I had my breast biopsy with Dr Shweta, her and the team (Anita, I think the other lady was Shirley) they were incredible, they really do know what they’re doing. The team at the reception was very polite and helpful and my Dexa Scan also went well.My reason to give this feedback is the “form” that I filled to give an insight into my current medical state. On the top left it says :Ethnicity - Parent country of origin and bloodline, and underneath it are given all the races ; White, Black, Asian, Hispanic. What caught my attention was the word “Muslim” under the Asian category. I was kind of taken aback to observe this on the form. Would like to understand what difference “religion” can make in treating any patient ?

I did my cardiac mri on July 28 and was told that you will get the result same or next day but after calling them several time despite the result was ready but didn’t get the report.

Had to wait 1 hour to have an X-ray done when the clinic was completely empty

Dr. Shweta got my biopsy done and she was excellent with her service taking care of every detail during the process. She made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her for her service . Even the staff was so accommodating.

I have spent 3 days trying to call the office on the website number. Either they answer and say yes we will send the report and no one does, or they dont answer and after almost 10min on hold the line cuts off!!! So how are we suppose to receive the report of the xray that was done last week????? I need that report!!!!

During the biopsy, which was totally painless, I sensed the feminine touch everywhere. There was emotional support and comprehension. They new what they were doing 100%. My wife had a breast biopsy today, staff was very friendly and professional, they explained all the details of the procedure beforehand, and made her feel very comfortable during, easing her anxiety before, during and after the process.

We did an MRI for my dad there who doesn’t speak English and were so happy with the attention we received and the kindness of the personnel. Dr. Rami is highly knowledgeable and caring, and he was in constant communication with my dad’s doctor to ensure that an appropriate method is followed given his condition. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful!

Dr. Amany was very unprofessional and she was not confident while doing my biopsy. I got my reports reviewed and her interpretation was not proper. She seemed not having any experience with intervention procedure. I am not going back. I had the bad luck to be handled by such an inexperienced doctor. A friend referred me to AMC because her doctor was kind and nice and quite experienced. however My experience was very bad.

Been going there for the last 4 years on an annual basis for routine tests, generally they are pretty good, but my last experience was not. Without going into details, due to their inability to maintain a proper schedule, i was delayed by an hour and even though they were aware that this delay would create complications, they were not able to get me in for the test on time. Eventually i had to step up and demand to go in, but the specialist was totally unphased and unapologetic about the delay and the discomfort and physical pain that i was in due to the delay. Also the results from the scheduled tests were innacurate due to the discomfort caused by the delay, so i had to re-do them in another clinic.

I have done my MRI with AMC 1st sep 2020, my complain is only about the management, as yesterday and I got very surprized when I got the report hardcopy and a CD with not proper covering where I have spend 4K+ for the MRI.The management needs to improve the quality of service not just like old age work this is 2020 and they should to think something more digital, I have asked the reception staff why you guys not providing a USB flash drive for the reports even in this era there is no more cd drives, they have no answer for my question but they provide me the report in my own USB.Dear management this kind of service does matter..Thank you

DONT LET Dr AMANI DO YOUR BIOSPY.I had a very bad experience here. I went there for a breast biopsy that was initially processed by the Dr Amani. Worst dr ever. She clearly has no clue about biopsy. The Ultra Sound technician (who is probably 25 years younger than the doctor) was more in control of the procedure and was the one telling the Dr what to do. After 1:00 hour of failed attempts at the biopsy, the technician knew things were turning sour and went to call another Dr (Shweta) to intervene in emergency. Dr Shweta was nice, but my overall experience was traumatizing. It is unprofessional and irresponsible to leave someone deal with womens health.

I underwent biopsy in allied in December and it was terrible experience. Dr Taya took too long and was pretty confused during the procedure. I had lot of pain as well.I was referred from Emirates and when I went for follow up recently, It is noticed thet the report were not completed.I was not supposed to see Dr Taya but another doctor whom my doctor trusts completely.I am horified how can they do this to patients. I have the right to access the doctor that I am referred to not any one who is inexperienced

Wonderful experience with Dr Agarwal. I had a biopsy and she took utmost care of my allergies. Her nurse forgot to highlight to her about my allergies so it could have been sour. But my doctor trusts her completely and so Dr Agarwal gave me options. During the procedure extereme care was taken.She was also very kind to check on me the next day.Now I know why she is so much favrouite of my referring doctor.

