Decent vibes but the service at the table was lacking. The waiter seemed bothered to have to be there. The drink pour was also shamefully small. This pic is of the drink without me drinking any. The views are nice but that’s about all this place has going for it.

Great lounge, very good shisha, nice rooftop views. The location is nice too at the Hyatt a Regency Dubai Creek hotel. The russian speaking hostess lady is very nice too. But the shisha guy and a waiter/manager almost openly demanded/hinted about tips… I would love to leave tips when I don’t get pressured… Otherwise it become very uncomfortable.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, An amazing bar located on top of Hyatt Regency. This beautiful and luxurious penthouse is the place to be. Fascinating interior, from the bar section to the indoor seating area and the lounge at the bottom of the place with the couches, pool table and amazing set up. The outdoor seating area is something else, you almost have a 360 degrees view from the top. The cocktails were good and the vibes as well.

Nice environment, but staff need managed properly. I went In the bar called Eve, i complained that the beer was flat, manager was not happy. Asked me what i wanted to do? i said to change to another brand, all he did was pour the same beer into another brands glass and serve again, believing i would not notice! Shocking service and attitude for a very nice hotel, will not be back to either the bar or hotel due to this experience, what training levels, do these people go through!

Nice place to chill with your friends

I’ve been to the finest restaurants in Dubai but this place decided not to even allow me to enter because I was wearing shorts. The weather was unbearably hot and not allowing shorts in such a place is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for that and I’m not coming again. Apparently dress code is more important than the money I’m spending.

The shisha was good but over priced (AED150), it wasnt as per the price.The staff there was not very welcoming, they were behaving quite rude. I understand its a fine dining place but it doesnt mean the staff has to be strict. The cosmopolitan drink was pathetic, I hated it, I wouldnt suggest anyone to try it.

The best part is the view . Period. Its a decent place in this part of the town if you are looking for a shisha Lounge with good variety of cocktails, bear in mind that it is on the higher side. The best time to be there is during sunset.

Eve is one of my favourite places in Dubai and has been since day one! It hosts an extremely friendly staff, delicious food and amazing handcrafted cocktails. The menu is small and concise, but well thought out. If youre unsure of what to order the staff can offer recommendations based on your preferred tastes; and with this you can never go wrong. The views are some of the best in Dubai, with a full skyline view, including both the Dubai Frame and the Burj Khalifa, from both inside (floor to ceiling windows) and the patio. It is great for sunset. The interior is quite lush and eclectic as it boasts in funky wallpaper and plants. Modern and very charming. A hidden gem in many aspects!

Its a very nice place, the food is not that good but you can enjoy of a very nice view of the city, the terrace is great. Be careful sometimes they dont have the terrace open, so you cannot enjoy as much as when it is open. And a lot of people smokes inside. The food is expensive and not good quality, but drinks wise is really nice eventho expensive aswell.

The place was super busy. The staff was very attentive.The nachos didnt seem what they should be.Moderatley priced.You will end up spending 200 give or take per head.Dont sit near the bar lighting is really really bad. Anywhere else its decent to get good pictures.You can go out to take pictures of the View. But keep in mind need to keep mask on. When outside.

Located in Hyatt Recency, Eve penthouse is a perfect place if you love sheesha and some nice cozy vibes. Amazing music, good food, nice mocktails (they also serve hard drinks) and sheesha is good as well.The place is chic and if the weather permits then the view outside is worth it all! Its not very expensive, prices are moderate I would say.Give it a try I would say!

It is a really cool and good place. But shisha guy behaves really stupid. His facial impressions do not qualify for services at all.

I am not sure how I can be the only one marking under the 5 stars from the total rating however no one is perfect. I guess it was an ok experience in general. Of course a perfect view to Dubai city and creek. The place is massive as it is full floor with inside and outside bar. Design is ready nice and trendy almost similar to Flair#5 color and design tone. I didnt try the food so my comment is on the cheapest soda water that they serve with a 70Dhs Gin. You guys can do better than this.

Great rooftop bar with a fantastic selection of cocktails. I extremely enjoyed their Kiss of the Dragon cocktail and sushi. The vibe is chilled with a unique design, DJ and quick and friendly service. Perfect spot for a nightout with friends

I would have put zero stars given the option. Service was terrible! When we first came in we were greeted and sat at an assigned table per a reservation we made, we went out onto the balcony to take pictures and when we came back to our table, other people had been sat there. Instead of moving the other patrons that were there after, they instead gave us another table. First that is rude, why would you move the patrons that were sitting their first, per your instructions of seating? Also a lot of people were dancing so we decided to dance as well, after a while a manager or a worker came up and told us to stop dancing because of COVID..... I looked around and noticed that he had not told anyone else to stop dancing with NO reason besides COVID nor could he explain it, just kept waving his hands very rudely saying to stop dancing. I find it discriminatory and will not attend ever again. Also their drinks are overpriced. Other than that the view was beautiful and the bar was aesthetically pleasing. Please note we were not dressed inappropriately nor dancing inappropriately. If you have these rules then enforce them upon everyone not just the foreigners and have signs up.

