One again another amazing lounge experience by Emirates. This is in Dubai and it’s one of many business class lounges available for business class passengers. It’s massive and if you walk from one end to another you might loose a couple of KGs. Wide verity of food and drinks available. Coffee and my personal favourite Ceylon tea was available at this lounge. There was also an ice cream cart handing out cones which had a wide variety of homemade ice creams. Staff is very attentive and the place is kept at a very high standard. Bathrooms are plenty and also very clean. Really a 5 star experience.
As a First Class guest, I am so excited to visit this lounge. OMG, this lounge can be the best one I have seen. Lots of things to see and to relax. Food is 100% for a First Class lounge. Good place to stay as well while waiting for your flight. Looking forward to come back on my next First Class flight.
Nice and decently set up. I like the way as you enter as we as checked in for the flight. Wi-Fi is kind of weak that’s probably the only downside I would say. Food and beverage are good and serving staff are quite attentive. One of the better lounges globally I would have to say. Kind of big so need to know where your flight is too to save rushing for boarding.
A grand, expansive lounge that is more of a controlled floor of the entire Dubai airport terminal. Plenty of areas to relax, sleep, eat, work or chat with travel companions. Easy, direct access to lounges from segmented areas of the lounge. WI-FI all around and plenty of charge points for power hungry electrical gear. I recommended taking time out to shower between long commutes as you have you own, secure cubicle to freshen up, change, shave and brush your teeth. Attendants are on hand to ensure the area is clean and stocked at all times. The lounge has very busy/peak times but that appears to be more afternoon to evening, whilst the morning are pretty quiet. Rehydrate, have a beer or snack if you like also. A welcome oasis for travellers from all around the world. Don’t forget, there are no boarding calls so don’t nap or get too engrossed in what you are doing that you miss your flight!
First time flying First Class, what an experience over Business Class. The lounges are plush. Huge selection of premium drinks and delicious food. Many thanks
Incredibly spacious, the food is amazing and lots to choose from. Boarding directly from the lounge to the plane. Area for praying, resting and business use. The best lounge Ive visited in my time. Id give it more than 5* if I could. Will definitely fly Emirates again.
One of the primary reason for my continued use of Emirates Airlines is its Lounges, particularly the ones in Dubai. I avoid plane food and look forward to Lounge experience in Dubai. From the scale of its real estate to spread of food, nothing can beat Emirates lounge experience in Dubai. However, they have three areas of improvement. 1) Rest Rooms - For the kind of traffic they get in B Terminal, Men rest room facilities are woefully inadequate. You always end up waiting in a line and that is not a good thing when you have to go. 2) Showers - It is good that Emirates Lounge provides shower facilities, but they need to include lavatory facilities. It doesnt make sense to stand in two lines; a) one to use rest room and b) another to take shower. 3) Power outlets - With everyone carrying multiple devices, the need for convenient power outlets is must. Emirates B Terminal lounges have excellent seating facilities, but not commiserate power outlets, making people scamper for power .Overall, excellent facilities which could become even better, if they address the deficient areas mentioned above.
I’d Heard stories about the first class emirates lounge in Dubai. Unfortunately with Covid they are using the business class lounge and have a small section set apart for first class customers. The “first class” lounge was seriously underwhelming. The seats were uncomfortable and It was so full that the only comfortable seats were all taken. The service was good. The selection of beverages was ok. I’ve attached a picture of the selection. But the lounge was comparable to any other business lounge ive been to, and this was their first class product. Also disappointed that the seating area to eat was not socially distanced. The tables are not 6 feet apart and the lounge was so cramped that they sat someone 2 feet from my table to eat.
One of the top best airport lounge in the world with 7 stars services as everything you need before your flight is in your hands.Emirates shower spas have everything you need to prepare for the next stage of your journey, including towels, luxury toiletries and hairdryers.Enjoy a drink, relax and be inspired in our Cigar Bar in the Concourse A Lounges, or take a moment to yourself in our dedicated quiet areas.Savour global flavours that take you places. Enjoy fine dining and an international selection of dish. Its a super great experience
Very good food and beverage service, beautiful and clean decor.Regretfully there is NOBODY from Skywards customer service in the First Class lounge!Customers that need help and must to talk with Skywards customer service have go to the business lounge, because at the First Class Lounge there is nobody to take care of them.... INCONCEIVABLE!!
Absolutely lovely inside. What a sight to behold after an 11h flight. Service is amazing and great selection of soft drinks, teas and juices. The food was plentiful. Awesome view from the lounging area. Ill definitely be back next time Im coming through :)
Great way to kill time being upgraded to the first class lounge while the airline tries to find me a hotel. Sometimes, cancellations cannot be helped and the lounge staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable while getting me a place to stay for the two days until my next flight.
The Emirates first class lounge in the A380 concourse is massive. Rather than just having a first class lounge, theyve basically designed a first class concourse. The lounge spreads the entire length of the terminal, and then you can board your flight directly through the lounge.
