Its been almost 10 days Ive been asking for owners number and my amount refund, but nobody is cooperating with me.. kindly let me know why Im not getting my money back for the service your staff didnt even provide to my dog. First time you guys groomed my dog and hes was just fine (that was your own words) and second time u said hes being aggressive. Thats because you guys traumatised him by putting tapes and ropes on his face and now hes being scared of your team. Your team doesnt know how to handle the dog and they left my dog without grooming him to make sure he never gets groomed from anyone. Pets are like kids if theyre scared of something they need affection and assurance not like you run away from them. If you cant provide service thats totally fine there are plenty of groomers in dubai but atleast return my money or reply me that when youre going to return the amount. Even when I ask for their location they dont even have that they just have online presence This place is complete fraud and their staff from groomers till receptionist are totally unprofessional. I highly recommend not to book in advance from this place and try to stay with your pets so they dont get traumatised.

They cut my cats ear with a scissors and tried to cover it up. They didn’t call me or a vet to come and treat her. After 2 hours I knew something was not right and entered the van to find my poor cat shivering with her ear all blood and snipped. Something had been applied to try cover up the cut and stick both parts of the ear together. I was truly disgusted with how inexperienced they were and the pain they have cause my cat. Never again!

Please read the Facebook reviews before booking this company. I booked an appointment for 6 pm I called them at 5:55 to ask where they were and they advised the appointment havent been booked in and asked if I wanted to book in for 7:15/7:30. I explained I have plans for that evening and asked if they could be on time. At 8:30 I am now still waiting for them to arrive and they will now not take my calls or reply to my messages. As soon as I paid the money they completely ignored me. I would never use this company again. Very unprofessional. Extremely rude.

My cat is now under treatment after their horrendous service. I still under shock what they did to my cat and not even advice me, after got to caught my cat bc she was in panic, discover what they had done to my baby. Cuts all over her body, badly cut her paws and mustache. Be away from them, they wont even reply u bc they know, have no sense of handling animals.

Hey guyss,I would just like to share my horendous experience and my puppys traumatic experience with @dubaipetsgroomingOn Dec 11th, we got the mobile grooming services of this company. We were so excited that Mayo (our puppy) will be getting her grooming because as a maltese her hair grows very fast. As a very cheerful dog, Mayo always loved to run - in fact she almost never sat down. She was a very food driven dog, always hungry, and would always jump onto my lap whenever she saw me. However, immeditely after availing @dubaipetsgrooming services, she no longer wants to eat, move, play, run, or do anything anymore. They got her at 10:30AM and we got her back at around 11:30AM, it was almost as if we were given back an entirely different dog.Firstly, they cut her nails too close to the quick, showing evidence of traces of blood. She was also unevenly trimmed and some parts looked very awkward. But the most painful thing of all is the trauma she must have endured, because from the moment they returned her to us, she was very scared. Every time I try combing her at night, she would crouch down in fear with her tail between her legs, which she has never done before.I have contacted them to ask what happened inside the van because whatever happened there has caused a major emotional damage to our puppy.This company never ever called me back, nor apologized, or addressed this issue. For all the dog owners and lovers out there, please be cautious when you get a pet groomer or any grooming services because one session might change the life of your dog.
