STAY AWAY‼ ❌⛔⛔⛔Their groomers have no knowledge or experience. Noone would cut cat whiskers or cut nails too close to the paws and also injured the poor cat in the process. Many pets got injured, infected, and traumatised. See for yourself in the reviews. They now disabled their FB & IG comments. You dont want to risk your loved ones lives and wellbeing. Dont fall for their social media channels.

Hi, this is going to be my very honest review. I do t out people to shame but this company has given me all the right reasons to do thisMy booking was at 6pm. They messaged me in the say to ask if they can come at 5:30 as the previous appointment was gona finish sooner. Goven I’m normallyHome by 6 I rushed home to make sure I’m here for 5:30. 6pm and no one showed up.I messaged to ask and they said they are filling gas. 6:19 I messaged again still no one here, they said the previous pet was aggressive and they need an extra 15mins.I had a work meeting scheduled at 6:30.I cancelled the appojntment and she asked me if I wanted to rescheduled and said apologies ma’am.This is all I got after i planned this according to my work week.I will not use ur services again.Thank you but your staff needs professional training and better communication methods with your customers.

Jett was super nice with my dog. Very professional. He delivered exactly what I wanted. I simply showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted for my dog and he delivered exactly the same. He went the extra mile and he was very patient as it was my dog’s first haircut and he was a bit nervous (my dog was nervous not Jett 😅).He’s highly recommended!Thank you Jett for taking such a good care of my dog!
