Always arrive on time if not a little early and give you a call that they are here. Ive had 3 of my cats groomed by Miss Meow and have been very pleased with the results. They were groomed exactly as I asked. While having their session I received photo updates and a short video which was great. Groomers are pleasant and patient. Highly recommended. What can I say that has not already been said. The lovely lovely people at Miss Meow looked after my old dog so beautifully. She went in looking every bit her 18 years and emerged 10 years younger. The staff are so attentive and caring. The music playing to soothe our furry ones and the photos sent to calm and reassure the owners is such a lovely touch. It really is an experience every dog cat and owner should be experiencing.

I have three cats with different characters, one of them is blind. Miss Meow staff (I almost tried them all) are well experienced and are able to deal with each of my cats. They are always on time and sometimes they try to accommodate me on short notice booking. The person making the booking on Whatsapp is keen to follow up on the services provided and always listen if there are any concerns, which they rarely exist. The interaction is full of warmth and friendliness which is needed during times like the pandemics.

First time using a mobile grooming service ever and so happy to have done it with miss meow grooming. They were so accomodating and one of the few places that would accept my sonny who has FIV. Booking the service was seemless and they showed up right on time. My favourite part was getting the wonderful photo updates from the team during the grooming process. I didnt catch the groomers name but he was so good with sonny and I could really tell he cared. I am so happy with the service especially as it was our first time. My sonny is now so clean, soft and smells so good!! I have already talked about them to my friends and family and will most definitely use their services again.

This is a really great company. Its quick and easy to arrange their services and they perform them brilliantly, checking in a fee days later to make sure that everything went ok. They come round to my apartment to cut my cats claws and are always on time, great with my very scared cats and do a brilliant job. I highly recommend using them.

It was Billonis first groom, and her fur is super soft. I forgot to ask the persons name who groomed my cat, but they were really professional and they sent me pictures and a video of my little cat taking a bath, she was so calm. I booked for a grooming session for my 5 month old kitten, the mobile grooming service came and I left my kitten with them, they were sending me pictures and videos all the while. In less than 30 mins my kitten was nail clipped, showered and dried. Given that my kitten is very naughty the team did a good job on managing him.

I have a cockatiel that requires nail cut, wing clipping or beak trimming and Miss Meow is amazing. Their staff (especially Ben) are very professional and very friendly. Always sharp on time and they know how to handle my little pet and they do a great job.I will continue using them for the well being of my pet.

Last week I had the pleasure to experience the services of Miss Meow. I had a cat and a dog groomed. The clipping especially was very good. They did an excellent job in a very pleasant animal friendly atmosphere. They took videos of the treatment so that I could follow from a different location. Not happy and not recommendable service. Suppose our second time to have them groom our Persian Cat. On our first booked schedule 8:30 AM, they messaged me at 12 midnight (hours before the schedule) informing me to reschedule because Van got problem. And so considering the situation, I agree to reschedule it on the following day, 8PM. They ask again if they can come at 8:30 PM, give them my yes still. Finally 8:30 PM came, no one is calling, no message or update at all. I message at 8:50 PM, they replied “our team is on the way”.. And so we prepare our furbaby. To our surprise, I call to check their location, the lady said “Our van is not working again, we have to reschedule it tomorrow at 2PM, I think its a bad luck” (the lady knows I am only available at weekend or at night) - and yeah, to be told its bad luck, obviously will not going to deal with them again — Perhaps my furbaby is just being saved and meant to be with better hands.

WARNING!!!!this is by far the worst of the worst service ever!!!!!i am gonna make this review as fair as possible.I booked, on 3/5 to get an appointment only on 11/5.i asked for fur cut for my cat ( trimming only). they sent me questions to answer( about the cut and my cat). i was as specific as possible. keep in mind, no menu nor price list were given.1- they changed the timings 2 times. then showed up on a totally different time.2- the groomer called to ask me what i wanted. he had no idea what i communicated to the admin ( who booked me and sent me the questions). so i explained all over again. and reported to the admin that he had no idea.3- my cat went in the van. he sent me a picture of a small cut around the neck( i have asked for) and disappeared.4- suddenly he sent me a picture of my cat being showered!firsti didn’t ask for a shower.secondthere is noway on earth i would ask one, because my cat is allergic to a substance in many shampoos in the market and she could die if contaminated.thirdi didn’t even get to see what was my cat cut like before the shower!5- i went back to the admin and i got attacked and blamed for ASKING for a shower, and tried to trick me saying that groom in our terms if business means shower.as i argued further more and told her that no menu nor a price list was sent and i was clear with my request. she backed off and started apologizing.6- the groomer was informed with the problem and stopped communicating with me.7- my cat came in home after more than an hour. not fully dry. with a funny cut. uneven. not decent. i could have given my cat a better cut myself.8- and i was fully charged for this drama.9- i communicated to her that you can not - not offer a menu. you can not deliver such a low level of communication and coordination. and if you wanna do something and make money of it at least be good at it.i have filed a complaint to Dubai consumer rights. to stop this from happening to other people.i honestly have no idea how could this business have such high reviews.be careful. reviews are not everything.

I’ve used miss meow about 6 times so far. They are very clean and efficient. We can also schedule appointments very easily as they possibly have multiple vans. I love that they send us before and after photos from the van. They play music to calm your dog down. The wash is excellent, the dog smells so fresh after it for around 2 weeks!!. My favorite groomer for cutting their hair is Jonas. Thanks a lot it looked so natural and smooth!

Miss Meow has an incredible team that is attentive, gentle and informative through the entire grooming process. I’m a new feline owner and I was exceedingly impressed with the grooming service. My cat was extremely matted and I was afraid he would lose his long fluffy coat of hair. They were able to remove all mats, and keep a beautiful length for my Persian feline. They also send you pictures and videos throughout the entire process. This represents a touch of class and expertise! Really terrible cutting both the last times. Asked for lion as I was trying to keep as much hair as possible and we got a Teddy bear. Our previous cat was a crocodile and its absolutely awful. We are going to change companies. I think they are getting new people with certification or experience

Have been using these guys for grooming for my kitty ever since she was a baby and every time shed come back looking clean and smelling fresh😻They offer treatments for ringworm and fleas too which is great, I used it once when my kitty had ringworm. I also like how they send you pics and vids whilst theyre grooming your pet to keep you assured that theyre taking care of your pet. And theyd place a little bow on my kittys head when theyre done! Def recommend if looking mobile groomers for pets in the Emirates :)

We used Miss Meow for the first time & everything was very easy. They picked up Dasha from the front door and sent regular photos which made me feel at ease. Van was below my apartment before time and they did a great job without scaring the cat. Was a little disappointed that we werent allowed to stay in with my kitty as their recommendation was to stay out of sight during the haircut to ensure our cat doesnt get frantic. A little bit expensive compared to similar services but you get what you pay for- hygienic and professional services.
