Too hot for the summers but would be an amazing spot in the winters. Good ambiance, view of the pool and the magnificent Burj Khalifa. Staff were courteous and checking on us time and again which was nice. We went on a humid summer night but they gave us an individual air cooler for ourselves. I would recommend you go here when the weather is good for the ultimate experience. Shisha served here too

Outdoor shisha with a great view. Shisha is AED125 or higher (look for entertainer vouchers) and drinks between AED25-50 (non alcoholic). The place is inside the palace hotel so look for valet parking otherwise walking from souk Al bahar parking will take 10 mins. Shisha initially burned too quickly but waiter replaced it. Rose and strawberry flavours were not available. Get a fan if its still hot otherwise come in cooler months.

I frequent this area by the pool at the Palace Hotel regularly and must say the pool, the cabanas and overall ambience are outstanding. The service from the team is polite and friendly, especially Sam who remembers my coffee orders without fail, the rest of the guys Saroj, Osama, Nichols, Singh and Phurba are all wonderful and plus some others who’s names escape me just now. This is a special place in Dubai with a really chilled pool in the summer months with Crystal clear water and then heated in the summer months. Truly and Oasis in the City of Dubai.

Views, shisha and service was absolutely amazing. Mahmoud in Buhayra Lounge provided exemplar care and was both really attentive and welcoming. We highly enjoyed our experience here and will definitely be coming back soon.

This place is a beautiful lounge right by burj Khalifa. You can chill , smoke your shisha and have some good food. We had some desserts with tea and shisha. The whole arrangement of the place is beautiful. The service is very friendly and to the point. The view is great. A bit on the pricier range but you get what you pay for there.

Nice place..... specially the Watermelon Shiesha ... !! Place not expensive at all they just charge AED 115 for the shiesha..! Also huge discounts for Emmar Gold card and platinum card holders. For black Emaar card holders you get 10% discount... which is really great . The view of Burj Khalifa is really great 😊. AlsoTried some cocktails which was really cool..!! You can download the U by Emaar App and redeem instant discounts. Would really visit again ...!!😍

Visited Buhayra Lounge for dinner and shisha. Staff were so welcoming, we were served by Mahmoud who is a credit to the Palace Hotel.Food portions were a very good size, of a high quality and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be revisiting in the future.

My favorite spot in Dubai. I visit this place at least once in a month. You can enjoy your shisha or your drinks while watching Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. In the summer it is a bit hot even though they are using coolers which really does not cooling.My favorite server is Nithin who was really helpful every single time yet he was not there on my last visit and you can absolutely feel the difference as it is important to know a server who will take good care of you and to make you feel like home.On my last visit I experienced slower service and lack of servers.

This place is a gem at the outskirts of Dubai Mall. I’ve been to the mall so many times in the past few years and have never had the privilege of coming around but I’m so glad I came across it this time.Bhupendra and Nithin were surrealistically amicable, helpful, and warmly welcoming and I felt like I had stepped into my home. The amazing poolside ambience of Buhayra cannot be explained in words, and Bhupendra and Nithin added to it immensely with their dedicated, passionate and selfless service. I was seated in a Cabana and they went above and beyond all my expectations and gave me an experience that I will remember forever. In fact, I will be coming to Buhayra every time I visit the Dubai Mall and am looking forward to staying in the Palace Hotel with family just so I can come again.Thank you to Bhupendra, Nithin and the whole staff and management for creating such a memorable experience. Honestly other than the view, this place is not worth the money spent. Poor hygiene & slow service were reasons that held me back initially but decided to come again. The food is not too bad and not too great either, just average - however it does go down when youve got such an amazing view right before you!

My last visit to Ewaan was in 2016 and I was as excited to visit in 2017 for an exclusive Iftar preview. Ewaan is located at the prestigious Palace Downtown. The interior for the tent is lavish with high ceilings and royal curtains. The whole tent is air-conditioned so don’t worry about the summer humidity.

The most fresh and delicious seafood buffet in Dubai. Amazing cuisine from fresh lobster to fresh tuna with a vast assortment of crustaceans, fish and lamb. Truly amazing!

Its 115 dirhams per person if you buy it online. Its about 25 euros per person and you have a fine dinner! Unbelievable for dubai.-if you have a car, drive straight in, valet parking is available and its free as long as you paid for your dinner.-once you go out on the outdoor area of the restaurant, go on the right hand side of the outdoor pool and just before the bar go right, youll end up on a strip where nobody goes and theres stacks of chairs, grab some chairs, sit down and enjoy a unique view over the burj and fountain show, no tourists taking pictures or being in your way. Its truly unique.Conclusion :I barely give out 5 stars. This is fully a 5 star place with a 5 star review. Go and dont even doubt.

Extremely disappointing spot! The service was not great at all. It was difficult finding someone to our orders each time. It seemed that every worker was busy. The shisha was one of the worst. It tasted burnt the moment we received it.The view was the only thing that was nice. I would personally not recommend this place at all.

12/30/20 at 10:10 -11:15 -Just terrible management, waited for one hour and left unserved, the guy who is in charge of assigning tables is unprofessional and ignored me and did not care of the customers. He only took care of his friends and those who spoke in Urdu I believe so, customers were walking around and looking for someone to help or offer them tables to sit , but no one taking care of the customers . It was a total disappointment in such a High-Class venue. They need to bring changes into their management and staff. I was sitting in the corner observed everything and waited for hour but no one come to me. Then I left disappointed with very bad memory .

The staff seemed very annoyed by our request to change the shisha. On top of that, the Shisha is one of the most expensive you can get in Dubai, starting from 105DH, and the still water cost us 40 DH. Would not recommend!

The place is wow the location, atmosphere and view are beautiful. Went on easter with the family using the Entertainer coupons 1+1. we had a nice time there. The food was so delicious every single item in the buffet including bbqs, rice, seafood, salads, Sweets and fruits are fresh and yummy. House beverages were a little expensive and not included in the buffet ;)