A class of its own!!! Noting beats Emirates. The service, food and amenities to relax before your journey is unbelievable. Keep it up Emirates team!
Im always traveling with Emirates. Was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to first class. What a beautiful experience. Loved it.
Best lounge Ive ever been to. Its massive. It spans an entire terminal. There are tons of food options, even at 2am when I was there. There is a lot of available seating and plenty of places to stretch out and sleep. This lounge makes traveling internationally just a little bit easier.
Emirates is One of the worlds best airline because it cares. The first class lounge sets the expectations right for the traveller of the kind of service he/she can expect when travelling first class with Emirates. Not only is the lounge big and inviting, the welcoming staff walks you to your table. Your can order you food at the table, or just relax in the lounge, watch TV or read newspapers and magazines. Quality of food and the offerings are very good. I ordered breakfast, and the eggs came just as ordered. The presentation was very good, just as any 5 Star restaurant. The attention to detail and the sheer size is overwhelming. If you are flying first class, and passing through Dubai, make sure you reach the gates early enough to enjoy the experience.
Its a really good lounge has got everything you need as a traveler. Its exactly what you would expect of Emirates Service. I also like the fact that its possible to board the planes from the Lounge, that gives you a bit more time to enjoy it and no worries about the distance you have to walk. Its definitely worth going.
One of the best lounges I have visited in the last 10 years. It is not just a room, its a conglomerate if rooms and does have the very best accommodations for smokers period. The service is excellent around the clock, the coffee very good and also the available food is very good in variety and quality. Since I got to know this location I am looking forward to my layovers at Dubai airport.
Have been going to these lounges since they started few years ago (and renovated), their quality and services has been maintained quite well. Prayer area has not been well maintained in either of the key first class lounges in B and A terminals, C does not count, prayer mats are dirt and sometimes also smell. It will be good if they have a dedicated massage therapist with proper paid service as now it is not good and is just a tick box with service below average, staff is tired and does not feel like Emirates service. Food and drinks are good as usual. Toilets on Terminal B needs expansion as they are very few and no proper privacy that one would expect in First Class.
Emirates First Class lounge is one of the best places in Dubai Airport, wonderful environment as the name speaks for itself.. Exquisite food , lovely staff & superb service. .. :)
Its class apart unlike the business class lounge. The moment you go in you feel the difference. The fine dine restaurant is one of the best I have ever been to. In short it defines ultimate luxury.
Great place to have a shower in between flights and enjoy the delicious buffet and the finest drink selection. Scottish smoked salmon is just sublime. Daily press around the word, for those that still appreciate the touch and smell of a newspaper.
Very nice lounge!Ive been to other airline lounges, but Emirates Is the best by far although, I like Qatar airways better!Dedicated boarding to each gate is available. Never seen that at any airline airport lounge! If you fly by Dubai, you must check this lounge!
Perfect like anything in Dubai... Amazing lounge... Customer service is perfect... Worth waiting in an amazing environment if u r in transit
Totally worth showing up to the airport a little early just to enjoy the first class “lounge.” It’s actually like a first class concourse with shops and even their own gates to board your flight directly from the lounge (A380 only). White glove table service dining, spa, showers, and they’ll even take your shoes to shine them while you done eat. Much more quiet than the biz class lounge which is available even to entry level emirates skywards frequent fliers (silver)
Amazing lounge with lots of food options. If you would like to shower make sure you book a time as soon as u arrive so that you can take one before your flight leaves as the waiting times for a shower can go up to about an hour. Staff are very helpful and efficient. it is very convenient that you can walk straight to your gate from the business lounge and dont have to enter the main airport.
Always enjoy my time here. Very relaxing and boosts your onward trip. Always does for me.
Enjoyed our stay! Such a great place to stay before our flight. Staff were kind and polite. Food is great too!
The food offered was fresh and delicious. Polite staff and clean environment. Keep it up
Huge Emirates First Class Lounge at Dubai Airport where you will also find something to eat and drink, even if you arrive there late at night, waiting for your connection flight. The sushi and sashimi bar is absolutely recommendable if you like seafood. But there are some more restaurants where you will find a great choice of warm and could dishes as well as some small snacks like salads, sandwiches and so on.
Spectacular! Very comfortable lounge with food and drinks you may choose to soak yourself in wine, lol! meals for vegans as well. The lounge is closer to your boarding gate compared to the distance for those flying economy... wheelchair accessible...in total, you get your moneys worth!
