The guys here offer perfect hospitality, no complaints. Only thing is that you have to book an appointment at least a week prior. Management should perhaps look into having more resources and area for grooming more than 1 pet at a time!

We make it a point to always give our dogs for grooming at precious paws Oud Metha, but after our set of recent experiences, we will be finding a new groomer, our dogs have caught RING WORMS, a very infectious and painful infection from being groomed at this institution. More over, there have been a lot of incidents where hair has been pulled out crudely by the misuse of razors, causing rashes, bleeding and scars.overall, no I would not recommend this institution unless and until they get their hygiene standards up to date.

Great service. The only groomers I trust with my pets. I have used the mobile grooming service 3 times and each time it’s been great. I’ve dealt with Elpie 3 times now and he is fantastic; very polite and gentle with all of my pets. Really recommend them to anyone.

What a lovely place for pets. Bought some treats and fun toys too! The owners and staff are super friendly and they absolutely love every pet that comes in. Usually pets are scared of grooming but at Precious Paws, all of the pets looked happy and at ease, during and after grooming, mine wouldnt stop wagging his tail and liking the staff.Their day care services are outstanding and at the new branch in Business Bay, the play room/ day care room is a novelty! Not the best place - my dog used to be scared and often had ear infection after a full groom - not once or twice but oftenI would suggest training the groomers to be professional and avoid getting water in other dogs ears :/Every dog is different

I had taken my mini poodle today for full grooming, apparently the way they treat the pets is so unkind. My pet was whimpering and scared during the entire service. The so called professional groomer - Marco (guy with long hair) expects the pet to remain stable like we humans sit on the chair in a salon. This shows lack of maturity from the so called professional groomer. The worst thing is they didn’t even accept their mistake and showed us the sign that dissatisfaction from a customer doesn’t really matter to them. Also, my pet has got cuts on his skin which has resulted in blood marks. Totally not a recommended place for pet grooming.

Been dealing with them for years, i trust them with my dog so far, as i haven’t seen anything inconvenient from their end, staff are pet lovers and they put in mind that these pets are other people’s families, which is comforting, however, if only the prices would go lower as i am not able to send my dog to them much often for this reason, even their loyalty card, doesnt help with my budget..Its a great place with great service, only if discounts were made for regular customers so i can take my dog to visit them more 🙂

We visited the place today with our 8 months old puppy. He had a wonderful time having his grooming done. The place is very clean nest and tidy. The staff are friendly. The owner of the shop was always there to ensure to make us sure, all was ok as it was the first time we had a puppy and getting his grooming done

They have a good variety of stuff in stock. They also have a pet spa. When I visited the store, a couple of dogs were running around and playing as their grooming was done and they were waiting for their parents to pick them up. Staff is very nice n cheerful and were playing with the dogs too. If it was some other place, the pets wouldve been locked in the cage until the parents arrived. 4 stars cuz I never found any promotion here or may b it wasnt conveyed. However, I am a repeat customer for them. Thanks

Good staff and clean premises. The only reason Im giving a 3 and not a 4 is cos the grooming professional cut WAY TOO much hair off of my long haired cat. She is feeling really insecure about it too!! This is really irritating as I relied on his judgement. I asked him several times and he said he understood that it was not to be too short!!! I dont think I will get her cut here again.

Trimer push my cat down , he grab her very badly , they said because my cat is aggressive , Who will stay quiet if 2 guys push you down grab your body even for human ? Trimer asked me stay outside . my cat was screaming . they said its normal . she came back spa. her back I found feet nail came off she was bit bleeding . trimer put hemostatic agent (it was yellow color ) He didnt tell me anything whenI leave spa . She only sleeping first day . I asked them Id like to talk to manager . unfortunately I couldnt reach him . now she lost nail , she can walk but she can not her foot up . I will take her to hospital . They treat your pet badly . I dont want to blame them , even I complain them they just said excuse but I dont want to another pet have same experience .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! with my own eyes Ive seen these groomers treating the pets terribly- tugging, pulling hair, shoving them, pulling their hair from the ears, shoving them. THEY ARE ALL SHOVERISH IN FEAR! Its shocking, we leave our pets with u with trust! This place needs to b SHUT DOWN

My dog had skin infection after the spa treatment and also hurts inside his ear . VERY Disappointed with the treatment meted out to my dog .....pathetic place with no care for the dog .....my recommendation is find some other place if you love ur pet. They also clipped his nails extra and he bled from both his paws ....

Expensive place but grooming for my cat done by Marcos was the one thing I used to go there. stopped going because last grooming was done by Ben and he was so harsh with the cat that it is terrified to enter the cage since then.

It supposed to be a spa where my cat can relax and be spoiled but it was a nightmare.My cat was latterly turtued when they put a mask on it s face because they were afraid that my cat May bite them.My cat was so scared and started to scream and tried to scratch and attack the staff which is so normal and natural . I took him out without finishing the hair cut because I could not see him treated in that way, it was so hard for me to see my pet who is my baby suffering and trying to survive.You are not proffisional enough to deal with petsI do not recommend your spa and this is my first and last experience with you guys.

What spoiled the visit was that we were asked to take our cat inside the grooming area despite another cat being in the washing section of the same room. This cat was screeching in distress. Thankfully, our cat is hearing impaired, so he was oblivious to the other cat whilst getting his hair clippered. But imagine the trauma if he could hear? I will never again take my cat back there for the staff lack empathy for the animals.
