Robin is the best! He is patient and our dog Coco is not scared of him at all. He is very calm with the her and helps her to feel relaxed. He listens to the client and delivers exactly what is asked, we are always pleased with the results. Highly recommend Robin ☺️

Just had the best experience here yesterday when I had taken my pet for full Grooming. This is my first time here and I know for sure I will stay with this place from now on. Keerti was very attentive and an absolute expert.The staff is very friendly and the quality of service is very good. I would highly recommend Paws and whiskers to anyone! Keep up the good work 👍

PAWS AND WHISKERS PETS NURSERY!If you ever have plans on taking your pets to that horrid place for grooming, please be warned.I took 2 of my cats yesterday at 9 AM for grooming & told me theyll call once theyre done. I am glad I stayed to watch while they were grooming my cats because theyre so rough! I had to barge in twice to tell them to be gentle because my cat is a senior! The assistant of the one who shaved my cat restrained him with so much force! My senior cat is petite and hasnt got much strength. First, it was a Filipino guy who handled my cat after 5-10 minutes, he argued with one of the groomers because they forgot that another cat needed to check out by 10 AM. They were screaming and ended up having a heated argument. That Filipino guy walked out and handed my cat to another groomer saying we all go home.They dont clean the tools before using them to avoid fungal infection. They groom all the pets in 1 place, like a cattle market. The place is 100% stressful for the animals because large dogs are barking loudly so the small ones and the cats are terrified! One more thing, remember I said there was another cat that needed to check out at 10 AM? They flipped and slammed the cat on the table because they were rushing! Yes, you heard it right FLIPPED AND SLAMMED Ive seen it with my eyes. My husband said if they do that to our cats, God forgive us! We will make a scene! My senior cat has been acting weird I hope theres no injury & fungal infection from yesterday otherwise I will report to consumer rights & DED. Lets see in the coming days.So theres my honest review if you dont believe me go and see it for yourself. We are sorry for those pets whose owners are not there to watch while their pets are groomed! NEVER LEAVE YOUR PETS STAY & WATCH.

I cannot recommend Robin & the team at Paws & whiskers highly enough.When we first fostered & then adopted our rescue doggy he was a little wild. Robin is outstanding at training both the dogs & the humans! Robin really changed our lives with the training both at home & on-site.Our doggy also goes to the daycare at Paws & Whiskers & he loves it. Every morning he is so excited to get there. The team are always so enthusiastic & welcoming, with lots of playtime during the day.We have also used the boarding facilities at Paws & Whiskers which are again excellent (they even bathed him before he came home)I truly feel that Robin & the team at Paws & Whiskers really care about the animals & I am so thankful we have them.Great place & amazing people. Thank you all so much.

As a customer of 7 years of monthly grooming and buying all my food for 4 large dogs solely from Paws and Whiskers, I have gradually begun receiving very complacent service. I guess loyalty does not mean anything for this shop, and so I will take my business + references elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Been there today, they have an exteemely bad service and attitude, they keep the cats for long hours next to huge dogs, and when i question it their response is that this is a cheap place go and find an expensive place if you wish a better service! Because you are cheap you have no right to torture and mistreat peoples animals! Being cheap does not give you right to torture!

My dogs preferred grooming place.. knows how to handle dogs be it from grooming or boarding.. dodging them a star as one time my dog had diarrhea after boarding a couple of days.. but never happened again thereafter...

Im sad today and my cat is not here any more to cuddle me like she used to when i was sad so I am writing this few lines ....Less than a year ago I lost my cat . She was under the care of whiskers and paws ... and she just died . The worst part is that they had no clue what time she did die , the reason why and they just call me and told me over the phone .When I reached there i felt no professionalism or sympathy. I was just crying my eyes off and they were just staring at me. I find out they were no CCTV and probably no one to look after the cats during the night. I was devastated and I had to handle the all process of finding a clinic for the autopsy. They were just useless !!I got a call from the owner only after I went to municipality . I remember him laughing over the phone trying to cheer me up ... made me so angry . He thought giving me another cat would replace my pain.She was my best friend , my child . She was so smart and full of energy - I regret everyday trusting this company . They never ever followed up on me after the incident never asked how I was feeling . She didnt deserve that ...RIP GREY I MISS YOU EVERY SINGLE DAY !

Robin was a great help in training my 2 month old beagle puppy. Our experience was great with his specially designed time table for puppies.

Took my cat for her first full grooming, and the groomer did an excellent job. Her coat was neatly groomed and she smells like bubble gum. I definitely recommend this place.

We had left our 4 month old Shih Tzu, Zorro with Paws & Whiskers for 2 weeks while we were away. I have to say the service is very good as well as prompt responses over whats app. They also sent videos whenever we requested. The trainer Robin was also very good. Taught Zorro all the basic commands as we had requested. Will definitely use them again.

We left our three cats for grooming and all three came back with some type of injury only after three hours. Two on the ears and our smallest cat with the toe nail cut until the skin! Will not recommend for grooming at all. If you opt to do it, make sure you stay, watch and wait if they allow you to.

