Great location, Nice vibes. The food and drinks were really nice on Ladies Night but the service could be a tad better. Although our wait staff were trying their best some more formal training would be needed to change it to a 5 star. Another point is the coolers, not enough coolers and some were not coolers, just air. The rooftop is very beautiful and very worth it but the heat and humidity of Dubai made it a bit uncomfortable.

This is a happening place! Superb ambiance! Delicious food and best view in Dubai Marina. Great choice of indoor and outdoor seats. They serve shisha as well which is great making it all under one roof. The staff made sure we were having the best time in the course of our dinner and not forgetting the people behind the scenes. Food quality, presentation and portions are exquisite. Recommended for a special occasion birthday, date, anniversary, night out and be sure the venue can be turned into a classy event for your group bookings!!

Most people come here for the secret rooftop bar (not so secret) but the restaurant is an absolute gem and should be on everyone’s list! The food is top notch and they usually do a good set menu deal. The ladies night is 3 courses with 5 drinks for 159 AED - a steal!Get a table on the outside terrace for some of the best views in the marina.

Ambience:The interior of the restaurant is very charming , classic and spacious. The stairs that connect the restaurant to the lounge is a great spot for a nice photo. The outdoor balcony has a spectacular view of the marina and when you sit out, you just don’t want the night to end with all those dazzling lights and water view.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Food:Delicious with a great presentation. The food not only was very tasty and pleasant but it was also served at the right temperature. The chocolate fondant was just a piece of art, the temperature of it was just right , it wasn’t too liquid or too hard, everything about it was perfection. I had one of the best French fries in this place. Even though it seems an easy dish but the size of each fries and the temperature it is served makes a huge difference in the taste and in this case it was just to the point! Excellent location, unbelievably delicious food and really nice, courteous and attentive staff. We met Laura (who according to my wife, was wearing a gorgeous dress), Ibrahim, Vinnie (such a sweet girl who looked after us so well) and of course Anna (Anastasia from Walt Disney) who served us wine (whenever the glasses were empty!) all were so great. I wanted to have dinner in a rooftop so I went to this Restaurant. I ordered room temperature water, pineapple juice, vegan dumplings and a salad. Food was ok, service was very polite and the 40 degrees Celsius outside felt great! (You can opt to have AC if you want). Price is right, unless you want to drink alcohol that it is very expensive (I would say everywhere in Dubai). I would like to go again because of the privacy and intimate ambiance and the view to the Marina.

Hostesses could have been more polite while asking for our age (because of legal drinking age being 21). Moreover, checking us up and down, especially the kind of jewelry we were wearing gives a terrible first impression and it was not discreet what so ever. The food is average and so is the service. We were clearly not given the same attention as other tables. Overall, I do not recommend.

One of my favorite places in Dubai with a great ambience and vibes. The view from the roof lounge is incredibly stunning, with views of Dubai Marina pier and beach.The dining area in the lower floor is rather posh and elegant , while the roof top lounge is classy and more with a night club ambience.The food was also very good and tasty.

We had our team victory dinner party at this fine restaurant, it was so classy/elegant... The ambiance was elegant, cozy. The staff were were sweet and friendly. If you dine to this place, I suggest you go by this time(winter/spring) and dine outside the veranda.. the view is stunning and relaxing while youre having a great dinner. The food was excellent. I love the shrimp and beef (I forgot the name 😁) honestly, it was my first time to dine in a fine gourmet restaurant here in UAE. It was unforgettable experience for most of us😊 hopefully next time I could dine here again😁 coz the price is really high.

Nice and relaxed, although we didnt eat, the wine list was very extensive and the atmosphere was good, down one level. On the restaurant level the music is more subdued and there is more likelihood you will get a table on a busy night without a reservation. Service was attentive and friendly.

Simply amazing. Went there on a Thursday and my God, the place is even better than I was led to believe. The rooftop view is a must see, it is gorgeous up there. The happy hour drinks were cheap (You wouldnt think it was Marina from the prices), They have billiards and snooker tables that are free to play most nights. I look forward to trying their food because their canapés were delicious.

Went for ladies night on Friday night. Service was good at start but as night went on became very poor. Wine was barely drinkable and the last glass we had tasted off. Waited about 25 mins for a drink and had to go to bar to reorder it with no apology. I appreciate we were dining on a deal but still feel like we were treated like not as important as other customers. It was busy but definitely not enough to warrant poor service. Wouldnt return.

