Great. My 2 cats goes over there for check up since day 1

Very happy! Besides clean environment, the entire team is very friendly and helpful. Being a pet parent of four, i have frequent vet visits, and have been visiting them since their opening. From vaccinations to issues, they have seen it all with my babies. When my senior puppy had a surgery, it was heartwarming to see the whole team around her table - caring, patting, comforting when she got conscious and everyday follow ups until she had completely recovered. Good job and keep it up!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They called us back the next day (Friday) to check on our cats health after she got her annual vaccines. We were impressed by this.

Vets can be VERY commercial without really putting the health of pets first.Well, this one is the complete opposite.Dr. Maie specifically, saved my puppy from death by being connected 24/7 and advising on treatment that doesn’t break the bank.Very recommended!

The woman vet who helped us was so caring you can see they have a genuine care for our babies. At one point they all were so happy and joyful when an animal woke up after surgery. While waiting for my kittens blood test I saw the vet just sitting down with the pets to see if they okay. They remember your pets name and really give you all the information you need to make you feel confident in taking care of your pet. I highly recommend them and you will definitely see me for my follow up thank you so much for showing Umbreon all the love and care he needs.

The worst experience ..the doctor are unprofessional and doesnt know how to treat just want to lot money from people..I want to tell you guy please dont go to this clinic...i have taken my baby parrot to this clinic..as he was unwell. the doctor just seen n told to feed him and didnt even given any treatment as he was week not even they feed him there.. and take the charge of 260 AED for consultation ..as i brought home he went more weaker and died,,, The doctor should be go and take training first. Rather than checking the pets..Pet lover i am filling a online petition. Please everyone support ..

Skip this vet. Go to DKC vets. This is one of those vets when you go in and know exactly what is wrong with your pet but the vet pushes a bunch tests, meds, and services on your pet that it doesnt need. You may end up paying 5 times more than you should. Dr. Maie and the receptionist are running a good scam here. Wont be going back.Edit: Since writing this review I have read through several reviews and see a reuccurring theme of this vet pushing for tests not needed, making inaccurate claims in response to the feedback they are given. For example the vets claim on the phone to me that I stated my pet was lethargic (not a word I used). I said she had trouble walking. Lethargic is a word the vet used, which I see from another review, is probably a word she applies to many of the animals that come into her clinic to justify the additional needless tests.

First visit to this clinic as my dog had an infection. Front staff and vet assistant were friendly and pleasant, clinic was clean. The doctor (wearing a mask under her nose, very inappropriate) on the other hand was not interested at all in what I had to say and without listening much told me she needed to run all these tests. As this is a recurring issue with my dog I already knew the problem, but as she would not provide medication without, I agreed to only some tests as not all were necessary (hello full medical checkup when she told me the dog looked great and healthy 2 minutes before...). I was given cheap medication which did not work for an extra high price + told they absolutely needed to be taken with probiotics which were extremely expensive for nothing. Ended up needing to see another vet a few days later which cost 1/4 less than what they charged me and solved the issue.

I would like to thank the staff and in specific Dr. Maei for being such a professional and caring team. This is one of the best vet clinic which is not seeking financial profit but the wellbeing of your pet. My jackrussel puppy was very ill and poisoned which left her with a kidney failure and had a big chance of loosing her ;( Thanks to the great support and 24/7 help of Dr. Maei and the professional and consistent followups, my puppy got well after 5 days and back to her energetic life.Thank you all.MaherTequila’s Father ✌🏻

So RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!DONT GO THERE!! They only care about MONEY!!I saw the vet once and she seemed nice, she told me that I can call to ask any questions I have.I called this morning and asked for her to call me because my puppy vomits every time he goes in the car. I suspect he has a UTI and called asking to speak to the vet to see if we can take a urine sample at home. The receptionist told me the vet would call back but instead and said I have to bring the dog in. I told her that I’d prefer to talk to the vet to explain about his motion sickness and to keep the visit for after the results are out.The receptionist said the vet wouldn’t call back. So I passed by the clinic telling them that I’d like to talk to the vet for 1 minute. They said I have to pay a CHECKUP visit fee to ask this question!!! When I explained that the doctor had told me I could ask any questions at anytime they told me to wait.I waited 50 MINUTES! They didn’t let me in saying she is busy with a patient. No other animal came out and when a new patient came they let her in not letting me ask my question.Edit after their reply: Their story is inaccurate and I will not continue to argue with an an professional clinic. It’s a lesson learnt - and anyways their reviews online are enough evidence

Good place, good staffs, doctors are polite and cooperative, they know what they are doing.Price is high for everything so always check price before you agree to do any check up or buy things 😊

The staffs are very reliable, accomodating and kind. Our cat was admitted recently, Dr. Maie and nurse Art never failed to update us with his status and really kept an eye on him and took care of him like their own. He still didnt make it and we had to let him go, but during the process of grieving, reassurance were given by all the staff. Our cat left this planet with so much love and care from the staff and even sent us flowers. We are satisfied with their service not because of our recent loss, but because they made our cat feel loved til the end of his life and much effort was given to him when he was still alive. Overall, I can say that they all have a good hearts and will definitely treat our pets as their family. We highly recommend this clinic.

