatsApp-I got promises that they will come back to me, that they will call back within 5-10 minutes, etc-nobody bothered themselves to do so. All my WhatsApp messages and called were clearly ignored.If you ever want to order something-you better don’t! Go to visit any other pet stores but not this.

My wife Sophie and I have sent our dog, Niko, to Pet Love three times now for grooming, and we are *extremely* satisfied with the exceptional quality of Cials customer service. She provides regular updates to my wife whenever requested and is incredibly cordial in all interactions in person and over the phone.We would also like to commend the groomers who work on Niko. We can see from the videos sent to us that hes calm throughout and we can tell that it was not a traumatic experience for him as hes always back to his normal self immediately after returning home (this was not always the case after visits to other groomers).We look forward to dealing with Cial and your talented groomers in the future.

The old staff member was good now they have new staff and they are very aggressive with cats and dogs. I would advise you find somewhere else really, they just did not care.Mixed cats with dogs, dog is barking at cat scaring them. Really poor bordering in animal abuse.They changed the staff and now it more like Pet Hate not Pet Love

Good service but the woman over the phone told me they had a service which when I got there they told me they didnt offer that service (claw caps for cats). I wouldnt have gone there as its far from my place but they were the only ones who said they offer that service. On another note, I now know not to apply claw caps on cats.

I took my two Shihtzu’s for grooming and they did a great job. Very nice friendly and clean place and the guys paid attention to understand what i wanted done. I will probably use the free pick up and return service next time but it’s nice to visit shop too as they have a nice range of pet items I’ve not seen before.

A horrible and stressful experience to hear my beloved dog screaming with fear in the grooming room. On entry he had been attached to a short choker while the groomer was man handling him with a towel. Our dog could hardly breath and was trembling with fear. Cruel and totally unprofessional people. An experience not recommended as there is no duty of care for our animals.

DO NOT take your pet to this butchers .Their unprofessional behavior and greediness has no limits.my dog is very sick and has deppression. they hurt his eggs after shaving and now his eggs r bleeding ,my doctor told me that it was an infection from the shop ,they r not clean at all and the guy who take care of animals has no mercy and never kind to the animals ,dont go if u dont want to lose ur pet . .Thank you pet love for making my dog suffer!

Went for grooming my cat using a voucher from Groupon, but seems that the groomer is new to the job and doesnt like it! , worse ever... he doesnt wash the pet suffeciently , within 10 minutes he said my cat is finished and ready to go?!!, I had to ask his supervisor to wash the cat again because It looked as if he sprinkled some water after rubbing the cat with few drops of shampoo. Let alone his shaving was the worst ever ever.... dont waste your money going there, pay 10 AED extra and go to a professional grooming place.
