Staff is not prepared for the guests in advance. Weather is very hot now and I understand that rooftop will have its disadvantages in this weather. Staff was negligent when we complained about the ac not working, nobody bothered however, they started fixing it when other guests arrived and started complaining. Cant even explain the condition of the washroom, so dirty, so unhygienic.

Sky lounge cafe have good selection of alcoholic beverage and snacks, shisha was good but not the perfect, nice atmosphere on top of the hotel.
