Took my cat for full grooming .. left with cat not being showered after the hair cut & caught ear mites from their unclean tools ....Front desk lady is so cold & unwelcoming too...Message to OWNER: Send a mystery shopper.NOT recommended.

Really great staff who are so helpful and they deliver. I send my dog there for grooming and he is not the easiest but they still manage him and always do a good job.

Good place for grooming and general stuff for pets

Lazy staff - instead of cutting hair we were offered shaving, because brushing before hair cut will take two hours. Came from Abu Dhabi for cat grooming, left after arguing with diva personnel. Apparently, their time is more precious than mine, although they charge AED 200 for hair cut. Awful service, will recommend everyone to avoid this shop.

Love this place, very affordable compared to the current market prices and they take good care of your pets.