They said restaurant is open until 3 am. so we went there at 12, but staff were not welcoming at all, food was nice but due to their bad behavior the made us feel uncomfortable & we didnt enjoy our dinner

I loved the location of this restaurant. It had such a great Saturday sundowners drinks package with food so myself and my boyfriend booked. It was SO DISAPPOINTING!! The food was a very limited selection of fried food (mostly) and the deserts were defrosted and served with some jam. The reception area also stank of sewage so it was a bit off putting when you first arrive and then exit! Overall the experience was really disappointing- I wouldn’t return to this restaurant, go somewhere else!

Nice cozy ambience... coupled with good foods... take outdoor sitting g and enjoy the Dubai Marina view while having your dinner. The food is tasty and well cooked. The stake was nicely cooked to perfection and my better half didnt complain about the smell from her cod fish dish.... highly recommended.

From the hostess to the manager, everyone lacks customer service. After having a lovely dinner experience, we decided to go to Atelier for some drinks. But we didnt feel welcoming at all. The hostess Senia carried very rude attitude.As the only waiter we could see on the floor was serving other table, we asked the security guard to call one of the hostesses standing at the hostess desk. Senia came towards us and without saying a word went to the busy waiter. Then she came back to us and started asking if we would like to order. The attitude wasnt friendly at all. When asked for her name, she asked us if we would like to order. When asked where is she from, she said she is from the same planet. All the conversation was in a rudemanner. We asked to call the manager. The reception manager, Victoria came forward and my friend was narrating the situation and she kept protecting Senia by saying that taking order is not her job. Victoria stood and left from the middle of the conversation. And sent the General Manager who sat with us and listened to the whole conversation. We didnt wanted anything for free but we didnt wanted to have anymore drinks as the damage wasdone. We finished our drink, paid the bill and left from there to other place for a drink. Not going there anymore and is notrecommended if you want to end your evening with a smile.

Dont know what to say.....disappointing. Not terrible but super ordinary food. Other aspects such as decor, location etc are fine....but very forgettable food. Incidentally this is the first time I have ever posted a 2 star review.

The service upon reaching the bar was not great. All waitresses were very nice but the greeting from the desk by the 2 woman on the door was very poor and similarly lacking in professionalism on the way out too.

After an amazing night in Asia Asia, we went up to Atelier. Coldly greeted by hostess Ksenia - sad excuse of a hostess, she was not social, didnt know how to keep a conversation and didnt welcome friendly and was lazy to take our drink request, she rudely rushed to disturb the Nice waiter Ibrahim who was busy serving other guests so that he takes the order. Asked to speak to the manager and Victoria (reception manager) comes along with NO Problem solving skills and has an attitude to 5 of us. Says oh our hostess used to be a waitress and now promoted to hostess so she CAN NOT take orders and needs to stand by the door always. As Victoria couldnt handle and take the feedback of 3 hospitality mangers at our table, she just stood up and walked away saying I will call someone else. LOL manager eh? Stick to reception! Anyways While we were there this Ksenia left the door a number of times and at one moment while speaking to another manager this Ksenia wasnt even at the door for more than 10min. The place wasnt busy, and customer service should always come first, if this lazy rude hostess cant even assist her hard working colleagues yet she has the experience of waiting, she is no assest to the team!The best and wonderful service and social skills came from the lovely Supervisor Alla. She should be manager here and teach that Ksenia and Victoria what customer service is and how to be friendly and social. Thank you Alla!

Went here because it was recommend on most rooftop-bar lists that you find on the internet. Me and my girlfriend expected to find an exclusive location to have a nice evening.The interior design of the bar stands up to expectations, unfortunately the costly drinks and shisha does notWe tried 4 different cocktails, all of them were a disappointment. The shisha could only be smoked for about 10 minutes. Cheap charcoal and not very well tasting tobacco was being used here.In total it was a disappointment and we would NOT recommend visiting this bar. Spend your time and money somewhere else.

Nice lounge decor but let down by poor quality food and drinks at high prices for what you get even at happy hour. Happy hour draught beer is only 400ml (0.7 pint). Our guacamole nachos came with little guac, and mostly broken bits like someone sat on a bag of low cost supermarket nachos. Sliders were quite good, but at 89aed they need to be. Cargo a better call...

Atelier M is an upscale restaurant in the Pier 7 complex of restaurants in Dubai’s Marina neighborhood. As Dubai eateries go, its vibe is relatively calm. There’s terrace seating with pleasant views. The endive salad was pretty good except for a bacon like meat like should have been crunchy but felt soggy. The asparagus starter was creamy and subtle. The roasted chicken was nicely done with a special gravy and tasty mushrooms. The beef bolognese was good but a little ho hum. The Sangiovese smelled good and was quaffable, the Malbec a little flabby.

