Took my Persian cat for a haircut. The Groomer (Prasad ) was very polite to my cat and caring and professional, the cat did not feel a single thing and was so calmed under his care. Will definitely come again!

Iv been sending my dog every Monday and spend every week an amount of 200 DH then suddenly my dog gets sick from tooth brush the next time he starts itching when I taken him to the vet I found out he had RING WARM !! Since he only goes to AFRO pets every Monday where els did he get it!! I have MS and I got it by not knowing my dog was sick very very bad service and yet the did not apologize nor even care being there regularly customer! Ur in Mirdiff shame on you

Quick and clean

I had my Indian Ring neck parrot of 6 months groomed by Afro Pets. Truly, they are pawsome groomers. The held my parrot delicately and carefully trimmed his nails. He was anxious but was later playful.wirh the groomers.I would recommend Afro pets for your loved little ones too.I had a view of the van used for mobile grooming. It was clean and neat with no stench or residue of previous grooming. There is a cctv to observe the grooming process. There is adequate facility for washing pets too. My pawsome groomers are Prasad and Juvinyl ,patient considerate and playful with the pets.Wish you more clients and I am surely getting you groom my birdie next time.Afro pets have in-house grooming and pet supplies where I have bought pet supplies. Prices are reasonable and quality is good.

Good groomer but not the best, not a huge selection of food but major labels are available. many toys available as well.

They hurt my cat, the groomer cut the nails until they bleed! I wonder if they cut their own nails until bleeding! Awful experience!

Our cat Shadow loves to be groomed here. So we always come back to Africano....they have a good varitey of pet food and accessories. The grooming team is also very good.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Nice, cheerful staff but thats about as good as it gets. Put my 3 dogs in for full groom and they look awful. Looks like they set the clippers at No.1 and just ran it all over them. No shape or style at all. Could have done this myself at home and they would still look better. If you love your pets dont take them here.

Literally they lack for professionalism, i went there after i booked my appointment to groom my cat , and after i reached there the groomer thought that my cat could be very aggressive and he needs a help from another person to do his job, so manager suggested that an injection to be given to my cat in case he was aggressive,i have been grooming my cat for two years any no shop in dubai asked me or stated my cat is aggressive and i know he is not , but if Africano shop doesn’t have professional employees to handle grooming and deal with cats then they should ask clients before taking appointments , you can’t just bring people to the shop and tell them we will try to groom your car , thats very unprofessional behavior

Good grooming service, but always busy need to book ahead of time and dont forget your pets vaccine book its a requirement by the shop
