The Wonderful Emirates Lounge!By far the best service airline standard are maintained at this lounge.The food variety and regional is huge. Lots of seating capacity.Great selection of drinks and deserts as well.There is a in lounge spa as well offering good servies, prior booking is advisable.All in all a great experience before you fly.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Different dining areas for asian and continental cuisine. talk and round of complete area before deciding. Seperate showers and toilets. Sleeping areas with blankets. Asian cuisine was better, both the areas contained almost 5-6 main dishes. 4-5 desserts and 4-5 salad options. Tables cleaned regularly. Once boarding pass is scanned you can come and go as many times as you want in the area.

The Lounge in Terminal A is amazing. There are 5 different dining areas with different continental cuisine. The have a wide variety of different foods to accommodate almost all people. The washrooms are very clean and they offer you areas to shower. The complementary bag they give you in the plane is great as it has all one may need if they have a long stopover. It was an amazing experience. Emirates sure can make you feel like royalty.

Businesse class loungeOne of the best lounges in the world. This lounge is huge and covers the entire terminal. The showers are perfect to refresh yourself after a long flight. Also the offer of food and drinks leaves nothing to be desired. I am already looking forward to my visit this year in March!

Very nice facilities and staff. This is a travelers haven. Plenty of food, drinks, seats, napping areas, and a very nice and hardworking staff. I wish the others in US and EU were half as nice.

Has very good sofa. You cant view take off. In upper floor, you can sleep. For eating, you will get few fruits, sandwiches, instant noodles.

Flying with emirates i Had layover for 20hours, due to covid19 restrictions its not allowed to book complentary room for long haul travellers. this lounge is operating 24x7 with same menu as smoked chicken sandwich, cheese pickeled sandwich, samosa, muffins of 3 different types,lentil soup,cup noodles, juices water , coffee , tea and fruits such as banana and apple. not a vast variety of food is to be offered, unfortunately due to pandemic. staff is nice. sofas are comfortable to sit but to sleep it provide no facility.overall a nice place to send time. yeah and remember its middle east 3legged plug chargers are needed if you travel with long layover and have lounge facility.

Right now here, Always pleasure to fly with Emirates.Very top service all the way.Just Emirates started service for Indians to transist from dubai airport with all proper documentation, so its all good and safe during this pandemic with all safety measures to fly with Emirates.

Great staff, extremely clean with trash warm food with a decent selection waiting. The only drawback was the price, I was there for about 1 hour and I was charged over $200 which they said they would prorate and refund the difference, I have no clue how they will do this if they didnt know when I checked out... Amex lounge FYI is about 500 a year....

Unbelievable... what a great experience. The whole airport is a place which is well worth an extended transit time with plenty to explore.Business class lounges.. and there are many throughout this massive airport are all exceptional with comfortable seating, food and drink and even special divided quiet areas with loungers where you can relax or sleep in private. Service is exceptional and staff are friendly and very helpful.

Words can’t describe emirates lounge. I mean can my review really even do justice. I had a long stop over and travelling business has its privileges and of them is the access to the emirates lounge when you travel by emirates. These lounges are not lounges, they are an island in themselves. And each gate has one lounge. The hygiene is way beyond par. The food spread at various stations in the lounge. The overall ambience and feel. Dubai surely makes you feel like a kind 👑

As usual from Emirates Airlines, great lounge. Huge 2-floor lounge. Great food of assorted cuisines. Quiet area. Shoe shine place. Mobile charger station is available. Slow net though.

Having been in B lounge before I was excited to try the larger A lounge this time around. I was a little underwhelmed mainly on the lack of a barista. I guess the Australian culture is now quite heavily a coffee drinking one with so many extras and milk options. Lots of seating and different restaurants though.

This is my first time flying business with emirates and they have disappointed me in couple of things ex the food on the plane as it was taste less, i requested for the tea and the crew is so ignorant that they forgot to give it to me. I had a 15 hour stay at the airport so i decided to stay at the business lounge when i bought the ticket i didnt buy the lounge as i had two connecting flights and the stay for no longer than 3 hours but then they kept on changing my second flight and i had no choice left other than buying the lounge ticket. the man at the front desk shared with me we will charge whatever the rate is after every 4 hours so i decided to come later as i couldnt find this info anywhere on the website and when i came back after few hours again to pay then the lady told me well your flight is at 11.45 so i will charge you from 3 till 12. If they have such policy they should mention it on the website so people like me are not wasting time with emirates. I am so glad that i travel with qatar airways and these guys are no where near to them when it comes to please customers. The people at front desk treat you very bad they have no manners.

Good lounge! BUT - not flexible once they have taken your money, I was advised on a ballpark while checking in around 100 USD (one time entry), which turned out to be much higher (my mistake also as I should have converted the charge in AED to my currency to be 100% sure but I went with verbal estimate of a very nice lady at the counter). So later they were unable to shorten the stay or do anything about this, due to charge being non-refundable etc. Well thats unfortunate that this will stay in my memory, because otherwise the facilities etc are decent and operating quite smoothly despite Covid situation..