There are different standards of Business Class lounge at Dubai. The main one at the B concourse, despite upgrade, is overcrowded and uncomfortable. The lounge at the A concourse, by contrast, to which this review refers, is spacious (even when full), comfortable and inviting with quiet areas for dozing, quality restaurants with wide selections of food, drink and reading material; a pleasure to while away a couple of hours in and worthy of 5 stars for me. Access to flights from this lounge, is direct. There are still areas unused on a lower level and it is to be hoped that these areas will come back into use as more and more flights leave from the A gates
We flied from Heathrow, just to say that the business class lounge in Heathrow was absolute amazing experience that you should treat your self to it, but coming back the lounge in Dubai was such a mess, different gates had different lounges and not much of breakfast variety considering we left our hotel breakfast for this one instead we were rather disappointed with it. The rest of the Emirates experience was a great A DO AGAIN EXPERIENCE !! 100%
Nothing was too much. I asked for Eggs Benedict. The best ever and the surprise was a slice of Truffle under the Hollandaise sauce. Yummy 🤣
Great lounge. I would recommend checking out the smoking lounge, even as a non smoker. The couches are better, it doesnt smell, and the view whilst lying down sipping a scotch, makes long waits tolerable.
The most amazing Lounge in the world of travellers. The atmosphere is very cozy and friendly.Staff are well advanced customer service satisfaction.
Paris the worlds honeymoon destination. Place is amazing, layovers is not so helpful. Connecting flight experience will be always delay. Not much shopping available. Food is really nice. You have Free WiFi available throughout the airport. Friendly staff at this place. Restrooms are available at the floor zero. Basement is having toilet and drinking water fountain.
Well.. being first class.. I am privileged and the food and the angelic majestic service is excellent. Joking, wasnt there.
Excellent lounge with all the necessary facilities. Fabulous food too. Great for literally lounging around
Perfect in every way. Only Emirates can set such standards and maintain them.
Big area, with multiple options of food and drink. Good to relax before a long flight. Should have bigger offer of magazines. Liked the new healthy food corner.
Great lounge. Middle eastern food is fantastic. Clean, quiet and worth a visit on a stopover
Love the experience as always. Though busy at times, but the food and drinks are fresh and great. A great place to relax and preparing for the next leg of the journey.
The A terminal first class lounge is superb.great to order breakfast lunch or dinner from a menu. The bathrooms are clean .wonderful to freshen up .the other lounges dont come to this standard
Amazing to relax if you are a minimum silver skyward member! Buffet is inclusive with a wide range of options
This lounge is clean and neat but VERY BASIC and the standard of food and other services are very low compared to what we, Emirates Only frequent fliers, have come to expect. Even if it IS ONLY PAKISTAN, Emirates should maintain their standards.... Sad and slightly depressing. Food is really awful! Shame Emirates.... You should not her discriminating from country to country
The Emirates Business Class Lounge On Con course C is expansive with lots of places, including quite places, restaurant, snack bar, business centres with a printer, clean bathrooms and a place to nap (flat bed chairs). Gourmet meals with premium wines and alternative organic meals and juices.
Great lounge loved it. Been twice
The Emirates lounge is an out of the world experience for the elite clas. They treat you very totally and completely satisfied .it is so special that it makes you feel very royal. Ineould love to visit it again and again
Always enjoy flying with Emirates I prefer the lounges in A concourse. Worth a look!
One of the fastest check in i had in a long time. Very professional and courteous staff.
Huge Area.. Well maintained. Good place to rest and dine before your next flight
Excellent facilities. A dining experience worth having. Comfortable surroundings allowing time to relax.
Business lounge in concourse B is usually crowded, this one on concourse A is always quiet.Very nice cigar bar as they call it to enjoy a smoke and some drinks while waiting for your next fly.Even if my flight leaves from B gates, I always go here to have a relaxing time.
Has everything you could want. Showers, spa, food, drinks and shoe shine! Best options for food are at the lower gate numbers, A1, 2, 3, 4. Lots of TVs.
Wow. Should have ample time and then enjoy everything here.
Huge lounge with a lot on offer. The Business class lounge is on top of the first class lounge, the entire length of the terminal. All 3.Fully staffed with English speaking staff. And the good thing is, the quiet lounge does not have a staff. So rest is possible.Toilet attendants.Different food. Bars, smoke rooms.Dining tablesLast boys chairs.TV room.Computer room. And bordong from the lounge.Probably missed few things.A
This lounge is worth going to the airport early. It is massive and has a duty free shop for your last minute impulse buys. There are a number of seperate areas all catering a variety of food and beverages. Flying A380, non stop, from Dubai to Sydney and return.
As usual. SUPERB. Would not fly East with ANY other carrier
Luxurious ambiance, great international food options. The best lounges i have been to. Highly recommended
Whats not to like! 5 star food and drinks in a very relaxed ambiance
Nice ambience, not very crowded, multiple food counters. They stopped offering Glass water bottles, which is why I am sad.
The best lounge to be at, no one is even close from this trust me. You can have an international buffet 24x7, refresh yourself by having a shower or recline on the many available chair/beds. You can throw the kids at the entertainment center where they can play games, or video games. I wish though they cancel the smoking lounge there as the nearby areas started to reek of smoking smell. Shoe shining service comes at a cost. You will exit directly to your plane so no need to hurry, just make sure you locate the gate of your departure early.