Lovely and swanky place....however, would like to reserve the star owing to service and eating options (need to cater to a variety of eating preferences). If I am allergic to Seafood / Derivatives then I expect them to ensure that these conditions are met. I ended up having the Charcoal Vadapav as that was the only edible dish available for me :(

A good place to visit for sheesha and chill out lovers.Food is just ok as the menu is awesome, taste is good but what u get is always cold, and cold food is only nice if its a salad or dessert. Food that transports the soul... we never wanted this secret out, but this hotel hits Latin cuisine out of the park. If you’re searching for true Latin flavor, you will not find better outside of the continent. From Argentinian empanadas to México street tacos and molè sauces, you won’t find better. Staff is phenomenal, and the views can’t be beaten. The best hidden gem in all of dubai!

Awesome as usual but now there s less crowd due to the pandemic. Always the sisha is at its best and doesnt disappoint. Try guava or the vanilla flavors for a change. The sushi is also pretty delicious.

I noticed after reading all the reviews almost every guest who visited had a similar experience... either you change your management or u be fair with all guests and desperate need to change your food and drinks menu!!! it doesnt do jusitice to the amazing space....we waited to finish our drinks and move to another club!

Service is terribly bad. They are very understaffed.We attended on a Tuesday night and the girls get three complimentary drinks.The problem is that those drinks take half an hour to come. And you cant even taste the alcohol.One time, the waiter made a mistake and got the wrong cocktail. That replacement never made it before we had to leaveAlso, most of the food was bland. Except my fried spicy sweet chicken that was really good.Prices are okay, but we are not coming back again

The cheapest and most uncomfortable sofa I sat on ever

Whilst the ambience and music was great. The service was slow. Ladies night advertising and website promises 3 cocktails however, not surprisingly, cocktails were NOT on the offer, only wines and house drinks. A bit disappointed with the false advertising. But overall worth a night out if you dont want the promised cocktails and quick service.

Beautiful place but careful to receptionist. Faith the door hostess is super bad. We went with no reservation, no one was on the sunset area and she wanted us to seat on the building area that have no special view, claim table was reserved. Eventually asked to customer seated on the table she didn’t give to us, no one had reservation. Such bad customer care. This waitress spoils our first visit.

Booked for a table for 8 people and they confirmed my booking and called me more than 3 times to confirm it but when I reached the place they told me only 6 people can be at one table!!! I understand the situation but at least inform us before so we’re aware and we Won’t waste our time coming all the way!! BAD MANAGEMENT.

The place itself is very nice , music was not the best, atleast when I was there, hiphop,rap and RnB is not the choice id choose for a place like that, food wasnt great. After all service was good and location and interior design was great... Id love to come back with a better reception and music selection.

The alcoholic beverage drinks are very light. Even when requesting double shots. Staff are very friendly however they make the alcoholic beverage very light.

A very chilled out lounge, music is fantastic, not too loud, cocktails are refreshing and not too heavy on the alcohol. While the place seemed a tad understaffed, special thanks to Akansha for tending to our table promptly and to the bartender for the impromptu preparations !!

Me and my group of friends were very excited to visit this previously recommended place and the only think i liked was the view of the city... such a disappointment. They claim to follow the rules to the point yet when we first showed up with no reservation, they claimed it was full so we had to come back later. They asked for my phone number to call me back as we waited in the lobby which was ok with us. I decided to make a reservation online and they never called so we just showed up at 11pm. Soon after they assigned us a table we decided to go outside but when we came back to our table other costumers had been assigned our table! We talked to the host and they gave us ANOTHER table which was not even clean...The servers and hosts were great. The drinks were pricy but good (not much alcohol in them). A manager/ security guy approached us while dancing and with no actual explanation he said “no more dancing because of corona” i asked him why we had to stop dancing even though there was NO obscene behavior NOR inappropriate etiquette displayed at all and he simply walked away murmuring the same thing.This was my and my friends experience at in this place. You take this into account but other than the view i would not recommend this place to any person. Ill rather spend my money as a tourist somewhere else were i feel welcome and not discriminated against. IG: marcos_laurenzana
