Chillout Ice Lounge ensures a perfect family outing with a real feel of sub zero temperature amidst a beautiful and well curated ice sculptures of varied renowned buildings etc. Apart from that, they have tables n chairs made of ice, car made of ice. Not what I expected but totally cool! It was definitely smaller than I expected. It is a small space in Time Square Mall. The price is good for what they offer. I knew I was coming so I came with my own boots and coat. I only used their gloves but they do offer boots, a coat and I believe hats. These items are laundered after each use. I thought it was so cool that you are like literally walking into a freezer lol. You’ll see what I mean from my videos. It is -6 degrees so please be ready to get cold. Can’t leave your gloves off for too long. The staff inside will take photos. I was trying not to be a bother but the photos weren’t coming out that great. There’s sort of a strobe light inside so unless you wait to snap photos when it’s bright your photos will be dark. Like I said it’s a small space to take photos but it’s cute. If you are with a group and can socialize I think you’ll enjoy it more. I was alone. I got the chicken kebab and hot chocolate. The kebab was the best chicken I had my entire trip lol. The presentation was adorable. I definitely will go again. Maybe bring my own props in.

❄An very unique experience of freezing yourself in negative temperature when outside temperature is hot.Getting into a -6 degree restaurant that serves some quick hot snack and drink was truly a unique experienceits amazing to see the refrigeration innovation inside which enabled architects and technicians to make various UAE monuments with ICE blocks, you find your self sitting on an ice chair, the diffused lightnings changes the colors time to time which adds spark of excitement. You are served with thermal clothing heavy jackets, woolen gloves and heavy duty rubber shoes which keeps your body intact in minus six degree temperature inside.Visitors are suggested to adjust their body temperature at buffer zone which is set to 5 degree Celsius , it gives body the chance to adjust to the low temperature in the main Chillout Lounge.

A joint not mainly for food, but yes it is an amazing place to hangout with friends and enjoy some tasty but limited treats at the same time.The best is the hot chocolate, to drool over in the -6 temperature. Chicken skewers were ok, could have been cooked more. They also serve nitrogen popcorn which haven’t tried as yet.Overall a fun place to be with some quick bites.

My little eskimo enjoyed her first sub zero experience @chillouticeloungedubai located at ground level of Times Square Center. The architecture and ice sculptures are totally magnificent and the experience at -6 degree Celsius will chill you out.

I have found this place by accident and was really surprised to see the place like this in Dubai. It was wonderful time there. Hot chocolate in a cold place... Like a winter at home.

Pot stop on a family vacation! Super fun and chill place to grab a quick snack and experience something totally new. It was a refreshing contrast coming from the heat outside into this cafe straight out of a Disney movie. From ice sculptures and a dance floor to hot cocoa and snacks, this place is a phenomenal quick detour.

A nice place to experience some sub zero temperature.although pretty small in size so it gets crowded with 3-4 families and you can no longer take pics with the ice sculptors.Nothing on the menu suitable for vegetarians so that was a big minus for us.hot chocolate was served in paper cups which is not a good idea BUT that might have been a post covid regulations requirement so cant really complain about that.jackets, shoes, socks and gloves provided ..

Beautiful place to spend time with your friends, family and loved ones. -6 degree and have limited drinks and snacks to choose. While entering they will provide you with hot tea or hot chocolate as per our requirement and a heart shaped cake to top the feel . Rather then that you can order some limited eatables too. Please wear extra set of gloves. The once which they are providing is good but not upto the mark to with the cold ambient. The design and ambient is really unique. Highly recommended for everyone visiting UAE.

Perfect and cool place to spend some times, either with family or friends

Great escape from the Dubai summer heat. This is basically an ice sculpture museum and coffee shop in one. Each entry ticket includes one hot chocolate. The room is temperature controlled at -6C degrees and they provide you with all the thermal clothing you need to stay warm from gloves, warm hats, jackets to even socks and winter boots.We enjoyed the cold inside for 10 minutes then had our hot chocolate drinks which tasted even better in the cold, but then we became really cold and started missing the heat we escaped from!

Hot coffee was amazing.Chicken tikka was also good.Cool sculptures amazingly cut.Cool concept worth going atleast once.The hand gloves were not at all suitable. We came out within 10 mins as the cold was not bearable.

Amazing amazing experience. In this heat if and after a year of lockdown we are still not allowed to fly out, but chill out manages to make you feel you are in Europe. The place is has amazing ice sculptures and lighting all being top notch Instagram worthy. They provide you with the required attire so you dont have to worry about that. The place has an amazing variety of food available inside. And hands down they make the best hot chocolate i have ever tasted in my life. They also have “smoking” popcorn which you should give a try as well. Great place for to relax and “chill” with ur friends. Im probably gonna be there every week in this summer heat.

