Went for the old skool brunch with the girls. Amazing service from reserving the table to the night itself. Danced at our tables, drinks were flowing with the servers remembering our drinks (bonus point for this) and the tunes were amazing 👏 . Great afternoon / evening and definitely be going back!

Stunning view from the 50th floor of Voco Hotel, nice food and drinks. Some of the staff are helpful and friendly. However, considering that we chose their night brunch offer with 4hrs unlimited drinks and food, service was slow and reluctant most of the time when we asked for more food and beverages. We also did not get some of the items on the brunch menu... Good place to check out once but wouldnt go again. Make sure you book a table, they get quite busy as the night goes on.

A wonderful surprise it was to discover this gem of a club. The music is brilliant. Afriobeat, R&B, Hip-hop, pop hits. Live band duo is up to date and add to the atmosphere. Food is well prepared and good value. Went on a Friday with 5 other friends. From the ladies at the door to Amir the main host it was a pleasant experience dealing with them. He did his utmost to accommodate our needs. Waiting staff are polite and efficient. Keep up the good work guys!Will most definitely go again!

One of the best club in DUBAI. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Me and my friends got a reservation for the night but we arrive late and i’m not able to answer the call of the reception, if we will come or not and given our table to the other will its our fault in the first place though cause we run late. But they really did there best to give us a table which we really appreciate and the hostess shes one of a kind, very polite and friendly. Special mention to our server JOSEPH the best server ever you make our evening so so great. since our friend from US came in the city for a visit, he was so happy and enjoy the night. This is the second time visiting this place and both times has been a similar bad experience. Our booking got canceled cause we were running late. Customer service requires that u call the guest to confirm if they will still be making it before canceling it. Even after arriving there, they refused us entry saying our booking was canceled. The hostess and the manager (we supposed) gave us dead faces while categorically telling us we can’t enter cuz they be fully booked. on a Tuesday? Lol. They seemed pleased cause we were profiled at first view that we were there just for the freebies. Well they underrated us and we took our business elsewhere. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN👎 and NOT RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.

Good place and very positive vibe and music however they should ask their security to be more polite and not be rude to their customers. Me and my friends goes for clubbing every week all over dubai but none of the security are so rude and allow us to dance and chill and never come to stop us.In your club case they are just their to stop people dancing which is really annoyed us last night.

Called on monday evening to reserve a table under Recy Wang 7 pax for dinner at 11:30pm (Tuesday)for my birthday party. The ecitement to try out a new place turned to a nightmare!!!!!Although i didnt get any confirmation, prolly the hostess didnt put it through,fast forward my friends get there and the hostess says there is no booking under that name, i mean its not our fault they didnt put in our reservation. Then they say we are late which is true (20mins) but working in hospitality before cancelling any booking, you call the guest for follow up….no one contacted me. Too much excuses from the reception.We requested to be on waiting list or atleast a table for 4 but you could already tell they didnt want us there, very disrespectful judging people by their looks or whatever reasons 👎🏽.Thats My first and last time coming there.

So unprofessional, they cancel a booking without calling the guest to confirm if they are still coming or not . Second time we are visiting the place and still very disappointed for a second time. The Ultimate Nightlife Lounging Experience? Well, dont be fooled!By far, the worst place weve been to. We booked a table with a city view for 6 people for a birthday celebration and we were given a table that can only fit up to 4 on the corner. I mean there are so many vacant tables which they said are already reserved even for almost 1 hour. The food we ordered cant even fit and were kinda squeezed in a small area. Pizzas are salty also!What a bad service even we insisted to switch to other.And the worst is ----- the manager and some staffs are obviously racists! They looked from head to toe before we enter which is really disrespectful and made us feel that we were not welcomed.As written in their website, they have a great service which is the OPPOSITE! They absolutely have unexceptional unfriendly and unhospitable staff with no welcoming smiles for a worst experience.Never ever coming back here! Thanks but no thanks!

Music was good. Everything else was mediocre or worse. The food was average. Service was extremely slow. For a 350 brunch we had to wait 20-30mins between each watered down drink, which was mostly juice. We asked to be warned before the next course comes however after the starters we didn’t get any more food until 18:50. Tissues were scarce. Ashtrays were not emptied.Manager was friendly and tried to appease us with a late drinks order at 18:55 (brunch ends at 7pm) but for me it’s too little too late not to mention already part of the package we already paid for. Looking at other 1 Star reviews I understand them well. I won’t be coming back. Still not as bad as Mamazonia but for 350 I expect a much better level of service and quality of drinks.

As based in Abu Dhbai, its my first time in the lounge and the experience is perfectly awesome!! Good food and they have promotions depending on what day you will come. Staffs were accomodating and the service is pleasant. Extra thanks to one of their crew member named Ralph for being professional on serving us. Definitely coming back when I’m in the city.

I’ve never written a bad review about anywhere in Dubai but o lounge pushed my limit. At the entrance they told me that my friends can get in for free but one of us has to pay because they said I wrote a bad review about them before.. when I had never once written a bad review about them so they clearly mistook me for someone else. How unprofessional. Yet they had the audacity to take videos and photos of us to use them on their Instagram without permission because the place was half empty with no vibe. We then sat down I had a request about the food to manager. Instead of being helpful in anyway he spoke over me and told me to sit back down very rudely even though I very nice. I was genuinely in shock how someone could be so rude especially a manager. I tried to speak to another staff member for help they said they can sort it but would walk off and never come back. I have been to much better lounges in Dubai. This has lounge has been my only bad experience. Usually staff in every other place I’ve been to have been much friendlier and more helpful. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time!

Stunning hidden gem with spaced out tables .. the service and ambience was amazing .. attention to detail even like the iPad you get to check the menu and with pictures 🙌🏻.. 1 star for the music/DJ and another for the view. Service was very very slow (waiting 15-20mins for a round at brunch). Poor attitude from our waiter (short filipino guy). Drinks are weak / watered down and some food was served cold. Would not recommend brunch here.

Been here a couple of times and I must say., this place is ace! They know how to satisfy their clients. Their menu has lots of variety and (food) is definitely my favourite! It’s always perfectly cooked & undeniably flavoursome!

Me and my friends went for brunch in O Lounge located Voco Hotel DXB and really had a great time!!! Food have wonderful selection and drinks too. The stuff are attentive and take care of all we need specially waitress named Sanaa. The ambiance is cool with wonderful view of Shk zayed. I can say its a must try Top Brunch in DXB to have fun ❤️❤️❤️