For someone who never used this service I would have appreciated the staff guidance. When people understand the value of their purchase they tend to come back. Sadly, it was a guessing game for me and my expectations weren’t meet.

The workers there are so nice, and the manager has been very good to me and my daughter. I thank him for his help. We were almost stranded when we got to Dubai from Chennai and have to wait for 18 hours to catch another flight to Accra.

Just came from Emirates lounge London and I think so far is the best Emirates lounge in terms of foods selection, room decors, amenities and the best of all is the ease of boarding my flight inside the lounge.... Here in dubai where the home base of Emirates located I think they need to do a better job than this...

A nice place to relax after a long flight and during transit hours. The staff take good care of us. Its a very cozy experience and nothing over the top in terms of decor but the staff constitute an integral part of the lounge experience.

Some counter staff attitude has worsened over the past year. Disappointing, given the significantly lower passenger numbers they have to cater to.In general, services and seating are restricted at present.Cleanliness levels remain very high.

Its good, however the one near b and a gate is fantastic and means a real emirates lounge...This is also good, however crowded, congested and very limited access to facilities...Its just made to have one more lounge this side, but if someone have time, must visit the b and a gate zone lounge than this one.

The service in the lounge was a disappointment - there was reduced service, reduced personnel, who was not on the friendly side (hail to exceptions). Not sure how it was pre-covid times, but now definitely not worth the money and hype.For instance the KLM lounge in Amsterdam (out of Europe flights) is lovely and way better.

A good lounge, friendly people, lots of quiet places, good food and especially spacious clean toilets. You can even take a shower. Too bad I always have so little transition time.

Very big and open lounge. It was very nice and staff were lovely. But my only problem was that I had to stay 14 hours and spend the night with my 2 little kids. They didnt give me a hotel so the sofa were very uncomfortable to sleep in especially with 2 kids sleeping each by their alone was not suitable.Not happy at all

Nice place to relax during hop in Dubai, if your transit is more than 10hrs though. In T3 near C gate20 . Neat and àmple food. Mushroom tikka became our favourite.

Business class lounges are a lovely treat. This one was fine. Lots of food. Largely lacking in atmosphere. Peculiar view of passageways. There were plenty of papers, but only the right wing ones from the UK. Id go again if the opportunity arises. I cannot afford to travel this way as a rule.

Due covid service is poor. Wish they could have done a little bit better by atleast providing bottled water all the time.

No showers, no place to sleep properly. Meals are okay. Not a good place for long transits.

Great place for a layover. You can enter if youre Emirates flyer silver or above or if you fly business or first class. You are allowed to bring a guest at a price into the lounge if you wish. There are paid services such as spa and massages, but free services that include amazing food bar that serves top shelf alcohols (moet for champange etc), food selection that changes according to the time of the day, as well as a healthy food bar. Showers are also free, they are clean and big and amenities are provided. Free wifi across the lounge. Business rooms (private) and resting areas are also available. Since it takes the whole area above the public airport/terminals itself, the area is huge and you wouldnt need to go back downstairs to access the gates. You can go straight to the lounge. Dubai can surely make you feel like a king/queen.

This Emirates Business Class Lounge at Terminal C is located near gate C9 and is a much smaller lounge compared to what you can find near the B Gates. Nevertheless, its got all the trappings of a typical Emirates Business Class Lounge located at the Dubai Airport complex. If I had a choice I would rest at the Terminal B lounge between my flights for a wider range of food options, a Costa Coffee lounge and the massage facilities.

Well with an 8 hour layover in Dubai’s International Airport (DXB), the Business Class Lounge in Dubai International airport Concourse B, didn’t disappoint the hype. They delivered exceptionally. I noticed that the food in the lounge is much more better than the one served in the free hotel service they offer to customers with a long layover.

Very fancy lonuge. The whole floor is the lounge. Multiple buffet with lots varieties to choose from.

Not as good as the Emirates lounges in A and B, although newly renovated and much better than before. Very busy in the morning, hard to find a place. Service is busy, but due to crowds of travellers not able to keep up with cleaning tables or providing textile towels in the bathroom. Good: Smoking section on first floor, no bothering of non smokers.

Emirates Flates the best airline in the world. Of course, the room is great and everything is taken care of in detail.

Very crowded in daytime. Not enough shower room, need to reserve long queue. Very good that there’s Costa coffee here for complimentary.

The Emirates lounge is one of the most relaxing place after a long journey. I always feel at home in the lounge and they make sure they cater to needs of their customers.

Frequent sanitization of the common use chairs and sofas are needed. Restrooms mist be cleaned and stocked regularly.

Ask excellent place specially for the Emirates passengers on transit. Very good and clean rest rooms. Wish they had a separate section for kids though...

