The place is dark, a little expensive and even though we were sat in the non smoking area, a guy in the next table did smoke.We are also Elite Club Members so we get a discount in the restaurant but the first waitstaff who assisted us didnt know about it and needed to send his colleague.We love that they have a pool table makes up for the time while waiting for our order. They have nice burgers and my kids love their Rib Nachos, I super like it too! Hope they can do better on the smoking/non smoking seat assignments. We will surely come back

Bar Restaurant Burgers and Beer. Located in the Hilton Hotel. Happy Hour until 08:00 p.m. Super cool interior like an American diner. Besides Salat, Burger and fried food you can also get Steaks. For Dubai a fantastic choice of draft beers. Wine selection is great for a diner. The chicken wings were served with two different sauces.

Staying first night at Hilton. Food taste good, service is great, perfect place to watch a game.Enjoy

The usa prime steak was not soft at all though it is cooked medium and i have already informed the waiter but they did not do anything plus it is overpriced for the quality and the taste of the steak

My family was looking for something close to Western food, so we stopped in at Ribs and Brews. The restaurant has a very Western feel to it and while they do not have any pork ribs on the menu, they had a decent variety of burgers and beef ribs. All our food was good and we would come back again.

My experience at the Ribs & Brew restaurant was excellent as the food was incredible with so many choices from the type of ribs to the flavour of the ribs. The venue had a cool design and you can tell the restaurant really considered the aesthetic design. The Restaurant can be good for everything from meet ups to business meetings. You can really be here for any occation. I recieved incredible and polite service from Norah and Angelo but especially from Angelo who was funny and put alot of effort into everything from customer service to mixing the various cocktails that the restaurant offers.One thing I would add to the restaurant is a soft drink section or non alcoholic section to the menu (not including the non alcoholic cocktails section that is already on the menu). Other than that thank you for a amazing experience.

It’s awesome. The atmosphere is nice and its really nice to eat with friends or have a beer. Its both generous and tastier for the price. Ill go again next time.

So so.Called American restaurant. Nice attempt with North American taste. However, it tastes more like Indian spices with a bit sugar added. Kind a like Caribbean style. Booth Seats are very very uncomfortable.No refills or bottomless drinks.Bit overpriced.Small portions compares to the price.

A board in the entrance mentioned a promotion made me and my friends come inside the bar, when we asked for the menu for that promotion the waiter said : SORRY THAT OFFER IS NOT FOR TODAY!!! Absolutely ridiculous!Not recommended at all.

The burger was tasty and large. Came with a small size fries (perfect portion) and the variety of drinks is pretty good. Mainly meat oriented restaurant, although you can also have a salad, a couple of chicken items, and a fish and chips.

Ribs place with no ribs...A bit disappointed as I went there primarily to try their wings. The waiter said that they dont have anything from their ribs section, ended up ordering a steak and a burger.When food came, was surprised by their massive burger, which is basically for four people. Taste was not bad.Food also took more than 30 mins to get ready.Friendly and helpful waiters though.

To eat we tried the BBQ Beef Nachos and 12 pcs of Diablo chicken wings.These wings are the spiciest version they serve, and they ain’t kidding when they say spicy. Yet I LOVED them! It’s the kind of spice that you want to eat more of. Served with a creamy blue cheese dipping, I loved every bite of this. Definitely going back for these.And I surely want to go back to try more of their food. We were in a little mood for some bar hopping, so left and went to another place. Though I wish I did not.Definitely coming back!

After great ribs I had delicious meat in honey sauce, which for me was impossible to finish due to its size! Ive read some comments here about a small portion..but this portion was honestly pretty decent! If youve taken smth else apart from this at the end of the evening you will be dead ))

Could do with a menu reboot. Keep the tomato soup. Chuck the baby chicken. However, portion sizes are so big, they could easily eat two.

This rating is for my first time to visit Ribs and Brews, we were in the area to watch La Perle and decided to have a quick bite before the show. We ordered their signature rib dishes and we were not disappointed. Id say theirs is one of the best in town. The place was bustling but the layout of the place allows you to have your privacy, if that makes sense ! Service team over there are quite friendly and offer subtle service which we particularly liked. They sport funky moustaches which was quite interesting :P

Me and my friend ordered a sirloin (170dhs) and Lamb Chops (150dhs) and we were hoping for a nice dinner but we end up a dry, burned, and cold sirloin and lamb chops (delay order as well), then unfortunately we asked for a bread but they gave us a burned with charcoal bread, sooooo disappointed my friend end up throwing up in the toilet and in the car. I hope there is a zero score on this review and I will be gladly give a 0.0%.

Only first time here for a refreshment whilst out a walk along the canal....nice airy sports bar atmosphere.... central bar set up with smoking and non smoking sections. Didnt order of the food menu bit you can view the kitchen at work and I have to say the portion sizes look immense..... will definitely swing past again....

Waited for waiter to come about 15min and then another 20min to get the drinks. When trying to order another round of drinks waited again for 20min because waiter forgot what I ordered. I would understand if it was busy and a lot of people but it was half empty. Tought it was nice place but after this,not so much.

Went to RIBS & Brews for ribs as the restaurant is called RIBS & Brews but they had no ribs...little ironic since the first word in the restaurants name is RIBS. Needless to say this restaurant has been the butt of all jokes ever since. Id suggest you call before going if you intend on having ribs

Ribs & Brews located in the Hilton al Habtoor city (previously called Westin hotel) is an American bar with a nice atmosphere and showing football matches, formula 1, and other sports. The food is good and what stands out is the service there is really good.

Awful... we were waiting for waiter 20minutes,than we waited for drinks another 20. For next round we ordered they forgot about order,so we waited eternity again. Not to mention that place is small and there were only 30 people in,so not busy at all. Waiters are rude. If I can rate this place it would be MINUS 5.

We went for dinner last Wednesday. The place was not too busy but service was very slow. We ordered couple salads and fried chicken. Chiken salad was missing parmesan cheese and bread crumps; kale salad was too salty; fried chiken was excellent.Waiters took some time to clear our table.
