Food is delicious, when the staff remember to serve it. Went last evening and placed orders multiple times waited over 40 minutes. We reminded them too but ridiculously slow and unattentive service. Would have otherwise voted 5 stars.

Pipped in for coffee ended up with breakfast and cake. Lounge is very peaceful and relaxing. Food was delicious. My companion had Eggs Benedict which she said was a good portion size and delicious. I settled for a chocolate eclair and coffee also delicious.

Nice lobby lounge, it gets very busy in the evenings. If your staying at the hotel its a nice place for afternoon tea with children and family

Jumeirah al naseem is one of the best hotels in uaeTheir food is yummyI love their salade nicoise, lobster languini, seabass and mostly all other dishesTheir cakes are to die forThe prices are expensive like the coffee is around 40 dhs plus the cake also around 40 dhs but hey, it is worth every penny

One of my favorite lounges in UAE. Love to have breakfast or lunch there. Tea or coffee time. Indoor or outdoor! My favorite is White Tea, one of the best Americano coffees I’ve had, delicious Minestrone Soup, huge portion of Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon, Burrata... whatever I tasted was yummy! Nice place to work on my laptop too. Have to mention Ivan, waiter who is usually serving me. Excellent service!

Not anymore a wonderful place , I used to love it though. We had to wait for 2 ice creams over an hour! And the philipino lady wasn’t a great attitude neither. Where is the friendliest stuff you used to have?

They welcomed us with cookies and passionfruit cheesecake that was so good.Ordered Umm ali so delicious but it took time to cook.Coffee is not that good.Good experience but one visit for this place is enough for me.

The worst ever service, the food was bad quality and tasteless.we ordered Gateaux they informed that we should go to select,we did the selection and wait for 2 hours and nobody give the order... They are careless very bad service...I do not recommend this place.

It was a very good experience, highly recommended just a little note: There is no service outside during the COVID-19 Pandemic, but they are very fast and a very good service. Highly Recommend.

My favorite lounge, gorgeous, nice sweets, drinks and lovely afternoon tea. However the blond staff from Ukraine was really bad today. Very bad attitude and made me wait more than one hour for some eggs. Didn’t even bother for the first 20mins to order them. No knowledge of the menu too. Never said sorry. Mistake from the kitchen also that they put black pepper when it’s not mentioned. It’s an allergen for me and many more people. It’s on the table if we want it we can use it. Wei was extremely polite and did her job well covering for other people’s mistakes.

Amazing place

Love the place. This was my first time I visited and for sure will not be the last. Very shiny, nice staff, and very quiet too which I really like. My visit was at morning so not sure about evening.

The loung was very nice, decoration and environemnt is so relaxing, service staff are amazing and freindly with rich menue with option. Extriors and views are amazing, have a view for Burj Alarab, time was flied there, and we all enjoyed.

I love the place. Great modern design, lovely atmosphere, fantastic music , the Burj Al Arab view. Just everything is perfect. The frozen almond /coconut coffee- has become my favorite coffee in Dubai. Love it !

Tea was lovely but the service is pathetic. They hardly attended to us, and we were seated for a full half hour before any of the waiters deigned to take our order.

The place is luxurious and elegant and opens the soul and overlooks the Burj Al Arab and on the beach and on the pool The place is sweet, even if it became to me an experience with one of the workers on the topic of Red Bull flavor, but they liked to come back and I say the place is sweet which distinguishes the place that your hands come down and pass by the pool And go to the sea and imagine and take your comfort even though I feel it is forbidden, but do not ask Soo yourself crazy and trust in God 😂😂 and the parking service they have is terrible and free of charge.