The waiting area for the people that has connection flights, toilets and small amouny of food beverages are available for the passengers

The lounge is not cleaned (sanitized) after a traveller leaves the lounge as it is much needed hygiene practice at the moment and also the lounge is not clean/well maintained. Moreover, they are serving the same refreshments throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Poor wifi coverage. For a traveller like me with 21 hrs layover should be provided with a hotel accommodation instead of asking to sit on the single seater chair/couch for such a longtime, this indicates bad hospitality.

Have all the facilities if you are using the business class lounge

It’s a long walk to the lounge , but it was a good experience!

You can not use some facilities due to Covid such as shower and fitting room.

Quiet, relaxed, comfortable, spacious - everything that the main areas of Dubai International airport is not. Plus good food, snacks and drink (tea and coffee etc.) are all included and if you didnt fly Emirates business class you can enter for a fee of 100 USD per person from 4 hours before your departure time. Whether its value for money depends on how much you value the peace and comfort and how much you eat and drink. It was peace of mind for my wife and I who found our 3hr delayed flight from Brisbane missed our connecting flight to the UK and faced an unexpected 7hr wait in the airport for our next flight. Our 22 month old was free entry with us so the lounge enabled us to keep her entertained far more easily without worrying too much about other people around (it was practically empty between 10-1400hrs local time).

The business lounge continues to vouch for the amazing Emirates services by providing world class customer service. Food is good and staffs are courteous and helpful. They will go over and above to help you out.

For the first time my experience with Emirates very unpleasant 11hours at the Lounge.

I must have been here about 40 times over a 3 year period. And even pre-covid19 one could tell that price savings where occurring. Less choice in food, food not always refilled, less accessories when you take shower or use bathroom. Have to ask for all the kits such as the famous and popular dental kit.

Great lounge with all the necessities: Drinks, Food, Shower.During the busy timings you may need to reserve the shower facility in advance. If you have big layover the chairs are comfortable enough to have a good sleep.Drinks and food are nice and will get a nice variety of options.Even if the lounge access is not complimentary, it is worth the money for a paid access to the lounge. For members you will get the paid access in a lesser price.

The food and beverages are great. The attendants are charming and joyful. You are always home away from home. The only issue one has to observe is that there is no announcements for flights. You may otherwise missed out your flight. Otherwise nothing else to worry about

I was too tired to enjoy everything, but there was good choice of drinks, food, fruits. Many places to sit and rest. Good WiFi.

The lounge is quite okay, but I must say I was a bit underwhelmed after reading all the positive feedbacks here. The buffet has a broad selection and there are a lot of drinks, however the place is really crowded and I was missing a quiet space to sleep. Everything is open and you will never truly relax. They also miss real options to have a short nap, you have to arrange yourself with the seats and some feetrests. On the positive side, there are showers available.

Doesnt get any netter than the service from highly trained multi cultural crew and emirates lounge staff.

Quite a busy business class. Lots of variety in breakfast food options available with different dishes from all over the world (cereal, pancakes, eggs, curry, congee, flat breads, compote etc). Shower facilities were okay with good staff and great big fluffy white towels. Comfortable, but no private rest beds, just rest couches out in the open.

Food selection and quality decent. Friendly staff. But a bit too warm especially in the eating area. Also ADD MORE SHOWER STALLS! You many many long haul flights and having a sufficient number of shower stalls is a must! Considering what you charge for airfare you should be able to easily afford this.

Due to covid 19, nothing in the lounge. It is totally empty.

Quite a bit smaller then the one in the A-Section, but still nice food and drinks. Has a few showers, so if you need a bigger refresh it is possible. Can get a bit crowded and noisy on peak times but still a nice place to wait for boarding your next flight.

Worst experience I ever had! Im a first time flyer with emirates. I booked business class saver ticket from Dubai to Kochi even though they denied the access to lounge service saying that in their system my ticket is special offered ticket and dont have access to lounge. Which indeed in there website its clearly mentioned that business class saver tickets have access to lounge service.Never ever going to travel again with emirates.

Excellent place and wonderful ambience at the airport. Ease of travel, bill boards and courteous staff make your travel easy.The outlets keep on increasing everytime you visit keeps you looking for more. The only thing which I saw missing was the check in kiosk this was in a way very helpful for travellers. Hope that the visionary team of Emirates would have seen some logic behind removing or relocating them. Loved the experience as usual

Great loung to rewind and waite your next flight

Visited the lounge in concourse A on Sunday evening and have now visited all the concourse lounges. Very impressive. The one in C is a bit small but is still better than other international lounges. We took a nice nap so the quiet lounges are very good. You cant stop other clients from snoring though lol. Had a couple of run ins with snoring clients. In A they link straight up with the boarding gates which is super cool and saves you lots of time. The only negative thing was that when we got to the gate the others have boarded and we boarded the plane with some of the zones. Got inside and the overhead cabins were full. So much for priority boarding. The food is brilliant and the staff are very helpful and well mannered.