Robin from this place did a great job wirh training our puppy and in one session he and taught us things we had no idea about!A little pricey but compared to other training centers, its much cheaper.He really helped and definitely worth it.

I have been dropping my dog white Shepard to paws and whiskers . Nidhi takes very well care of my dog he makes sure her grooming is also done accurately. I highly recommend Nidhi as the caretaker.

After giving paws and whiskers my dog for home and leash training for a total of 24 days (they had requested for an extended stay) they had given my dog back with no difference. She had not been trained whatsoever, she still is very violent on the leash and does not listen to any commands. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have lost aed 2200 i dont want others to be tricked this way.

Have been using the grooming services lately. Kim is so far the best groomer.

I had the the shock of my life after using their service a few times to find that after a normal grooming session recently my pooch was left unable to walk and limping. I called them to ask what happened during his grooming, I was told the dog is old and this happens. I had no time to argue and instead rushed him to the vet for an assessment and on only a visual inspection of his paw the vet noted a lesion in the paw pad and advised this could be the cause and gave him an antibiotic cream and injection to treat it. 5 days on, he is still limping and falling over and I had to take him back for an x-ray to find that he has a torn ligament. To add to this ordeal, I remember reporting the mistreatment of a cat the same day as they tried to get it out of its carrier but the cat obviously terrified would not come out so the groomer lifted the carrier in the air and shook vigorously to make the cat fall out. I was shocked and reported this to the lady at reception and she said she will look into it. Co incidental?? I do not think so..

So happy for the results of grooming of my two cats.... 🥰🐱

The worst, and I repeat the worst grooming place Ive ever been to, I just regret not refusing to groom my cat after seeing the (storage of a space) they use to groom all the pets together, as if its a cattle market, dogs and cats together. The way some cats were treated was horrid, they didnt just shave her badly with patches everywhere, they were being too rough too. I wish I had made my way back to to our vet that always grooms her. If you love your pet, dont use this facility.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! This place is like a factory. THEY TAKE NO EFFORT IN UNDERSTABDING CLIENT NEEDS. I took my cat for grooming today and even after explicitly explaining that I want to keep long hair for my cat only trim, THEY SHAVED MY CAT. In fact they did not even do the blow-dry properly. The moment I carried my cat all small hair stuck to my clothes. I called and complained , the receptionist advised to visit again and the staff will clean again. When I took my cat over there the guy who groomed told that I have cleaned already and did not even take the effort to open the carrier and check. They did not even apologize for shaving my cat. THESE GRROMERS ARE VERY ARROGANT. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE BASIC COURTSEY TO HUMANS. I M SCARED HOW THEY MUST BE BEHAVING WITH PETS... Never going again. CANNOT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR FOR THEIR SERVICE WILL GIVE A NEGATIVE 2. The attendat even forgot to inform us after grooming was completed. My cat was totally traumatized.

I have booked an appointment for 2 of my dogs on the 23rd of March for a full grooming session. I have clearly gave instructions (photo attached) how I would like my dogs to be groomed and how the cut supposed to look like.Few hours later I receive a photo message from Positive Paws (refer to pic nr with blue flooring). I was shocked! It looked like somebody chopped my dogs hair with blunt scissors. You can see the state of my dogs hair when I first brought them in on the photo with the green flooring along with the instructions given. As you can see they chopped the ears square and not even evenly, the hair around the mouth isnt even either.My dogs suppose to be dropped off by the driver at 18-18 15. Then they delayed it at 1900. I called them up and asked to speak to the manager or the owner. They refused.The receptionist said that the manager is not in and the owner isnt available. My friend came to collect my dogs as I was stuck in a meeting. The receptionist promised they will refund the money the next day as she did not have cash. I still requested for somebody to get in touch with me as this service is unacceptable.They also vut my dogs nails too short and the poor thing suffered for days after that.Today is 13th of May. I still have not received even an email from Positive Paws. No apology, no refund. I was traveling and just returned, so I though Id give them a call. The receptionist said that they will not refund anything as they followed the instructions. Clearly they followed somebody elses but definitely not mine.By the way this place is now a part of Snoopy Pets, so I guess the service will be as bad.Dont ever take your pets there. This place is a scam.Postive Paws was acquired by this company Paws a d Whiskers as far as i was informed, hence i put my comment here. Positive paws deleted their page from google.