Tried calling them, no one answered. Emailed and no response. Saw that their timings were 8 am to 8 pm and reached at 6.55 pm for an x ray and was told all technicians had left and they close at 7 pm. Told the receptionist I was still there before closing and their website showed they are open till 8 pm. He didnt have an answer . So much for professionalism.

I had an MRI in November at Allied Medical on my left knee 2 years after an injury which left me with a constant ache. The report from the MRI stated ACL sprain. On the day of the exam itself the technician commented that there was nothing wrong with my knee. This just did not fit with my symptoms.I uploaded my MRI images to a US based company that offers second opinion from experienced Radiologists and paid $200 US. The report from that stated I have a hole in the cartilage which needed surgery to repair and stated what images showed this. The surgeon will look at the mri but really relies on the radiologists report so it is frustrating that this was missed by Allied Medical and I needed to pay an external company for a second opinion.

If there was a rating exceeding 5 stars I would definitely give it to Allied Medical Center. Dr. Ilaria Saredi has been my family’s medicine doctor for over few years. She is a wonderful professional: absolutely brilliant at her work, extremely knowledgeable, experienced and yet at the same time careful.

Such a great experience. Very friendly staffs and compassionate nurses and doctors. Took all the time to go over my questions. I left the clinic already feeling much better. Thank you!

My GP requested a MRI prior to a surgery for Cancer. Believe it or not Allied did not send it for approval to the insurance in TWO WEEKS! When I inquired to understand what was going on I was told (by Allied) that their radiologist felt another test would be more appropriate, although this is not at all what the surgeon requested. Maybe because he gets more money with this other test. These guys have wasted TWO WEEKS of my time, in a situation like cancer this is simply criminal! I would recommend to avoid them at all costs, they are utterly unprofessional.

Tried calling, leaving phone messages, whatsapp, website contact form, no one bothered answering!!are they still in business? if they continue like this, they will surely be out of it soon.Not surprised to see many others have negative feedback too!

Just want to thank Allied Diagnostics Center for their best dental treatment ever. I had such an bad abscess in my tooth and not even 24 hours after treatment it was gone! The staff was so friendly and helpful.Forsure now my dentist forever!

Overall great experience! I went in for the Zoom Teeth Whitening Package. Dr. Atallah was friendly and knowledgable. As my teeth were already quite white the process was easy and I went from shade Bleach 4 to a Bleach 2. The results were instantly visible! Would highly recommend.

The patient/customer experience could have been better, the business hours and appointments starts at 8am, if one follows the requirement of arriving 15 mins prior to their appointment, be prepared to stare at the empty counters until 8am. It would have been better if they start 20-30 mins prior to the 1st appointment ensuring that they are up and ready before the 1st patients arrival. This also applies to switching on the air conditioning!

I got an MRI done at this facility and I was very happy with my experience. I was actually very nervous, because I am claustrophobic . Its actually open on both sides and has an open bore so i never felt trapped in any way.. When i told staffs that i am claustrophobic,they actually took care of me like a baby. I couldnt give review when i was in the center since i was bsy with some personal work. Since one of your staffs said Allied gives value to both positive and negative reviews, i personally wanted to come up with some good reviews . Staffs are genuine and kind.Highly commenting this place for all sort of diagnostic procedures.

I have visited many medical centers and many hospitals in Dubai , I should say Allied M C is the best one i have ever been .I am glad that Allied started customer care department and also appreciate the willingness to ask patients suggestions .

Poor customer care .They say you have be there in the clinic 20 minutes before if you are late for 10 minutes appointment will be cancelled .And made me to wait for an hour .Some one came after me and they sent that person in .When asked for how long it will take they are few minutes and I was still waitingNo time sense .

Appalling experience. After telling me on a Thursday that they had received the results of my Biopsy, they sent the final report to my Dr only on Monday. Worse waiting period ever!I never received a call from them to explain why they were not sending the final report to my Dr, I never received a call to apologize for what happened and especially they never offered to mention that nothing was wrong with the results.They might have the technology but chose your Dr with care.I cant believe that EMPATHY is one of their value because they showed none to me (except for the nurse that answered my final call).The worse is I would like to send detailed feedback to a manager but I cant find an e-mail address for this purpose.

Since AD expanded thier fields of expertise, all servises have gone down (patient attention, quality of work done, time of waiting to get tested and very long time to get the results). A year ago I would recommend you AD, now Id suggest you find another place to go.
