I went to the Dejavu Friday Brunch with my friends today and we had such a great time in this place. The music is amazing! Makes you want to dance all the time which we did of course 😊 the food is easy and perfect to share, appetizers, since I am vegetarian, I tried the rainbow salad and the vegetable rolls that were delicious!! As a main the avocado rolls and margarita pizza and some desserts. Check the pictures, you will love it and will have a good time with your besties. Make sure you are not allergic to cigarettes smoke since is allowed to smoke here, that was my only 👎 but seat besides the AC and you will be fine. This place is just one of those with amazing views, decors and settings but whoever makes decisions is literally driving the place down the drain, we are supposed to get get platinum card discounts here but every time we go there , there is always something, our first time they said we didn’t make reservation, understood but today we were told that our discount is not valid on starters but on the terms and conditions, it says it’s valid on the total bill besides tobacco and shisha, I feel like they they don’t want to honour their side of the deal! Today we ended up paying more than we were supposed to! I edge everyone to be careful

The Brunch started off really good. The service was amazing. The Brunch was from 8pm to 11pm. The minute its 11pm they start clearing your table. They took the drinks off our hands and asked us to leave. They dont let you finish your drinks after the brunch. This was rude and unprofessional behavior from the team working there.

Went to celebrate a birthday with their Thursday evening brunch. As soon as it was 11 PM, the servers came and took off all the drinks from the table. When we told them we were still drinking that since the glasses were practically fully, they hurried to put the glasses on their trays and said no no its empty and started rushing off. This is the first place in Dubai to have behaved this way when the brunch has ended. First of all, we were never informed we needed to leave the table at 11 (still not sure if that was the case). Secondly, at 10:45, the servers came to offer us drinks and said it was last call for the brunch - everyone from the group ordered a drink. By the time they brought us the drink maybe another 10 mins had past so the drinks were only at the table for about 5 mins before they suddenly came to take it away. Not a single person from our group had finished having their drink. We have reserved the tables (almost 20 of us) well in advance; we were never told that we had to leave the table at 11 sharp; not when we booked, not when we entered, and not towards the end either. If someone else had a booking (unlikely), there are better ways to manage the situation. Even the bouncers were looking at the servers confused with what they were doing. Manager was utterly useless; he kept saying I understand but did nothing to correct the actions of his staff nor gave us a reasonable explanation for what was happening. A lovely start to the night ended up terribly. Absolutely pathetic.

Went here for my birthday… they have a package for 99 AED for 3 hours of drinks but the menu is limited. Me. Have to put 249 for the same package. WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED by the fact that they took our drinks away… literally SNATCHED IT!!! At sharp 11pm they took our drinks from our hands… without any explanation… how dare they… would not recommend anyone to go here. I’ve been to many clubs before and this has never happened to me. Further, they did not allow us to use Entertainer or Emirates Platinum discount on the extra drinks we were ordring. This was honestly not the best place for a night out.

It’s a nice place with friendly staff.Although, many times they do not bring the ordered drinks during ladies night. Every time we ordered drinks, we waited for around 20 minutes.Also, a couple of times they never even brought the drinks and food. It almost feels like they do this intentional to save money, as I’ve never experienced it this bad ever before.

The first thing we notice about this place is the SERVICE and the FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. Everyone, I mean everyone are showing exceptional service. From the supervisor Yazan, to the shisha guy Fahd, from the server JM and Mohamad, they were all amazing. We really tried to remember their names coz they deserve a shoutout for doing an amazing job. We weren’t able to get everyone’s name since the others are serving/assisting other customers, but we’ve seen them from afar and they were all doing the same. But ofcourse aside from that, the price during Tuesday ladies night was very cheap, we got the package of 69 and 99. 69 includes unlimited beverages for 3 hours and a platter. We got pizza from that package and it taste so fresh. Wow. For the 99, it’s unlimited bev for 3 hrs, shisha, and sushi platter. Amazing right? Everything n this place is awesome! Also I was amazed by how they try to ask customers to write a review about them, and this really made me appreciate how they try and show sincerity and love for that place. Even the security outside the door told me to write a review about them and for a sec I thought the owner of this place is so lucky to have this kind of people working with him. Good job to everyone. We will surely come back soon. ♥️

From the very beginning, the telephone booking Yasser (supervisor) took amazing care of us until the very end, always ensuring everything was perfect. Thank you for everything Yasser - you made our night! We had the best time here, despite it being very hot outside out on their terrace, fans were put in place to make it more bearable in the summer heat. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Their shisha is of a high standard (free shisha for ladies Sun and Wed!) and the charcoal is changed regularly without needing to be asked! Very impressed with their food & drink menu also! Live DJ plays good music creating great vibes! 10/10 recommend this venue.

Despite they advertise showing the Eurocup when I arrived, very loud music prevented to follow the match (Italy - Austria).I asked the waiter if it was possible to listen to the commentary before being seated, he told me he would check with the manager.The manager was sitting on a table smoking a shisha and chatting with friends ....he made me waiting 5 minutes standing to then let me know that they were not going to stop the music as nobody was interested in the match.

The entrance will invite you, transport you into a cool, happening spot in town. As you enter you are greeted by a long Bar, which has got every thing that you need. Mark who is the mixologist here will surely make you something to suit your mood.They have outdoor seating, lounge seating, group seating areas, plus they have an area towards the back, where you can sit, have sheesha and enjoy the open air. The food variety is excellent too, usually such places lean on towards their drinks, or the food or the entertainment. But here, these guys got the perfect match with everything kicking in well.We tried their Calamari and Nachos and wings. These were delicious, each dish was having their own flavours. Kudos to the chefs team for making top effort in giving out these top dishes. The mains we got the pan seared salmon and the 300g rib eye steak. Both were really good. I asked for medium well and I got it medium well.

Staff’s are so disrespectful, went there with my friends and they asked us to leave whilst we are not yet finished with our food and drinks. We sat there for just 3 hours for an Unlimited drinks package, had a reservation but a girl named Marsha insisted that we must leave. A guy named Oday is the worst person we had ever met. They don’t know how to handle customer service. They are rude to everyone! It was our friends birthday and they just ruined it. Aside from there is no good Customer service, food is extremely disgusting and no taste at all. Will not recommend this to anyone. If you are looking for a place to have fun this is definitely not for you. I kid you not, don’t include this in your list.