Good fun. Around 40min experience as it is really cold. Children will have fun too. Not very young children, but from 7 years I recommend.

The first Sub zero lounge in the middle east. The only place where you can experience a Sub zero temperature in Dubai. Hot chocolate is included in the ticket and thats for the better. They serve snacks and dessert and also provide the jacket with gloves. Worth the visit.

Nice place to feel cold and refresh in the country with a hot climate. Staff is friendly and everything is beautiful there.

It is a different place to see. Well maintained the temperature. Floor setting can be improved and they should change the so called Hot Coffee with good one instead of complan/milo kind of chocolate drink. The best thing is the friendly staff. The team was curtiuous and welcoming! The clothes dont keep you too warm, i suggest to bring your own! The hot chocolate was very good and so was the chicken. We were just disappointed that there was no Tiramisu as promised..

Chillout Dubai a place never visit prince Hamdàn al MaktoumOf course Dubai would lay claim to the Middle Easts first ice bar.(The city already has a mega indoor ski resort.)Even though the ice bar has been around since 2007, it underwent a major overhaul last year.Left all your warm gear at home? No worries, since not only does it provide warm coats, but gloves, shoes, and socks too.If you can stand the chill for beyond one drink (included in the admission price) theres also the option to order light fare such as soup and sandwiches.Or opt for a hot chocolate and rejoice in the fact that the deep freeze is temporary.

Nicely designed with ice carving and benches. Dont expect a full 300Sqm of Ice carving space as KUBE hotel in france. Team is very friendly and engaging. Well done.

The Chillout Ice Lounge is a wonderfull experience! You can experience -6 degrees in the middle of the desert. Upon entry you pay 75AED and receive proper clothing such as a coat, gloves, boots and a hat. They dont have pants so keep this in mind when you plan on visiting the lounge. The entry fee also includes a beverage. The lounge isnt very big but its full of ice sculptures where guests can sit on and take pictures with

The whole experience was quite Exciting. Its been 1 and 1/2 years since we had gone outside UAE and Chill Out Cafe gave the right experience to my kids. They were enthralled by all the Ice Sculptures and touching to see whether they were really made from Ice. Ofcourse any Ice Experience without Hot Chocolate, Soup and Barbecue Chicken is Incomplete. It was a Perfect Valemtines with my 2 kiddos. It was nice to see them feel so Cold and Sipping Hot Chocolate and eating Barbecue Chicken kept them warm at the -6 degrees Cafe. Love how the Cafe is maintained. Being there for 1 hour and after we were out felt we really went to another country. When it gets tooooo Cold which does happen when you spend more than 1 hour you can come out for 5 minutes and go back to the cafe again. For the perfect ending we were given Red Velvet CheeseCake and Nitrogen Popcorn that we had it from outside as it had become Cold while inside. Was the best decision as this Cake was so Chocolatilicious and Moist.To have a Cafe like this with a bundle offer where Warm Clothes, Hot Chocolate or Tea or Coffee, Barbecue Chicken, Soup, Nitrogen Popcorn and Cake all for 80 Aed is really worth every experience.

The place is cold and chilled .. Loved the hot chocolate.. it tasted yummy maybe because it gave a nice feel to drink something hot whn the room temperature is freezing .. But it hardly takes so less time to explore the whole place as it’s too small and hence I guess it’s overpriced.. It’s just worth for one time visit .. everything is moulded in ice .. Burj Khalifa.. the chairs.. cars ..

Nice place to chillout with your friends or family its a small room with ice sculptures, ice seating and tables. Never try their hot chocolate though its terrible , made me sick ..... Entry fee is 80 Dhs now , staff are not so friendly they hardly look at you and not smiling at all as if we are entering their personal room without permission, lol. Also they dont ask if you need gloves or shoes and just hand you whatever they think you will be needing which is little disappointing.

The lounge is over hyped. A room of 25*25 feet is maintained. Not much option of food here. Tomato soup is ok. Chicken soup doesnt worth it. Hot chocolate is awful. We didnt try anything after horrible hot chocolate and chicken soup.Dont go with high hopes.

It is a nice experience to feel the ice cold weather, but I think it could better, so one can think to come back again.

Loved it! Not a big ice bar (been to bigger ones in Copenhagen and Oslo), but it has a charm and the staff are all very polite and quick. Ive purchased a Groupon for me and my husband while my baby daughter came along for free. It was a great experience and our voucher included also starters(chicken skewers) and hot chocolate for me and my husband. We could choose a cake in stead of the skewers, but we preferred something hot in stead. Theyre providing with jackets and hats and gloves. Make sure you dont wear any summer clothes before coming to the bar. We stayed for only 25min in there since it was quite cold. Recommended!
