Recommended for a date night and night out with friends. The ambiance, food, drinks and music/dance performances were amazing. The place has a modern elegant vibe. The staff were super friendly and tentative. Definitely recommended and I would be happy to visit again. 10/10

Weslodge Salon was recommended by one of my close friends, and it literally passed the vibe check. The atmosphere was amazing and the lighting was so calm, making it ideal for couples and friends.I highly recommend the fish tacos and the southern fried chicken, the dessert menu is also packed with great options.The staff were so nice and attentive especially Mr Majin (not sure how its spelled) who took care of us the whole time. We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Mr Vladimir who was friendly and shared great moments with us.

Had dinner at the 68th floor of the @jwmarriottmarquisdubai , the @weslodgedubai , with stunning views out over the Dubai skyline. Wow!!Wow!!Wow!!We are still not over the fabulous dinner we had at weslodge saloon last week.Located on the 68th floor of JW marriott marquis Dubai ,Its one of the finest dinner spot in Dubai.Been hailing from Canada, Weslodge saloon serves up modern canadian cuisine with the stunning city views.We visited on a wednesday and it was quite lively and busy.Wednesday is ladies night,which includes two complimentary drinks and a 50% discount on main courses etc.They offer some interesting mocktails and we suggest you try their pink sour sour,heaven on earth,simply herbal and Berry Fusion.Drinks are nicely presented and was refreshing.We kick started our dinner with Fish Tacos,Weslodge Chop and Ahi Tuna Tartare.Their fish tacos are to die for.Its a perfect marriage of batter fried seabass,red cabbage,jalapeno,lime and cilantro.It was bursting with flavors.Weslodge chop is basically a fresh salad made of Avocado,goat cheese and dill vinaigrette.Ahi Tuna Tartare was nice with the perfect balance of flavors.For mains we opted for pastrami short ribs and southern fried chicken along with roasted cauliflower and mac and cheese as sides.Short rib was splendid.It was literally melting in our mouth.Southern fried chicken,one of their best seller is made with corn fed chicken and is praise worthy.It was perfectly cooked with the right crisp outside and softness inside.We enjoyed our sides of roasted cauliflower and cheesy mac and cheese rightly flavored with jalapeno.We finished our grand dinner with one of their signature dessert called Death by Chocolate.In brief,weslodge saloon offers stunning city views from 68th Floor,Amazing food,Lovely ambiance and Great Music in a posh atmosphere.Service was exceptional.A special shout out to Ms Riona for taking good care of us throughout our dinner.

Very beautiful place to eat something in high level. The view is amazing. You can see the burj Khalifa. Not to forget the show they give, very spectacular.

The food was great, Christmas day brunch , always a challenge but could not fault, served to the table , quality of food presentation was top notch. Well done to the kitchen and service staff.

Incredible views from this high-rise restaurant. Not a huge selection on the menu, but what you get is fabulous. Comfortable seating and a lovely atmosphere with private booths or the restaurant - great for couples or groups alike!

Fabulous Christmas brunch with friends. All the non veg food was delicious and the portions were just right. The views were fab and the seating was great. Two issues though:1. Even though I know it was busy, was that the service for drinks was pretty slow. We had to ask for our drinks several times before we received them. This happened on more than one occasion.2. I have two vegetarians friends and the food they got for their main was risotto, and ONLY a bowl of risotto. They had to ask for the roast potato and other vegetable trimmings that us non veg guests had as the vegetarian main was not as well thought out as our non veg main.

We were recommended this restaurant by our hotel and we were not disappointed. Great looking restaurant with an excellent vibe. The views are amazing so definitely a restaurant to go if youre looking for something cool and romantic. The staff were super friendly especially our waitress. I had the southern fried chicken with fries and my wife had the lamb chops, both excellent. Dessert and drinks were nice too. We will definitely be going to this restaurant every time we visit Dubai without fail.

Great atmosphere, nice selection of beverages, and killer chicken and steak. Some dishes could be much better, especially given the price bracket. Honestly, this is a great place to take a date for a great time, but dont expect culinary wows.

Came for Canada with friends, was quiet at first then ramped up towards the end of the night, the menu is a mix of Asian and American food fair and a great place to catch up for a dressed up drink. Theres plenty of seating but a reservation is recommended. The drinks were slow to come out when it got crowded so if you know youre drinking more maybe order more than one drink at a time. The scenic view from the top is just amazing and would come back for sure to enjoy a classy drink

We went on Friday night and music was so good . The fried chicken is to die for and the place is pretty classy with good view of the city . The staff is so friendly and gave us good suggestions from the menu. Def. going back .

