The place and the view are perfect… but the atmosphere and the music ( DJ) are not good enough… the worst thing ever is the shisha we had to pay for it 150+ and the quality so low… very disappointing for such a beautiful pricey spot !!

Well we reserved a table and were told to come early and we were there at 10 pm. When we arrived we were offered the absolute worst 2 spots in the lounge. The table we had was for 7 people and they paired us with a couple as we were a group of 5. I could not smoke my shisha as it went against Municipality’s restrictions for Covid. The reason was that there were 7 on a table. However the other 2 were not even from our party. So technically the management benefited from a full house (they charge per person) even by breaking the law but I (a paying guest) was unable to smoke my shisha and have the full experience I wanted because management wanted to break the law and maximize sales.We were 7 people crammed onto one table and the heat was unbearable.Our evening was completely ruined and I am utterly surprised that such businesses are run this way in a place like Dubai. The service offered was something below one star. Complete waste of time, money and nerves.

I had the worst experience in tbis place i came with my wife i paid 800 after all they didnt serve me the required amount and when i asked foe manger all the staff act manger security name Ibrahim and he refused to give the second name and anotjer guy name nabeel he also refused to give the full name all staff are drunk and no manger i lost my money and my night i tried to complaint every where but they dont care after all no manger avilable just this drunk people and they wabt to hit me in front of family my bill more than 1100 and u will not get the respect poor place no mangment all staff drunk

4 stars cause the place the vibe the food all so good, except one thing, workers at reception and those who show u ur table are moody and not smiling at all, but the servers at ur table are so friendly!And yes Aseel the dj is amazing, he designed everything! Even DJs play great tracks !!!! Unforgettable experience !

The place is arabic night club and over rated prices,and the valet parking asked me for 50 dirhams when arrived..

My new favourite lounge. Everything is amazing the ambience, music, view, food. Only thing I wish they change is the 3 hour limit we can have the table.

Food looks good but the taste isnt worth the price... Good ambience. Some I found weird, in dubai norm, is having to pay for the valet...

The place is excellent but the guy they have answering the phone for reservations is acting like Michele Oun the president of Lebanon. His statements are full of no but you cant not possible call later call again book just a day before coming not possible not available This is exactly the same feed back from my friends who decided not to call and book and go to this nice place because of this guys arrogance. I think the company running this place will be better with out him answering the phone and contaminating this nice brand.

Overpriced and v bad dj!

I must say that I had great experience at this unique arabic lounge . I was visiting from Houston-Texas on a short trip and had no prior-reservation but the team was able to accommodate me nicely. The staff , settings, food, services, and particularly DJ Aseel was Awesome. Great atmosphere with all iraqi and arabic songs . Highly recommended !

Booked this place 4 days before to come in and get told I need to wait as there are no spaces... was given an out of sight table and got promised with a better table shortly after to be ignored.. I waited 3 hours for a table and for time being ordered two shishas only and we said we’ll leave we were asked to pay 400dh for 5 people. Ridiculous and horrible service.

The place is really cool, liked the atmosphere. But unfortunately the staff is not professional... especially the welcoming host, they weren’t helpful and welcoming at all, just standing there giving attitude to the customers and not caring. Asked for a table more than one time and they let us wait for more than one hour and we were seeing people coming after us being given a table just because they were “regular guest”. That’s not fair, don’t think we will come back again.

Mood rooftop lounge is one of my most favourite places in Dubai, it’s a new place but with the amazing atmosphere, service, food and shisha it’s definitely becoming known very fast. I will highly recommend to try this place. And i would also like to thank Elias whom is the manager for making my night even more memorable, he was very helpful at all times.

Fantastic place for a post racing drink. Extraordinary views of the Dubai Skyline and helpful staff. Ahmed from Morocco served us and he was a great advert for the venue.

Rude staff, guy responsible for reservations was very disrespectful

The way the manager treats staff is shocking. Several times throughout the night we witnessed how he stopped waiters and waitresses by grabbing them hard by arms/elbows and shouting something. We could see waiters running around, doing their best. Maybe they should hire more people in this case. Nonetheless, no one has a right to harass staff this way. Very unprofessional and rude. Even the welcoming hosts are not that welcoming.On top of it, all transactions were charged three times. Had to sort everything out with the bank, sending copies of card slips. Unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Elias the manager he is extremely rude and acting like superior and a customers are inferior! What the**** seriously the management should consider to change him is they want this place to succeed! Otherwise it will go under period!.

The manager Nabil is very kind and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him to book our table.

DJ came right from the 80s.. maybe he witnessed up to the early 90s but definitely never heard a song after that... also not the most hospitable place in town

Elias the manager is extremely rude. He grabbed one of our table and put it on the side to accommodate another guests though were not yet finished . We are 5 ladies and end up with one table. And when we asked him , he didnt even apologise. The place was great but the manager screwed everything. Will definitively not coming back to this place.

Bad service, people in charge are not polite on phone we booked till 10:30 they made a mistake and booked us till 10 then did not admit that they made a mistake and kept asking us to leave and kept roaming around us and asking us to leave every two minutes, not recommended.

Booked on google, they called to confirm that it’s 200 min charge per person .... and they will confirm by email... after multiple trials and missed calls they called back ( Denise) and she said it’s 300 AED min change ... in very rude way, well thank you ... reservation is cancelled ..

1- bad attitude from the girls at the reception (with a fake smile) , asking for a minimum spend in case you need a good table with a better view even when the place were empty at 8:00 pm + (Do you have reservation ? No we don’t because it’s early ) , the other sofas weren’t comfortable at all .2- bad Shisha : I thought it would be the best shisha at least comparing to the amount you will pay for it .3- drinks , nothing special.4- Parking : you need to pay at least 50 AED for the economic cheap far parking or you pay 300 AED to park it VIP and some other options of 100 AED parking.5- Music : beginner DJ , nothing special.6- The view : Amazing.* Not a recommend place at all .

They didn’t respect other religions, we went to Mood lounge to have fun with my mother, then they told us you can not go in because your mam wear hejab!! So we paid for taxi am so disappointed!!! The lounge classified people about wearing and hejab is not acceptable in this lounge.Thank you to made us sad !
