We visited this lounge/cafe last night. It was a quaint location at Holiday Inn Hotel terrace. Its a nice place with Gazebo setups and open seating. Shisha is very nice. You can contact Mr.Moustafa for your Shisha requirements as he calls himself the Shisha doctor and he truly is. He will ensure he would give serve you the best Shisha and give recommendations. Overall the ambience was very chilled out. Crowd was good, you can get a nice view of the Sheikh Zayed Road too. Nice Shisha hangout to visit.

Dead atmosphere, no vibe, no music. Not even a tea/coffee menu available. Very slow service even when it’s not busy. The view of Burj al Arab is only partial, don’t be fooled by the pictures. You walk past the gym on the way to the entrance to Xennya, slightly awkward as you will see people working out from the glass windows. Else than that very average shisha, nothing too special.

Breath-taking views of Sheikh Zayed Road, the Burj and Arab and Downtown. We had a company event there on December 2020, and the service was top notch —attentive, cordial, and eager to help. Vividly remember the curry; it was as if someone’s mom had cooked it for us.

Was there for our team meet! Great location, great food. I requested a song and DJ played it instantly. I was surprised. He showed me his collection and I’m amazed. Shisha was just awesome. Went to Xennya for my husband bday with a group of friends. We had a blast. Dj, Food, ambience, staff everything was amazing.

The manager, Roberto, who was looking after me up until the New Years event was amazing. The view was great but the event and service on new years night was very disorganised. We were kept waiting outside until 10.45pm even though our package was to start at 10pm. The table service was pretty much non-existent. If we got a chance to order a drink the order would come back wrong. The food selection at the buffet was pretty good though.

Very nice place good shisha and amazing ambience, staff are very friendly, asma in particular was really attentive and welcoming. Definitely reccomend this place

Shisha was really good imo, the view was stunning and the staff were okay, I definitely wouldnt say they went the extra mile but the coals were replaced regularly and we were served in good time! To improve though Id say put aircon machines around the roof to make it cooler for tourists

Shisha is so good .. the issue is that its open place and in summer its soo hot .. this place in winter is very good .. they need to make closed one

This is a great place with nice ambiance and views around Sheikh Zayed Road. The food is amazing but I was a bit disappointed with Sheesha which needs improvement. I would update this rating to 5 once I visit again and find that Sheesha has improved. Also, they have massive discounts on EmiratesNBD and ample of parking in the basement. Highly recommended.
