I had to wait for 3 days to get my pets food fell for the discount but was too costly. I buy from dubaipetfood it comes within the same day if ordered in the morning if not instashop I receive it in an hours whats making you guys not even deliver in 3 days and it was an online payment. Calling the contact number is useless as no one ever pics it. It could be they are busy but seriously a really bad experience..

Ive made an order 3 days ago and still didnt receive my order. they mention on their website that it 24hours delivery within Dubai and Sharjah and its not.Seems very unprofessional and will never order again from their website.if you cant order withing mentioned time in your website then atleast inform the customer.

This company do not delivery in the advertised time. They just do not deliver at all. the products shown on the web site are not in stock. ordered 6 items and got an email saying we dont have them so we can not deliver. That was it, not alternative offered and no solution or help. Thankfully I did not pay in advance or would have the hassle of getting a refund back to. I can understand one items being unavailable but all of them is just unreliable. Thankfully I managed to find my items elsewhere at an even better price and delivered in less than 3 hours.