Its a nice place for dinner i like their menu. You can even enjoy ladies night on fridays.

Salmon and ambience was fine but lamb shank was no good. I would just prefer here because of good view.

Its an excellent fine dining option in Dubai Marina.The service was great, with funny entertaining waiter.The food was original, tasty and delicious.Only thing we didnt like was the white egg drink. The egg smell was too strong, not enough vanilla.The terrace view is stunning, with a beautiful view on the marina.Table are spacious and comfortable.The restaurant is located in Pier 7. Its easy to park at the Dubai Marina mall by the dome parking area and then walk to the Pier 7 tower, there is a passage and its about 5mins walkVery convenient.I would recommend it !

The best place to dine in! specially when you wanted to make impression of your visitor who is visiting Dubai for the first time. The food are all delectable, the place is awesome with the fantastic Marina/Yatch view! Our new CEO from US is very pleased at this place.

It was really far away below expectations starting by shisha is very hot which is very weird and the desert was too small like samples and not tasty at all & drinks served hot not even room temp,I am not recommending this place at all.Bad experience

Didnt pick up the phone when we called ten times in 1 hour intervals with the different phone numbers mentioned on google. So we booked it online via Google. Once we reached they said that our reservation hadnt been verified by them and that they were fully booked. After showing the confirmation email and altercations ultimately we couldnt get in due to the fact that there were no seats available and that 2 out of the 5 members of our party were underage (we were unaware due to be the fact that it was just not mentioned on the website and they didnt pick up our call). Later they cancelled our reservation. Furthermore, one member on our party was disabled (wheelchair) and so we had trouble manouvering her around to no avail. Yes, the one that was supposedly not verified. In insult to injury, we had to spend new years making a sandwich with spare ingredients which were a day old.

The end of the year’s dinner was a kind of joke of bad taste.- Reservation: we booked a table for five (my wife, my three daughters and myself) on the terrace but they gave us a table inside. The confirmation was ok by Google but they said they dont confirm that way, so it was “pending” on their system. We tried to call the days before but the phone number in Google was wrong, they updated it on Instagram, the waiter said. Hard to understand.- the food. It took more than !one hour! since we finished the starters until they brought the main course,; considering it was a closed menu, it’s completely ridiculous. The food could not get a five on ten considering the price (around 650 aed per person)- the service. One of the waiters was quite polite, but some of them were drinking (I understand it’s new years eve, but if you want to get drunk, don’t work) so the restaurant wasn’t working as it should.- the tip. When we were leaving, one of the waiters, drunk and without mask!! was trying to flirt with my forteen years old daughter, who told me a man was disturbing her, so i had to tell him to put the mask and leave. He answered he had a negative pcr two weeks ago...unbelievable. Not an experience anyone expect when booking a new year’s dinner.We had the new years dinner included in the hotel but we chose the Atelier as we thought it will be a good experience. Great mistake.

It was excellent experience to dine at Atelier on Tuesday, their ladies night offer is very good: value for money, food is delicious, but what impressed us the most was Ksenias service. The lady on the front desk said its ladys night so minimum charge is 100 and u get 3 free drinks, we said ok, ordered three drinks, only when the bill came we knew that free drinks means very few udesirable options and we paid much more, second thing the cocktails almost with no alcohol its just juice, the beer had more alcohol than it, i felt scammed

Came here 3 times in the past 3 weeks however last night was terrible.. they left us in the Bar Area and said they will let us know when a table is available upstairs we ordered starters in the mean time until our table is ready we asked for a menu 5 times after a long wait finally got a menu to order starters 1 hour later our chips and shrimp still didn’t arrive and we also asked multiple times for a menu again to order our mains they still did not even bring us one.. they said the chef forgot to make our starters in the end we spent an hour and a half here starved having no dinner which is what we came for as it’s getting late we never even got a table for dinner upstairs which they told us to wait for we were waiting for an imaginary table and imaginary starters for an hour absolutely terrible service and poor handling. In the end when we got our starters after an hour it was rushed and made all wrong so I could not even eat it so this entire thing was a waste of time we were charged for our sprite which was a joke as we waited an hour and a half for starters and a menu to order dinner and had they had the nerve to charge us for a sprite after not giving us a table and not bringing our food and we still never got to order mains we asked 4 different staff for a menu to order mains we will no longer be recommending our friends here as we had bought a lot of different friends here the first 3 times. We asked to speak to the manager before leaving they kept saying they will bring the manager and for us to wait, the night is getting later we are still without food and now waiting even more for a manager in the end the manager didn’t even come and no explanation as to why and we waited for no reason. 2 hours doing nothing left at 1 am with no food and we had no where else to go for dinner that evening ruined our night really unprofessional and charged us for sprite after ruining everything and bringing us 0 for 2 hours disgusting behavior

