Instagram: @makram.radwan, It’s a nice rooftop in Four seasons in DIFC, an area stuffed with hotels and restaurants, I enjoy being there first of all because of Churchill lounge right above where you can easily grab a cigar, and of course for the good vibes Luna has in the outdoor area. The drink are good, and the food I had was delicious, I had a veggie burger and the taste was really good. Most of the times we end up smoking our cigars in Luna especially when the weather is good.

The view is amazing!Atmosphere is very nice.Food is amazing.We ordered Truffle pizza, porcino ravioli, burger and beef sliders. Everything is amazing!

Wide variety of drinks, also have nice food menu. We have been in hot season so we didnt have chance to try the outdoor atmosphere, indoor wise its nice. The difference in temperature between indoor and outdoor is quite a lot so the windows became very foggy 🤣 could be romantic though. Staffs are super nice and polite.

View is stunning. Terrace has very chilled vibe. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Great quality with great prices.

I booked online for a special evening and was called 2 hours prior to the reservation to tell me rudely that my reservation cannot be accepted because theyre fully booked. No offer for alternative times or dates, apologies or any care shown that we had everything scheduled and arranged as per their online confirmation of the reservation. I assume service in the restaurant is the same, glad we get to reserve elsewhere tonight!

Not the best place for dinner (limited menu, small portions ) but for drinks snacks and shisha its really good idea . I would advice you to visit with reservation if its weekend. Looks like it gets crowded after 10 PM.

It was Monday evening, me and my wife went to the Luna Sky bar without reservation. The hostess refused to give us a table outdoors even though there are plenty seats. After giving a tip she agreed to give us a seat outdoor. Expensive place and not worth to spend money there. Horrible music

The one star is only because of the service and the rules which you only have 2 hours and after that they ask you to leave, what kind of respect is that.

One of the best lounges in Dubai to chill out with friends at night time. They have indoor and outdoor tables with magnificent view on DIFC towers and area. They served shisha too and have wide range of drinks. Staff too friendly and professional. They have also live music in some nights

We travel 25+ countries in average as Marriott titanium members and to say the front of staff was rude was an under statement being late due to traffic for 10-15minutes is normally acceptable when you state 20minutes as a cut off we were 17 mins late and lied too by saying they had called us twice - no missed calls on our phone! giving us indoor seats on a rooftop with 5 tables free outside?? Except for the service by the waitress and the bar man there is nothing Four Seasons about this roof top bar.

Havent been out much since the lockdown - being at the terrace of Luna Sky Bar with a girl friend was a definitely a treat. The view of glittering Dubai high rises at night was mesmerizing. Loved what we had - spicy shrimp fritters and cheese platter with Moscow Mule. Covid precautions were in place. It will be one of Dubai night-outs to remember in years to come.

This place has the worst service ever their is a guy on the door ruudeee we had a reservation since one week but he didnt let us in cuz we weren’t “smart casual” we were wearing actually smart and casual but because we had no heels and makeup he didnt let us in am shocked of his way of talking down to us am never going back there dont recommend it they are very judgmental cuz we were girls trying to have a drink and we didnt want to grab any attention

Hostess need to smile at least when they’re at work, not like they own a place and be a bit down to earth. When the staff is arrogant it simply ruins the vibe or any will of coming back again.As for food, the options are limited. But the view in the outside atmosphere is everything! Especially during the winter season!

The places a good views on the terrace. Good selections of finger food. Smoking is permitted inside and shisha served on the terrace

Roof top bar with views from the DIFC to the surrounding areas. Good place to chill out and relax. Great service from team providing drinks and food. I recommend reserving a table in advance to avoid waiting or only ending up with standing room only. The sushi is a great sharing plate.

Went all the way to this bar on Saturday evening for their advertised aperitivo deal and their staff said that they don’t offer this deal on Saturday. Then why do you guys advertise it on your one website. Such a fraud!!!!

My friends and I came to luna for a chilled night out on. We had a very nice time especially because Elvira our waitress made sure we have absolutely everything we need. She was so attentive and sweet we could not have asked for anything better.

Good place to sit, very good view- even we got in group of 4 a big table - sofa couch. Why just one star? If you charge 1200 AED for small bites, few drinks - so be it - no problem- but be customer oriented and friendly!!! Plus: The food was just normal, nothing good

I dont care how great the view is if the place ace has a Horrible management! If you want to be treated like dirt then go there! Its very cheap attitude specially the manager who was on duty on Friday 9th of march i dont know his name unfortunately may be Alex or Max or s.th like that . But he thought he own the place and own you! do he get to treat the customers the way he like which is despicable! Same customers like me who worked hard all week and finally i have 1 day to go out and relax and enjoy to be recieved by this non educated non professional arrogant manager and spoil the night for me by profiling me in very stupid way! Those. Customers are the reason you get salary you horrible person and if they came to your lousy place is to be recieved with anice welcome great manner and a f***** smile! No body want to see your ugly persona! U have issues leave it at home! Dont forget its Dubai theres new place open every day. If you dont know how to respect your customer and please them. You will be empty sooner than you thinkl! Un accepted management behaviour for supposedly fine lounge! Well ive been their i can assure you notching is fine about this place! I DONT RECOMMENDS!

Every time I go there they inform me on reception that they are full, and they can give me place in cigar bar or outside if it’s summer. When I enter the place, I see 2 Emirati guys on a sofa and a couple of people next to the bar( on a weekend)!!! So I go down to Roberto’s/Zuma/lpm/Gaya with apologies that apparently the place is too much crowded for me, and guess what- I see 10 people on reception shouting and swearing to get in. I think I’m not smart enough to understand the policy of the place.

My first place was to come here on February when I moved to Difc. Happy to find this place to make me forget my loneliness and allow me to dance like a club. Continued coming afterwards especially I saw do playing. He is super cool and has good taste then I took my friends here just to kill time before flight but yeah it is a memory and we are made of memories. If we deny them then we wont be existing.

Food poisoning. I ordered the claimary shrimp tempura and short ribs. The atmosphere and setting is great. But I wished I had not ordered food.

Horrible management! I called to book, they took the reservation and when I went there fully booked sorry, even if I show them the call and all the proofs. Every time I call fully booked! Great ambiance, service and food options

The vibe here was great. Complimentary wine for the ladies on Wednesdays. Staff was very fun to converse with.

Service was good . But horrible welcome experience. Ladies at the entrance are rude and arrogante . Not Four Seasons style. Never again !! There are many good options in DIFC .

The dj did a great job playing tracks that are well mixed and at the right volume, which was great for having conversations without having to shout all while still being able to enjoy the chill background music

They treat people different based on their race. They have double standards. It was very unpleasant. I wont recommend it to anyone I know.