Paws & Whiskers Pets Nursery thanks for having us in your Al Quoz branch this afternoon 12-Feb-2021Just to share our experience that maybe could give some opportunity to improve the process.My wife, my daughter and I arrived around 12:30pm in paws & whiskers in Al quoz, and we travel all the way from Dubai Silicon Oasis to visit the event.By the time we arrived, there were only 2 families before us and their process are so speedy and smooth.We were immediately assisted by a helpful Filipina lady in the front desk and asked us to fill up the form. After filling up the form we waited for another 20-30min before our paper got to the hand of the one staff for interview.There were 2 staffs for the interview one arab gorgeous and another Indian lady, and both of there were so helpful.And that time we were the only family in the queue, so they are even both wanted to assist us and handle our interview.But then other applicants arrived and the gorgeous lady assisted them. Our paper was handled by one Indian lady then. On the process of interview like completed almost 2pages out of about 5 pages questionnaire. The lady ask us to wait as she wanted to assist someone else. Then i said sure please go ahead.While we are waiting, the other gorgeous lady noticed that we were left there and she tried offering a help, then the Indian lady came back and stopped the gorgeous lady and said don’t worry she will do it.But then the Indian lady left again and so some other stuffs. While we are left unattended for almost 1 hour, and seeing the other gorgeous lady almost processed another 3-4 applicants that even came after us.So my wife and I decided to leave the place as we feel so disrespected and quite of discriminated.We spend about 2 or more in that event with an intention to try our luck to share our love and affection to a pet if we were able to adopt one as we are just a small family of 3 in out flat.I hope the management of this good organization could do something about this not so pleasant experience in supposed to be lovely event like this.

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. And read a few reviews,all the bad reviews they have are absolutely correct.If anyone left a good review it means they have not stayed and watched how their pet is treated and groomed.All pets are groomed together at the same time,large dogs and small cats,dogs are barking and it is super traumatic for cats.5-6 animals shaved at the same time with hair flying everywhere.Contaminating the area.The people grooming my cat,were rough and mistreated my cat.I thought okay,maybe it does not look that bad,but actually it is.I had to stop the grooming,as they were throwing her around like a object not a small 2,5 kg cat.As I was there for an hour,I noticed the grooming tools are not cleaned in between animals,or the large bathtub.They just put one animal after the other.It has brough tears to my eyes seeing the way they treated my cat.It is not human.I tried tell them to be a bit more gentle,however they argued it is a cats fault(the cat was so scared she was shivering,and still is since we came home).Please do not leave your pet there,I feel so sad for those poor dogs all put in the same cage.Horrible,horrible experience.

The guys treating the dogs have a professional Hand and absoloutley know what they are doing. A very good Place to take your Dog and leave for 2 hr to get him or her back freshly treated :)

I took my kitten yesterday i wanted a lion hair cut. They missed it up.The worst thing is that when he was shaworing my cat he was holding him with one hand (he tried to escape and then he pushed him back roughly) And cleaning the sink with another hand.If you have a cat do not take your baby there for grooming.

After visiting this place for grooming, both of my cats got an infection or whatever, which led to diarrhea; they never had such problems before. All cats and dogs together, and as practice showed very dirty and unsanitary conditions.

I had a terrible experience when I went today for the grooming of my 1 year old cat. I had booked my appointment a few days ago and yet when I reach there they made me wait for a whole hour. The manager promised that my cat is in safe hands, and I should leave him there and come back after the grooming is completed. They called me within half an hour and asked to come hold my pet since he was troubling the groomer. I reached there frantically to find my cat HALF shaved back in his carrier, completely petrified. I pleaded with the groomers to complete the job. He suggested to sedate my poor boy! I refused and offered to hold my pet while he completes the trimming. The whole process took 3.5 hours. At the end of our ordeal they used the loudest blower ever to dry the cat which terrorized him. My nightmare wasnt over as just before I exited the grooming room, the staff accidentally pushed over another cat in her carrier and heartlessy flipped it back with the cat inside it!! This was my experience in a few long hours at Paws and Whiskers. I cant imagine what happens to the animals that are left in their cattery and kennel.

If you are looking for an affordable place for grooming of your pets, they are really worth it. Brought my pomeranian for full grooming and was really happy with the result. I paid 3x more in other grooming facility and they offer the same result. Highly recommended.

Gave my cats last week for a full groom. I was not allowed inside the place where they groom the pets but from what I know now, I’m sure it’s not hygienic.My cat has gotten ringworm (fungal infection) and since I have two cats, I’ve been told there are chances it can transfer to the other cat too.Not only that, it is now gonna take a full month for them to get cured completely.I think you guys really need to make sure you sanitize the place after every pet has been groomed.

Brought my cat for grooming, it was ok but later with our asking my permission they spray some parfum with lavender smell 😠. I have 2 cats at home so 1) they start fighting 😡2) i am allergic for such kind of things 3) I hate lavender 😠So when you visit them - make sure you give all instructions and keep your eye on what they do.

I found the place not pet friendly.Cats and dogs are being groomed in one big room which is very stressful for them.I asked to be careful as my cat has a condition and both of his palms are hurting. That was ignored. One person tried to wash my pet holding him with one hand while he was trying to escape hurting his paws even more. I used many services before this one was most unprofessional yet.I basically walked into the room and stopped the grooming sessionNever again

Great staff very welcoming overall service is also good. The only thing i asked to make short trimming for my pet I wasn’t aware short means totally shaved??. Due to shaving my pet is so depressed after grooming it’s second day my pet is continuously shivering not active or playful at all. Rest overall service is good grooming is good.

I left two cats for over two hours and then had to wait for another 30 minutes because the groomers had to redo their shoddy job.Also, maybe I shouldnt have been watching, but they dont treat the animals very well when grooming them. They grabbed my cat by the neck and practically slammed her on to the table.Not recommended at all.