The place itself is a great spot, in the evenings the views are really beautiful. Food, there are better places, but still not too bad. Front staff, good and attentive. You will ask why two stars? Well bartenders at the top floor I think should change an attitude. Last night an arrogant bartender served me and my friends. I ordered two cocktails and two beers, he served the beers first and then started preping the mixed beverages, of course he had the time to charge me in between but no time to deliver the drinks to the table. He explained to me later that he did not know where I was, while the cocktails were standing in the bar for 15 min, of course he did not see anything wrong with it and served them anyway to us. With a smile on his face like he won a medal or something. There is really a lot of places in Dubai, and customers can pick and choose where they go, if they choose not to go to that place it will simply close down, and this will be the case if the attitude of the bartender will not change.

RUN FOR THE HILLS! Ruined our anniversary dinner.Menu is currently let’s say 20% of items from their normal menu. Understandable! But they should tell you. THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ENTERTAINER! And understandable. So we pushed back our anniversary dinner a week, our first time out in months and probably our last time out in months. No mention at that point of a VERY limited menu and no use of entertainer.A week later I called to make the reservation, told them it’s our first anniversary. No mention at that point of a VERY limited menu and no use of entertainer.We arrive. Super disappointed to see the menu but we decided to stay. We were discussing how they really should have told us beforehand about the menu and instead we could have made a reservation next week or something when they have stock again. And then my husband says hm wait if they wouldn’t tell us about the menu then what if they’re not taking entertainer (considering what we are ordering isn’t at all what we actually wanted). I thought - no surely not. Double checked the app and they’re on the entertainer. But my husband asked the waitress, who didn’t know and asked the manager, who said no entertainer anymore.So so disappointed. Everything is understandable, we are perfectly reasonable people. But hiding these details is really unacceptable. Obviously we won’t be back.

One of the waiters cleared full glass of wine while we were playing billiard. Upon questioning 2 waiters they told us they would check, we waited till the venue was closed, none of them got back to us. Asian supervisor who came to talk to us after closure , told us he would give us money back from his pocket , which was absolutely not professional approach.Later bar manager offered welcome drink for next visit.For sure not going back and not suggesting this place for those who value their time or dignity , it’s not worth it. The staff treat you as if you don’t remember what did you order and without any respect.

Service was a little slow to start & it took a while to be attended to. We asked if we could be moved as we were right in front of the live band and unable to have a conversation. We moved to a quieter table and the rest of the afternoon was amazing. We had a very attentive waiter who served some great food and drinks. I would highly recommend the Feathers & Pearls brunch and it was great value for money. All dishes were well cooked and presented beautifully, and the cocktails were spot on!

This place is known for five star services and best dine in quality, they have 3 floors, one is restaurant where you can enjoy some quality food, then they have lounge where you can party/dance/dj and also they have billiards table well maintained.Atelier M has a roof top area with amazing marina/lake views, honestly thats the best place to sit chat or a date in cool evenings.

Nice place lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Not at all snooty and very welcoming. The Eastern European maitre d was especially nice. Steak wasnt bad lobster was a bit fishy. Tuna tartare appetizer was amazing and the kids Mac n cheese was also really good. All in all it was a really fun night, thanks to the staff. Thanks again!

Excellent venue, very relaxed and great atmosphere!

We went Friday night , they have ladies night that evening. Was full lounge around 12 pm, good atmosphere. Music was afro beats and I love it. Upstairs they have open roof bar with some relaxed ambient and light house music.

Enjoyed an evening with Group of Friends and negotiated a deal for 2 drinks and snacks plus the hiring of the Billiard Table all for AED 100 per person. Amazing fun and the music makes it all the more enjoyable... its going to be a regular monthly event for us.. try it...

Location is great. Food was very good and service in general was excellent except for one blip - the waiter (think he may have been the supervisor) cleared plates as individuals finished their food - he didnt wait for everyone to finish the course. That works for buffet service but not fine dining. Wine choice was good although there could be a few more bottles at the lower price range.In general, well worth a visit.

Nice view with bad food. Brought me over-salted veggy noodles,then changed it in 5 min but the taste was like they washed with water and added tomato sause,disgusting. Lemon tart was not a tart at all.And in general,there is no concept in the food. Its better to cook few tasty dishes with standard recepies rather then to pretend to be a high end kitchen.