The place is very beautiful , loved the design beautiful furniture and wonderful views if you get a window table , the bar area was very crowded and alive while other zoons were more quiet , I wish someone asked me when I booked in which zone I wanted to be . The importance of detail is evident in the shining crystal glasses, exhibition of occasional eccentrics (skull wall decor, central spider chandeliers and a giant orchid on a red velour sofa).What you see from the entrance is a long wooden bar with a reflective surface and many tempting tall bar stools. The simple décor is augmented with liqueurs, spirits and incredible bartender, Emilio. Emilio is not so simple either. With a proven record of success in mixology, an award wining cocktail menu and expressive jewellery, he is a real character and an attention magnet. Guests seat at the bar just for a chance to interact. Attracted to charismatic personalities, I couldn’t pass by without a chat and needless to say, I ended up with a cocktail in each hand and a secret recipe for homemade jalapeno jam.Moving from the bar into the dimmed dining zone, I was stunned by the view. The whole of downtown Dubai was right in front of me sparkling in night beauty. The full moon rose over Burj Khalifa, softly reflecting in its mirrored panels. The traffic looked rather fun and easy going, pouring slowly from one street to another and changing colours from white to red as it turned. I was able to see all the way to the horizon and a bit beyond into the darkness of the never-ending sky. It was difficult to overt my gaze from this majestic scene. It was finally Riona who got my attention.Born and raised in South Africa, Riona moved to Dubai a few years ago and is a Weslodge veteran. Apart from detailed knowledge of the dishes, Riona is a confident public speaker and keeps an eagle eye on her guests, ready to cheer with a joke or help with a recommendation. I was lucky to get both. While we studied the sharing menu, Riona suggested the following must-tries: Mediterranean sea bass ceviche with pickled watermelon, deep fried calamari with slices of crispy lemon and spicy chilly, roasted cauliflower with curry leaves resting on a bed of almond paste, and obviously the steak.The food created by head chef Abdi was absolutely exceptional and was accented by fresh and often surprising ingredients. The watermelon in the ceviche was a simple touch that turned the originally Peruvian dish into an unknown delicious mystery. Sliced and deep fried lemon in the calamari made me wonder why it wasn’t an independent plate on its own. The steak, served with zesty green salsa and truffle butter, was all crunchy top and juicy middle. I was so blown away by the taste and the presentation that I insisted on meeting the chef. Luckily he made one of his usual rounds and I barely stopped myself from hugging him.My evening ended up with Death by Chocolate (dessert), paired with a very unique cocktail based on peanut butter infused whiskey. I left full, happy and craving for more.

We had dinner here for a birthday celebration while visiting friends. The servers here are just wonderful. We sat on the lounge area with a view of the city. We enjoyed the view with our delicious drink and food. Must try! The quality of the food and drinks is outstanding and succulent.

Weslodge is very cool! First of all, its on one of the top floors of the tallest hotel in the world, JW Mariott. The decor is chic and tastefully organized. Candles, views, taxidermy and beautiful furniture are highlights of this great room. The ambiance is amazing, great music, beatiful people and amazing attentionate staff. Almost forgot about the food which is amazing as well. Cant beat the charcoal grill and fun menu. A must in Dubai.

Amazing view, dirty windows thow.. We vent a groop of 60 people, and unfortionaly the kitchen was so SLOW that people started to scream at the straff from hunger. Food was good.

The food is really good

Had no expectations and after a long lift ride (it’s really high up folks) we arrived. With EK platinum it was very reasonable and we initially wanted to sit near the main restaurant but as it turned out the non smoking by the kitchen perfect. The food is excellent, shared starters and fillet for main. Given the playful nature of the brunch I didn’t expect the food to be this delicious. Finished off with shared desserts. The starters were the winners for me. Followed by drinks and fun music at the bar. Oh yeah and the view is rather special.

Nice, chill atmosphere. The dj did a great job blasting out the tunes. My group shared a few steaks that were cooked to absolute perfection. Definitely a must have.

Nice view, but in the winter. In the summer you will not see anything because of the heat and humidity. The prices are higher tuan in regular places, but the quality of drinks is good. Food is good and service is nice. In winter is always more busy then in summer. Music depends on the day.

Amazing brunch! DJ did so so well to satisfy the different music tastes and peeps danced...oh, yes they didCame back a year later post-Covid lockdown and the place still has it. The food was amazing, the DJ was playing hits through the ages and the staff was as friendly as before. Will definitely go back

Great views and atmosphere

I discovered this place when I was turned away from 1Oak in the same hotel for being dressed in “sportswear”.Weslodge is so good, ambience is great, the crowd is diverse, as it should be. I made many new friends starting from the elevators to the 68th floor all the way to sharing our table with a friendly party couple. A place for open minded and interesting people. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly and welcoming. We went on a Thursday and the DJ is SO GOOD. The Thursday night music is old school with a healthy mix of old and new and some Afrobeats thrown in. Absolutely LIT. My new Thursday haunt.

Awesome selection of food. Must try the Scorched Wagyu (was so good I ordered it twice), Baja Fish Tacos, Lobster Poutine and Burrata & Tomato. The food was simply yummy so I am sure the other items on the menu will be equally as good. They also have a great selection of tasty cocktails.

Tried really hard to have a good time and failed. The food was average and was made worse by poor service and neglect. I made prearrangements for my husbands birthday with the restaurant and saw the people around us (who arrived after us) get served 2-3 times before we were served once which made us decide not to spend another dime there. I hate pulling the race card but...

This place declined to serve nuts. They do not serve energy drinks. Serving size of starters is terribly small. This is exactly what a restrobar should not be doing especially when they charge what they are charging.