This vet clinic is neat and tidy with kind people. However not so professional. They will push you for many extra unnecessary procedures so your bill end up too big. Also vet doctor wasn’t so knowledgeable. Overall experience was okey.

The place is neat and tidy. The staff is courteous and friendly. Don’t judge the book by it’s cover as they are sly and deceiving.Nonetheless, they don’t really care for your pet. It is very business centric so they try to squeeze every penny out of you for each visit with unnecessary procedures.I don’t believe they conduct the tests that they charge for. The day when I took him for the test, it tested negative for Guardia and the very next day, he started experiencing symptoms of Guardia. When I took him to this vet again, they state that the results were false negative and charged 1100 AED as treatment expenses.They try to strongly promote Neutering for a 2.5 month old puppy. I am not against Neutering but isn’t it the doc’s job to let us know the right age to Neuter it than focus on meeting their monthly sales targets ?!I clearly don’t recommend this place as I have experienced better clinics post going through this kind of mistrust.

They do not have an Avian Vet. They pretended they knew how to handle a bird but no, they will just endorse you to some other clinic. They cannot respond to emergency situation for birds. Just go to the breeder, they know better.Regarding your response below, oh! I was once your customer before you endorsed me to another Avian Vet in Amity and Yellow died. REMEMBER YELLOW DR. VET Veterinary Clinic have good and knowledgeable staff to cater to all pet needs. The staff were courteous and professional throughout.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very clear with what they were doing to my kitten. I had a slight incident when I got home and when I called they responded straight away and took action immediately. Special thanks to Dr Maie and her colleagues.

When we asked how much is the checkup tests for her ears u said 200 dhs and after discount its 100 dhs then we went to check and u kept saying we will do this test or that I have no clue what u talk about am not a doctor all what I thought its same tests for ears u never told us its different tests u never told us the cost of it till u finished why on earth u do corona test for the kitten!!!!! We took our 2 month old puppy to the center, it was clean and one the nurses that greeted us was great, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable but it all went downhill when we had to see the vet. First of all, she wasn’t wearing a mask, which last time I checked was mandatory as per the law. Second, she didn’t even look at our puppy or examine her or ask any questions before deciding that the puppy needed multiple tests, injections, boosters and vitamins and also tried to prescribe other treatments. When I asked her if there were any side affects for what she recommended, instead of answering my question, she said: “I’ve been here for 5 years and I know what I’m doing”. That’s when I decided to not allow them to touch my puppy or go with anything she said and left. We only had them clip her nails. The vet was rude and unprofessional and this behavior kept on increasing when I said we won’t do anything. Our dog is really healthy and playful and the only reason we took her in is for the vaccine and microchip. Going to the vet shouldn’t be commercial and a true vet would care about the health of the animals first. Never going again and will go to Dubai Municipality as everyone recommended us. People like her shouldn’t be doing that job!!

Oreo had become dull ,weak and was not eating. I took her to this Clinic where they did a quick blood check and diagnosed her with pancreatitis. She was treated very well there and now she is playfull as always.Thankyou Vet Veterinary Clinic for taking care of Oreo :)

Took a 2-months old kitten with diarrhea to them and I wont be coming ever.The vet started going on that the kitten can have an infection and other things without examining him.And she asked for a few tests which IMO were unnecessary....I refused to do to the tests and asked them to treat him for the time being.The bill was unbelievably high for consultation and some syrup with a cream....it wasnt even a sealed cream! (She put some in a container and gave it to me)Anyways, all I felt was they care about the money and not your pet.

I brought in my 11 year old cat for vaccinations & a check up after seeing a post about this newer clinic opening. the vet was incredibly helpful, professional, and quick. We ended up bringing our recently adopted rescue cat in to have a check up hours later because we had some health concerns about him. They did thorough and very quick (30 min) lab work in house and determined he had a fairly common infection that the cat’s previous vet did not even test for. Staff is incredibly kind with animals, knowledgeable, & helpful. Consultation for my cats first visits were free (& otherwise I believe is 99aed) and prices for labs/medication were comparable to other vets nearby.

All they care about is money,, if they check your pet weight they consider it as consultation and they charge you 200 DHS.Plus they request unnecessary examinations to charge you more money.

Worst experience ever , receptionist over charged me for everything was very non helpful and refuse to let me talk to a manager or the owner of the clinic saying they are not available , overcharged me and did unnecessary tests for my cat and used my deposit without my consent and charged me for x Ray which was not done and injections without asking me and refused to return my deposit which I asked them not to use without my consent , they charged me for 5 nights when the cat was left for 3 nights ! Please if you love your pet DO NOT USE this clinic even if it’s an emergency !
